My World With You

♡A Fischl x Gn!Reader♡

"My dearest companion, one invites you to travel into one's home-world hidden in the depths of Mondstadt City's library. The transportation is limited to only few, including the one and only Prinzessin der Verertelung, The Midnight Winged Raven, and you. The meeting is not required, however, it is a once in a life time opportunity one should not miss out on. Rejoice! Our meeting shall be held no later than tomorrow, when the clock strikes 10A.M."

Oz finished reading the letter fischl had put together for you, leaving it in your hands. Recieving it, your eyes light up joyously at Fischls obvious date invitation. Looking back at the raven, you say, "Of course I'll come!" Making Oz, who was preparing to translate the Prinzessins message, shocked to no extent.

🌙Oz POV🦅:

I rode back, impatiently flapping my midnight wings, readily waiting to share the news with the Prinzessin. At my arrival, the Prinzessin looked distressed, as if she were anticipating my arrival much more impatiently than I was when trying to get there.

I rode in, surprising the Prinzessin, making her shoot her head around in a panicking question, letting her guard down.

"O-Oz!? You're back! Ahem! What does one show the honor!?" The Prinzessin tried to keep up her facade, but anyone could tell she was beyond nervous for her confession results.

"Mein Fraulein.... Ones invitation... has been accepted! And is greatly awaited for." I say, still out of breath since recieving the information.

"What!?" I had never seen the Prinzessin's face light up more, for it was more excited from recieving this information than she was when she got a new book from the library. "I-I mean! Of course one would have very few that wouldn't accept one's invitation into one's home-world!"

Mein Fraulein had a smile stretched from ear-to-ear, more happier than I had ever seen. I followed, just as happy to hear the information, as the Prinzessin ran into the library in Mondstadt City to gush about the information to Lisa to speak with Lisa about arranging the library to be used as the location for a... "dangerous portal to one's home-world."

It goes without saying that Lisa was all ears when the surprise of the Prinzessin getting a date, (and that the date was arranged at her library,) for she thought it was absolutely adorable.

After dismissal from.the library, the Prinzessin and I wandered back towards the Prinzessin's chamber to practice activities and what to converse when their meeting takes place.

👤Your POV📖:

It was the day after you received the invitation from Fischl. So you woke up to start your routine to get prepared for your day, starting with your shower and then your outfit. (It doesn't really matter what kind of clothes you would wear, it's not gonna be pointed out precisely cause I want this to be a fic where everyone can be themselves lol)

After getting out of the shower, you had decided to wear something comfortable/fitting since the date was at a library, and checked yourself out in a nearby mirror.

(Continue on with your routine after getting dressed, like doung your make-up and stuff if you do that)

Finally ready, you make way towards the Mondstadt library to meet with Fischl, grabbing a book that needed to be turned in.

You were made welcome by Lisa, as she took your book, checking it back in, and then pointing downstairs towards Fischl, who was nervously occupying herself with the book "Flowers for Princess Fischl."

You head downstairs, sitting next to Fischl, as she pretends not to notice you yet, hiding her face in the novel. "Fischl? What are you reading?" You say, grabbing the book from the top and pulling it down to see her face.

When you had pulled the book down from Fischl, there was a slight hint of nervousness on her face until she calmed at the sight of making eye contact with you.

"One was just reading an old novel that was read to oneself as a young one. It is the key to unlocking the portal to one's home-world." Fischl responds, handing you the book. "Allow yourself the glory of reading it, bare the most attention to the electro underlines."

With what fischl said, her expression wasn't as it always was, there was a hint of blush on her face. Taking it, you started to read the passages outloud, panicking the prinzessin. "N-Not out loud!" Fischl said, hurryingly, and looking away whilst biting her nails. Taking the hint, you read the passage silently.

The electro underlining seemed to be putting a sentence together from every piece it traveled to.

"Princess, though you do not appreciate the title, I will not push the formalities. As my travel partner, I have gathered several trophies with you at my side, but these, I gathered myself as a trophy for you as my honor of granting you the decision of remaining traveling partners, or becoming more." The wanderer says to Princess Fischl, presenting a perfect bouquet of flowers to her majesty. With no reaction from Princess Fischl, the wanderer continues. "It is of an honor for me to be at your side already, so all is understood if we must remain travelers." Princess Fischl had given no response again. And the wanderer lost hope.

Looking up, Fischl at tucked herself into a ball, her head on her knees, and her arms keeping herself in form, but anyone could see how red she was by her ears. "This is a wonderful way or confessing, but in this book, it's the wanderer confessing, and not Princess Fischl. Also, it seems Princess Fischl didn't accept given her reactions to the wanderer weren't positive or negative. I don't find that this fits our current situation." You say, teasing fischl to try and get a word out of her instead.

Fischl jolted, was this an indirect acceptance?! was what went through her mind, before she sat up and faced you. Breathing in and out, Fischl calmed her nerves.

"How so, maybe we should recreate the scene to make it accurate?" Fischl responded, "I, the Princess der Verertelung, have feelings for thee, however, one can not solve the puzzle of if thou returns ones feelings, so one would like the puzzling query to find its resolve. However, one will not be picky."

"Of course I return your feelings fischl!" You say, getting up from your spot to hug her.

"Let's rewrite our story... we can name it 'My World With You."

Albedo and Kazuha as Parents!

Hello!! I tried my best with the Kazuha one but unfortunately couldn't figure out a canon enough scenario. BUT! I did write some bulleted headcannons. I tried out Kazuha for once but I just can't get his dynamic right, so I'm sorry for that. Anyways, I hope you enjoy these!

Albedo

Albedo would use his time parenting to give you a day for relaxation, he would follow all of your rules without letting the child disturb your relaxing period. Before you know it, both you and your kid are fast asleep, muscles untense, snoring peacefully.

Albedo would definitely much prefer having one kid, that being a girl. Albedo is experienced with taking care of klee, so having a daughter would be a piece of cake for him.

Albedo would treat his child like he does with Klee, and would take care of them all throughout the day, even while working.

If your child did anything bad out in public, Albedo would take responsibility and try to keep your child close for the rest of the time.

Would definitely teach your child all about painting, and about alchemy whenever they were old enough to understand.

Scenario:

You awoke in agony, with your child creating a huge ruckus at only 5:30AM. Oh, how you wished for more sleep, but with that amount of noise, your body would be awoken with more and more complaints throughout the rest of your ‘peaceful’ morning. You got up, deciding that you were going to see if you could get your child to go to sleep for just a few more hours. Suddenly, you woke up. You were in a panic, you didn’t realize you had fallen asleep. And your child was not anywhere near you. Anxiously, you got up from your position. You left your room in a rush, but to your rescue, a familiar pair of boots were laid out, with a familiar blonde nearby. You walked fast towards Albedo, who was drawing with your child on the floor. “What’re you drawing?” You said, sitting down in front of their laid out canvas, with a smile stretching across your face. Your child and your husband/boyfriend looked at each other, then, Albedo and your child lifted up their art, one having one hand on one side, in sync with each other. “Secret.” Albedo says, while your child reveals themselves from behind the canvas and puts their finger over their mouth, with a “shhhh” to follow with. After a few seconds of them refusing to let the canvas back onto the floor, you give up and lay back. Albedo handed your child both sides of the canvas, and got up from off the floor. Standing next to your side, Albedo lets out a hand to help you up. Taking it, Albedo guides you over to your dining room table. “We both decided that we would take it easy on you today, so, use this time to relax.” Albedo says with a slight smile, pulling out a chair for you. Walking into your kitchen as you position yourself in your chair, “Look, we made you heart shaped pancakes.” Albedo says while he sets down the pancakes in front of you. Your child runs up to sit next to you, climbing up onto the chair, cheering for pancakes. Albedo brings back two more plates for him and your kid, setting them down, and seating himself. Throughout the meal, there were moments where your child would act out of your set rules, but Albedo easily took care of it for you. Throughout the rest of the day, Albedo would deny any help from dealing with your child, and insisted on letting you relax for the rest of the day. During your child’s nap-time, Albedo made sure to spend as much time as he could with you before they woke up. By the end of the day, you were well relaxed, and had fallen asleep. Your child was worn out by spending the entire day playing with Albedo, and had also fallen asleep in your living room. Albedo picked up your child and laid them in your bed next to you, being careful not to wake either of you up. “We didn’t have enough time to give our gifts,” Albedo whispered. “Oh well, I’ve got a few hours left to spare to set something up.” You had woken up with a full night's rest, with your child still asleep and a few more hours to spare until they got up. When you arose, you stretched and got up, almost knocking over a set-up full of paintings on a table next to your bed. Looking through them, you found perfectly painted moments of you, and your child, with a very familiar one being a painting of you and your child sound asleep. Next to it, you read a note he’d left behind. It said, “Dear ___, Hopefully you have had enough time to destress. I tried to squish in some time for my next meeting here, but it won’t be soon. Normally I would stay for longer but I have quite the pile of work to do with lessons and paintings due that will fill up the next few weeks. In the meantime, I hope these paintings will serve as a good ‘until-next-time’ gift.”

Kazuha

Kazuha would definitely be the care-free, risk taking type of dad. He would do things that would make your adrenaline rush, but in the end he and your child would be perfectly fine.

Kazuha wouldn’t care which gender your child is, he’s just glad he finally reached the point in your relationship to have a child with you.

Out in public, Kazuha makes sure to wipe the risk-taking, care-free personality he has, and makes sure to keep all eyes on your child.

When he takes breaks to come back from sailing with Beidou and her crew, he spends a while with you and your kid before setting sail again.

Would probably teach your child how to play music on any kind of instrument, all about swords, and poetry.

It'd been a few days since kazuha had taken a leave from bedidous ship to visit for a few months, and he had already been doing reckless things that made you go parent-mode and freak out. Today, being one of the days where it stressed you out most. He'd done things outrageous before that over time you wouldn't mind, like climbing tall trees, playing hide n seek in a forest, catching fish in busy rivers, etc- which you didn't mind because kazuha is experienced in those situations and has survived through it. But THIS was the thing that freaked you out most. It was a regular evening, and you had just finished making dinner and were about to call kazuha and your child in when you saw what freaked you out most. Kazuha was sitting on a rock in your yard watching and guiding your child, who was fighting a samurai dog, with a real sword. "Kazuha!" you yelled, worryingly, as you ran out and picked up/grabbed your child, who dropped the sword immediately. When doing so, the samurai dog barked and charged as if it were going to attack you. Kazuha ran in, blocking the attack with his own sword, and sent the samurai back. "These types of animals were well trained in battle situations, it must have mistaken you for someone trying to kidnap its master." Kazuha revealed, shiething his blade, which signaled to the samurai dog that there was no attack at hand. "Kazuha! Why did you have to do this of all things? That dog is trained specifically for guarding/attacking, our child could have gotten hurt!" You say, yelling at kazuha face to face. "It sees us as an equal. Not to mention, our child was attacking too quickly fot an opening, so it was on defense-mode." Kazuha replied, patiently. "But-" you mutter out, getting interrupted by a soft chuckle. "Do not worry, I won't do it again. Let's go eat dinner before it gets cold."

I’m talking people with deformities, I’m talking people who can’t lose weight because they’re in a wheelchair, I’m talking people who can’t exercise because they have chronic pain or migraines, I’m talking people who are deathly thin, I’m talking people missing limbs. We aren’t freaky or ugly looking. We deserve love but even more importantly we deserve your respect.

Note: I tried this one with a different format than my others! This time, I did both the from her and for her in one full scenario since I thought that this scenario fit well with both of my love language headcannons and was a super cute idea!

Character is: Amber From Genshin Impact

From her:Gift Giving, Physical Touch

Amber is constantly on the move, having different commissions that make her run around Mondstad. Given that, quick touches and gifts exchanged to you whenever she sees you during work lets you keep tight of the thought that she still charishes what you have together.

For her: Acts of Service, Quality Time

What’s needed from Amber isn’t too much to ask, all she needs for a happy healthy relationship is a gift in return from hers, and some quality time to mix with it!

Scenario:

You were on your way towards Sara’s restaurant, Good Hunter, to pick up some food you had ordered from earlier in the day, walking up the steps past the Adventurers Guild, The Cat’s Tail, With Wind Comes Glory, and finally making it to Good Hunter. “Hello! Assuming you’re here to pick up your order you placed earlier?” Sara greets you with a smile. “Hi Sara! Yes please!” You say. Sara turns around to grab the prepared food she had made in advance, and putting it in a white paper bag. “Watch out!” You hear, as you were thanking Sara and grabbing your food from her and turning around to set back towards your home. Suddenly, Amber landed right in front of you, merely a few centimeters away from where you were standing. “And I stuck the landing!” Amber said, throwing her arms up in victory. You turned around back towards Sara, “Can I get a Sticky Honey Roast as well?” Amber looked over, her mouth forming a smile, as she took off her gliding goggles. “Sticky Honey Roast!?”Amber said, excitedly. “Yeah! Do you have a moment, Amber?” “Of course I do!” Grinning, Amber started walking towards the table by Good Hunter. “Mind if we use this table, Sara?” Amber asks. “Go right ahead!” Sara permitted. Amber sat down, you following close behind her. “So!” Amber paused, waiting for you to sit down. “Ellin made this little small trinket of Barron Bunny!” Amber says, showing you a small Baron Bunny with the Wings Of Azure Wind wings on. “Look! You can clip it onto a part of your clothes!” Amber says, giving you an example by clipping it onto her shorts. “Ohh! That’s so cool!” You say, smiling. "Mhm! Here!" Amber says, handing you the trinket. “Aww! Thank you, Amber.” You smile, clipping it onto a piece of your clothing. "Hehe! Look, I've got a matching one!" Amber said, skipping over to her other side to show you hers. After a while of chatting, Sara came towards your table with the sticky honey roast, and set it on your table. "Oooh! It's been a while since I got to sit down and enjoy some Sticky Honey Roast!" Amber said cheerfully. "Well then, dig in!" You said with a little giggle. When the Sticky Honey Roast and your food you had ordered before were finished, Amber got up to say her goodbye to you for the day so she could set off on her commissions again. "Thanks for the Sticky Honey Roast, I'll catch you later!" Amber said, getting up from her chair, walking over to you and giving you a big hug with a cheek kiss, and then running off waving.

I felt very proud of the first scenario, but I must say, I wasn't too sure about the 2nd scenario. Let me know what you think! Character is: Albedo from Genshin Impact -jxyc-3

Albedo

For him: Gifts, Quality time, Physical touch

Albedo needs a mix of Quality time and gifts to keep him interested and curious in you. A little bit of physical touch every now and then goes perfect with his needs for a partner. All of these will help keep Albedo interested in you.

Scenario:

You were walking towards Albedo’s lab in Dragonspine, excited to show him an unknown plant you had found within the depths of the Chasm on an adventure. Finally reaching the entrance of his cave, you felt the warmth hit you as you walked inside. “Oh, hello.” Albedo greeted you, not looking up from his experiment, but still acknowledging that you walked in. “Hey Albedo!” You say while reaching into your bag to grab the plant you found. “Hm? What’s this?” Albedo asks, curiously, looking up from his experiment for a second, as you hand him the plant. “It’s just a weird looking plant I found while adventuring in the Chasm, I thought you’d like it!” You say as Albedo takes the plant. “Oh, Awesome. I’ll see what I can do with it.” Albedo says. You walk over to a spot you like to sit at when you come over to Albedo’s lab to watch him with his experiments. Sitting down, you watch as Albedo sticks the plant in a tight jar to keep it the same as it was until he was finished with his current experiment. Time flies as you watch Albedo experiment, asking questions every now and then that he would answer with big alchemy words and such. Very soon, Albedo was finished with his project and seemed dissatisfied with his results. Sighing, he cleaned up and took the plant you had found him out of the jar and onto his desk. “D’you want to watch?” Albedo asked, with a slight smile on his face. “Sure.” You responded, noticing that Albedo was bummed about his previous experiment. You walked up and stood behind Albedo’s chair with your arms resting on the back of his chair. Albedo had paused before starting. Noticing, you take your arms and wrap it around him, through his chair. You swung your head around on one side of his face, his head tilting a little, and you pressed your lips onto his cheek. “Don’t worry, Albedo. Not everything comes out as expected.” Albedo smiled, and looked back at the plant you had brought him. “Hmm… I think I’ll need more of this specimen to do a full experiment on it. Could you bring me more next time you come?” Albedo said, looking back at you smiling. Grinning, you say, “Of course Albedo!”

From him: Acts of Service, Quality Time

Albedo would give you an even amount of Acts of Service and Quality Time to prove to you that he is there for you. These two languages help increase his curiosity in you, to keep him interested in you overall.

Scenario:

Albedo had taken a break from his experiments in Dragonspine and came down to Mondstadt to collect Sucrose and Temaeus' lab reports, and to also visit a certain someone... After collecting his disciples' reports for the week, Sucrose had noticed that he turned towards a different direction than where he usually went after their meet-up. “Mr. Albedo! Is there somewhere special you’re going?” Sucrose asked, curiously. “Ah, yes, actually, I’m visiting someone for the day before I head back up to Dragonspine. Is there a reason you ask?” Albedo responded. “Oh! I just realized you were walking a different direction than normal and wanted to ask. Have a good time Mr. Albedo!” Sucrose smiled with a slight wave. Albedo walked off towards where you were staying in Mondstadt, picking a few flowers and taking notes on his surroundings on the way there. Finally making it to your whereabouts, he walked in and straight to where you were located inside. You were doing something for your designated job, (or chilling around your place if you don’t have one) when he walked in. “Hello.” Albedo stopped in your doorway. “I came to visit you today.” You looked towards the entrance he was standing in, and you face lit up. “Oh hi, Albedo!” You said, getting up. “What a special occasion!” You said, grinning, as you walked towards him to give him a hug. After Albedo and you settled, Albedo remembered the flowers he picked along the way needed to be placed in a vase. “Do you have any vases around? I picked some flowers on my way here.” Albedo asked, showing you the flowers. “Yes, they should be in my kitchen.” You said, smiling as he showed you the flowers. Albedo left towards your kitchen, surprised at the left out dishes he had seen before he located your vases. When he found the vases, he put the flowers in them and set them on the counter, and got to work on tidying your kitchen so it had a more lively and clean scene to relax into. A little while passed, and you went to go check up on Albedo to see if he had found the vases. Right when you entered, Albedo had just finished tidying up. “Oh my gosh! Albedo you didn’t have to do this!” You said, shocked at the actions he had made. “Hm? Why not? Does it not look better this way?” Albedo asked, misunderstanding what you meant. “No, Albedo, thank you for doing it! But you didn’t have to, I could have done it.” You reply, with a slight flush on your face due to embarrassment. Albedo chuckled a little, “Do not worry, with this scenery, the flowers pop out more.”

Chongyun Angst

Disclaimer: I intended to write this in 2nd person but ended up using they/them pronouns for the reader! I'm sorry if they/them is not your pronouns! I also couldn't figure out a way to not use the name Y/N for the reader so I also apologize if you do not like going by that name! This was very rushed so there might be mistakes, or it could not be accurate. Sorry!

Walking into the haunted house he was to clear out all evil spirits, Chongyun plugged his nose in disgust, cringing at the horrid smell. It smelled as if someone had died there. And he wouldn't be surprised if he did find a dead body.

Walking more into the haunted house, he heard sobbing coming from one of the rooms. Readily, he walked into the room- only to find you sitting down with your knees pulled up, head folded over and arms surrounding your head, holding your knees. You didn't look like an evil spirit, in fact you didn't even have an aura of one. You looked like a normal human.

Sighing, and walking towards you, slowly, so he doesn't scare you more. You pick your head up to see who your visitor is, and what they could want.

"Hello. My name's Chongyun. An exorcist of Liyue. What happened here?" Chongyun introduced himself, getting comfortable so he could listen to your story.

"My name is Y/N, I came into this haunted house with my friends a couple days ago, because we were dared to by a group of older kids. But we heard a noise and a bunch of random things happened so we ran and ended up splitting up. I ran into this room, and I've been too scared to move since. And when I heard someone walking around in the house, I tried to get up to hide but was too weak from staying in this house for too long without any food so I just sat here and covered myself." You explained, whipping your tears in relief.

"Ah- well why don't we get you out of he-" "No! I don't want to leave yet! The spirit will get angry." You interrupted Chongyun.

"No need to worry, my excessive yang energy probably already scared them off." Chongyun said, in a comforting and relieving way, that you would've left your pride and gone with him if it weren't for a certain thing left undone.

"Still. I can't leave. I haven't even found my friends yet." You said, stubbornly. Chongyun didn't have any luck in looking for your friends or trying to get you out of the haunted house, so instead, he figured he'd get you some food and a blanket and visit you until you were comfortable enough to leave with him.

Coming back to the house, with food in his left hand, a blanket hanging over his shoulder, and a popsicle in his right hand, ready to hand them to you and visit you later. But to his surprise, you were not in the same room. He looked all over. But in the end, he found nothing. Defeated and a little tired, he decided to leave the goods in the spot he last saw you and come back the next day.

This happened every day, right after Chongyun would check on you and try to come back with some food so he could take you back to your family, you would just disappear. Until one day, he decided to stay and rest with the food he bought for you until the next day.

He woke up the next day to you waving your hands in front of him. "Oh, good morning." Chongyun greeted you, fully waking up.

"Good morning." You said, a little wary. Chongyun looked over. "I came back yesterday with some things you need to get your strength back... but it seems like some friends already got into it." Chongyun said with a disgusted look on his face, as you looked over and cringed as well.

"Would you like to come with me to get something else for you to eat? Do not worry, I believe your friends have already made it out of the haunted house and are probably waiting for you... somewhere." Chongyun said, trying to get you out of the house ASAP and get you back to your full strength.

"Okay..." You say, giving up on your friends and agreeing with Chongyun. They probably did go back.

You and Chongyun take a walk around Liyue, as he stops in front of Wanmin Restaurant. "You can order anything you want from their menu, and I'll pay for it." Chongyun said, putting his hands on his hips with a warm smile.

You order your favorite dish(es) and reluctantly dig in. Chongyun had ordered some noodles, and asked for them cold. After you had finished your dish you thanked Chongyun, with a very strong smile.

Chongyun smiled back, finished his cold noodles and got up. "Would you like to walk around Liyue and see if your friends are around?" Chongyun asked. "Sure, they should be somewhere." You agreed, and you got up and started walking around with Chongyun.

It wasn't that long, but you had walked around almost all of Liyue harbor, but didn't find them. "Heyy! You! Blue haired boy and (hair colored, gender)!" A little boy yelled towards you and Chongyun. "Will you play with us? It's just us today, and we normally play hide'n'seek. But... we can't play hide'n'seek with only two players. That wouldn't be fun."

Chongyun and you looked at each other. "It's been a while since I played hide'n'seek!" Your eyes lit up, eager for Chongyun to agree to play as well.

Chongyun smiled. "All right. We'll play." Chongyun agreed with a smile. "Okay! You guys count first, and we'll hide. Count to 60! And no skipping or speeding up your counting!" The little boy said, running in separate directions that his friend, (a little girl,) ran.

Chongyun turned towards a building and hid his eyes, as you mimicked his movements. "1...2...3..." Chongyun started counting. A full minute had passed, and you finished counting.

"Okay, I'll look for the little girl, you look for the little boy." You and Chongyun ran in different directions that you saw the kids run in. After walking past a building, you heard a giggle and ran towards it, earning a playful yelp from the little boy. "Aww you got me! Now let's go find Maye!" The boy jumped excitedly, then you both ran off in look of Maye, (the little girl.)

A couple more rounds pass, you and Chongyun are exhausted from running around and hiding, and a couple more little kids arrive to play with your little friends. At that moment you both decide to leave and go back to looking for your friends.

"I think I remember where one of my friends, Haiya, lives. It's not far from this spot right here. Should we go there?" You ask Chongyun. "Sure, do their parents have contact with yours?" Chongyun replied with a question.

"Yes, I believe so." You said, as you reached your friend's door. You knocked and waited a couple seconds before getting an answer.

"Hello?" a lady dressed like a casual Liyue citizen answered the door. "Hello- my name is Chongyun. Does Haiya live here?" Chongyun asked.

"Oh, yes. Are you a friend of hers?" The lady asked in response. "No, but I found my friend Y/N here in a haunted house, they said they knew Haiya." Chongyun said, his arm reaching out in front of you indicating that you were the friend he found.

The lady looked confused. "Honey, there's nobody there..." The lady pointed next to Chongyun. There seriously wasn't anyone there.

Suddenly, a young lady came down and scooted next to her mother. "Did you say you found Y/N somewhere?" The young lady's expression was shocked.

"Yes-" Chongyun was pulled in by the young lady. "Mom, don't worry about this guy, he's (nickname)'s friend." the young girl said, as she pulled Chongyun to her room.

"So, my name is Chongyun, a Liyue exorcist. Are you Haiy-" Chongyun was cut off. "Yes, I am Haiya. How did you find Y/N?"

"What do you mean?" Chongyun was beyond confused.

"Y/N died two years ago." Haiya said, an empty expression placed on her face.

Chongyun went quiet, trying to put the pieces together. It's like a very confusing puzzle. He couldn't figure it out. "Please explain, I am very confused." Chongyun finally said, breaking the silence.

"Our group of friends stupidly went into a haunted house 2 years ago, everything was fine until we encountered an actual ghost. The ghost attacked Y/N, and took over Y/N's body, making their spirit roam free. The imposter Y/N ran away and headed towards Monstadt. And Y/N has been missing since." Haiya explained, coldly. "How did you see Y/N if they're dead?"

Chongyun understood now. It was a little unbelievable. You and Chongyun had become good friends in the past few weeks, and even he couldn't tell you were dead. "Y/N is dead... but their body looked human. I had found them in that haunted house you were talking about, and they told me they didn't want to leave because they were scared the spirit would return. They wanted to go out and look for their friends, but they didn't have the strength. So I visited them every day with food and brought them some blankets until they were comfortable with leaving."

"Haiya went silent. Hearing that you haunted the same haunted house that filled her mind with trauma was horrifying to her. "Please, Chongyun. You have to exorcise Y/N. Ever since that day 2 years ago me and our friends haven't been able to get over it... Please. You have to." Haiya begged Chongyun, tears threatening to leave her eyes.

"Okay... Would you like me to say anything to Y/N in your name?" Chongyun said, looking down a little.

Haiya told Chongyun what she wished to tell Y/N before they got exorcised, and Chongyun left the house making his way towards the haunted house again.

He had walked past where the little kids you played hide'n'seek with were, but where they were was replaced with a couple fruit stands.

Finally making his way to the haunted house, he stepped inside and walked back over to the room he found you in and saw you in the exact same position that he first found you in. Except this time, you did look like a spirit.

Chongyun stepped in more. "Y/N. I assume you know why I'm here." Chongyun said, coldly. "Will it hurt?" You asked, a little scared. "I'll try to make this not hurt as much as possible. But no promises." Chongyun said with a sad tone, still looking cold.

"Just get it over with." You said those words without a care in the world anymore. Taking your hands away from your knees and head and straightening one of your legs out, you remained looking down. You couldn't bear to see your friend anymore.

Chongyun beginned the exorcism process, with tears filling his eyes. This was the first evil spirit he had ever been able to get rid of. So why did getting rid of it hurt so much?. He always thought it would be a happy moment for him, that he would even lose control of himself because he was so happy about it. But it was the exact opposite of how he'd dreamed of.

Finished, and still sad, Chongyun never stopped wearing that same sad expression. He just hopes he gets to see you in the next life.

Bennett Angst

Disclaimer: I am absolutely horrible at writing fanfics!! I am so sorry if you don't find this canon, or find this cringe! I am working on improving my writing <3

You were coming back from your daily 4 commissions that Katheryne had assigned you- to collect your rewards and head back to your serenitea pot to relax- when you overheard a conversation Katheryne was having with an albino haired boy; so loud of a conversation almost the entire city of Monstadt could hear.

???:

"C'mon Katheryne! Please, keep Benny's Adventure Team up for just a little longer!" The boy was begging Katheryne, almost on his knees.

You and Paimon decide to hide by a building, (the one by Flora's flower shop,) to eavesdrop.

Katheryne:

"Apologies Bennett, but you've gone too long without members, if it's just you on your team.. Then it's not necessarily a "team."

You look at Paimon, (paimon doing the same to you,) as Bennett and Katheryne talk back and forth.

Paimon:

"What should we do!? He's causing Katheryne so much trouble, what if he lays a hand on her!?"

You:

"We shouldn't worry, Katheryne will find a way to solve this situation- and if he gets hostile.. I'll deal with him. Perhaps we should just wait here, until they're done talking to make sure nothing happens."

You shift into a more secure, and comfortable spot, that'll keep you way more hidden- as you listen in on their conversation.

A couple minutes, that felt like hours, passed. Both Katheryne and Bennett's stubborn hearts refused to let go of their sides. You and Paimon were getting so bored- Paimon even went to help Flora with her flowers! The thought passed through your head continuously to just go home and not claim your rewards today, or to intervene so you can hurry up and go home. But those thoughts vanished as you heard relieving words exit from Katheryne's mouth:

Katheryne:

"Fine, Bennett, you have a week to find more members before I remove Benny's Adventure Team. I've simply given you too many chances to redee-" Katheryne was cut off by Bennett, who's eyes were most likely sparkling with joy.

Bennett:

"Thank you! Thank you so much Katheryne! I swear, I'll go find more members, and we'll be known through all of Teyvat!!" Bennett yelled happily, as he ran off.

Katheryne:

"B-Bennett wait-! Your rewards!" Katheryne sighed, as she had lost sight of him.

Exhausted, and ready to go to your Serenitea Pot, you grab Paimon, (which it's a good thing Paimon already gave Flora the flowers she collected, cause you weren't going to wait/find flora so she could,) and you head over to Katheryne to claim your rewards- too exhausted to ask Katheryne about what just happened between her and Bennett.

Katheryne:

"Ad Astra Abyssosque! Welcome to the Adventurers Guild." Katheryne spoke in a usual, yet stressed voice as she repositioned herself back to her normal stance.

Paimon:

"Hi Katheryne! We're here to claim our commission rewards!" Paimon says in her usual, high-pitched voice- and you can see Katheryne relax a little.

Katheryne:

"Thank you for completing today's commissions, here is your reward."

Katheryne places your rewards on the counter, and as you were about to pick them up and leave, your thoughts were interrupted yet again.

Paimon:

"So... who was that boy that you were talking to? He seemed to be stressing you out a little." Paimon asks curiously, as you facepalm. Nice going Paimon, now it'll be a little bit longer before we can go home you thought to yourself, a little frustrated.

Katheryne:

"Oh, that boy's name is Bennett. His team has been just him for a while now, and no matter how many chances I give him to add more members, nobody wants to join."

You:

"Well, why doesn't anyone want to join his team? He seems like a pretty stubborn fellow, and probably really strong too." You say, putting your hands on your hips, as Paimon taps her chin curiously.

Katheryne:

"That is because his fate has been decided by his luck. And nobody wants to get theirs tainted as well." Katheryne answers while closing her eyes sympathetically.

Paimon:

"What do you mean? 'his fate has been decided by his luck'

Katheryne:

"Bennett is known as the unluckiest adventurer alive, and it hurts me to say this, but nobody wants to even be around him because they're afraid his bad luck will rub off on them. His old team even abandoned him because of this."

Paimon's expression goes sad, as she looks at you with pleading eyes that scream "please traveler, let's go keep this guy company, I can't stand to hear any more of this!"

Paimon looks back at Katheryne,

"W-why does everyone single him out like that? It's unfair... He didn't ask to be born unlucky!" Paimon says, her voice cracking as her usual happy high-pitched voice goes sad.

You:

"Hmm.. we could join his team, Paimon." You say, taking Paimon's words to heart, sympathizing with her.

Katheryne's eyes light up with a relieved happiness,

"That would be kind of you, traveler. But first, you must check in with Bennett."

Paimon:

"Eh....heh...." Paimon says, her face still smiling, but with an exhausted look. "Maybe we should ask him tomorrow.. Paimon's a little hungry- and tired. Plus, it is getting a little dark out, maybe Bennett already went home." Paimon says, trying to push asking Bennetts approval for later.

Katheryne:

"Do not fear, I will ask Bennett the next time I see him for you guys. I can already see that you're quite exhausted, So I won't keep you talking for much longer." Katheryne says, pushing your rewards closer to you so you don't forget them like Bennett did.

You grab your rewards, and you pull out your map to teleport to your Serenitea Pot to take a looong nap.

Paimon:

"Wait, Traveler!" Paimon says, as you look back at her. "Can Paimon get some Fishermans Toast? Paimon's suuuper hungry!" Paimon says, slowly inching towards Good Hunter. You frown a little, wanting to get home ASAP, but then the thought of delicious food comes to mind and you agree to go to Good Hunter with Paimon.

As you arrive, Sara takes your orders- Paimon ordering her Fishermans Toast, and you ordering a (Favorite food) to go. Finally, you take your map out to teleport home.

The next day, you slowly wake up, still a little tired from yesterday. After a while of lazing around, you decide to get up and start doing your daily routine, (Skip that part if you don't have a daily routine,) and head back to the Adventurers Guild to be assigned your new daily commissions.

You teleport back to Monstadt, and start walking across the bridge- unintentionally (maybe intentionally 👀) scaring off Timmie's pigeons. After apologizing and you telling him they'll come back, yada yada yada- you enter Monstadt's walls and make your way towards the Adventurers Guild.

Katheryne greets you with a wave, along with a certain someone next to her. After Bennett realizes Katheryne's waving to someone, he looks towards you and he starts beaming with joy. Seriously, he had a smile stretching ear-to-ear, and if he could sparkle- he'd be shining right now.

Bennett:

"Woahh! Is that the Honorary Knight!? The BEST adventurer ever!?" Bennett asked, very excitedly.

Katheryne:

"Yes. And the Traveler will be the one joining Benny's Adventure Team."

Bennett:

*gasp* "No way! I have to be the luckiest guy alive to have someone as great as the traveler even acknowledge my existence!"

You made your way up to the Adventurers Guild, a little flattered by Bennetts words, but also a little guilty because you only just realized yesterday who he was.

Bennett:

"Hello!" Bennett says joyfully. "My name's Bennett, though you probably already know that by now. Hehe."

Paimon:

"Hi Bennett! My name's Paimon, and this is the traveler!"

You:

"Hello." You say with a smile.

Bennett:

"Nice to meet you guys! I still can't even believe you asked to join my team! I'm so lucky!" Bennett says, still beaming with joy.

Paimon:

"Uh-huh!" Both Bennett and Paimon share each others joy.

Katheryne:

"I've excused your daily commissions for today, so you guys can get used to each other's adventure styles."

Bennett:

"Awesome! Thanks Katheryne." Bennett says, as he pulls you away from the Adventurers Guild.

(And with that, you and Bennett (along with Paimon) adventure across all of Monstadt, collecting treasures, moving up in the Adventurers Guild, clearing domains, etc. Until one unfaithful day decides to come up on the calendar and ruin it all. That day would be the one year anniversary since you joined Benny's Adventure Team.)

Bennett:

"Since it's officially been a year since you joined Benny's Adventure Team, what do you say we clear a domain in celebration? I've heard this domain gives the most expensive treasures! And a lot of mora too!"

Paimon:

"But Wouldn't that mean that it'd be super hard?"

Bennett:

"Well- yeah. Maybe. But it's okay! We're a strong team! And nothing will get in the way of Benny's Adventure Team!"

You:

"Then sure. This is a special occasion, so we must have the best adventures!" You say, putting your hands in the air, making Bennett smile.

Paimon:

"All right then, so where is this domain?"

Bennett:

"In Liyue, so it'll take a few hours to get there. I'll mark it on your map just in case I lose my sense of direction." He says, as you hand him your map.

Bennett:

"We should prepare food and some supplies just in case, too."

Paimon:

"Good thinking! Traveler, we should go back to the Serenitea Pot and grab a few things and meet back at Good Hunter and prepare some food."

Bennett:

"I also need to grab a few things and tell my dad's goodbye. So should we meet at Good Hunter all together?"

You:

"Sure." You nod.

"You go back to your Serenitea Pot and grab a few things, along with some personal items of Paimons, (A life-stock of Sunsettias) and head back to Good Hunter.

After a while of waiting, with all of your food already prepared, Bennett shows up prepared as well, and you all head off towards Liyue. It takes a few hours, but with Bennett around, you'll never get bored. He talks about his old adventures, and his friend's Razor and Fischl until the domain he was speaking of is in sight and Bennett stops talking.

Bennett:

"I'll race you to it!" Bennett yells, already sprinting off with you not too far behind him.

As you enter the domain, a strong wind blows against you and Bennett. You lose all of your supplies as they all blow into a strangely placed vent- and Bennett gets hit in the head with a few rocks.

Bennett:

"Gahh.. Sorry it was probably my luck." Bennett says with a sorry smile, rubbing the back of his head.

You:

"That's okay.. But now we don't have any supplies.."

Bennett:

"Oh.. Should we go back to get some more?"

You:

"Yeah, let's go."

Bennett:

"Alrigh- Oww.." Bennett whines. "The door won't budge." Bennett says, rubbing his wrist.

You try to open the domain doors as well, but to your surprise, you're locked in.

Bennett:

"Uhh.. What now?"

You:

"We should clear the domain without supplies. It's risky but that's the only way we'll be able to leave. Plus, there's no connection between the Adventurers Guild at Monstadt- so they won't be able to find us all the way out in Liyue.

Bennett:

"Okay! Let's go then."

As you both make your way through the domain, clearing out hilichurls and fighting some fatui, you arrive to what you hope to be the end of the domain.

It was not.

Rocks come crashing down, startling both you and Bennett, even making you guys back up a bit.

Bennett:

"The domain's caving in! Watch your hea-!!!" Bennett stops talking. Pure shock and sadness across his face- as he sees you get crushed by a huge rock. Everything happened in slow motion to him. Seeing you almost make it away from the huge falling rock.. Failing.... Miserably.. And getting crushed to your death. He's unable to move, even after the domain is done caving in. Finally, he runs over to you crying. He tries to push the boulder off but it's too heavy. Finally, he gives up.

Bennett:

"It's all because of my bad luck... I'm so sorry... It's all my fault... I should have just let Katheryne get rid of Benny's Adventure Team.. I..."

Bennett cries. Cries for what feels like days. Never once moving away, or trying to leave the domain. He can't bear to return to Monstadt knowing that it was his fault their Honorary Knight has passed. His fault that the greatest adventurer alive has been tainted with his bad luck. He felt so greedy, he was so optimistic about his bad luck, and he never let it get in the way of his dreams. So why? Why does the world continue to hurt him? The only friend he believed would stay by his side, the world just had to take them for itself. He tried so hard to give back to the world- never once thinking about himself first... He should have seen the signs, he should have encouraged everyone to stay and await help from someone instead of continuing the domain...Maybe he jinxed himself.. Of course...That had to be the case.. Cause nobody would ever want to befriend the unluckiest man alive.

Note: this is my first time writing! It might be bad or not accurate(in your way at least) but please do not hate! Also, this will be a series and will not only be limited to Genshin Impact characters, I take requests! But I only take one character at a time. <3

From you: Gift Giving, Acts of Service

For Venti, receiving gifts and doing small acts of service for his sake is enough to keep him around and feel loved. He loves gifts! Especially apples or wine. And small acts to help him out and let him know that you’re there is all that he needs.

Scenario:

You had gotten a call by Diluc’s bird, telling you that Venti had been at the tavern again, and had passed out drunk. You’ve been in this situation plenty of times before, so you knew what to do, and went to go pick up your lover from Angel’s Share. Arriving from (insert wherever you want to live in Mondstadt,) to Angel’s Share, you opened the tavern door to see Venti with his lyre close to him, lying on with his head on the bar counter, completely passed out. Slyly, you grabbed his arm and put it around your shoulder, supporting him as he stood up, half awake by the movements. You left some mora on the bar counter as an apology for the trouble, and took your lover back to your place. You would have brought him back to his statue near windrise, but you didn’t want him to wake up with the sun in his eyes while he has a hangover. (Not sure if Venti can get hangovers or migraines since he’s a god but for the sake of this fic, he can.) Finally arriving at your place, you set Venti down in a comfortable place in a comfortable position and closed all places that would extract sunlight. You left Venti there and took a neatly weaved basket out towards the Whispering Woods in search of apples for Venti… When you got back with a basket full of apples, Venti had woken up with a hangover. The sunlight from the door blinded him as he watched you walk through the entrance of your home. “Hello, Venti” You said, setting the basket of apples on some surface. “How are you?” You finished, grabbing an apple for him to eat. “Mm… my head hurts.” Venti said, lowering a hand he had guarded over his eyes due to the sunlight. You handed him an apple and pushed him toward some place for him to sit. He bit into the apple slowly, and you could see his face shift from miserable to a savoring, joyful expression. Aftera few minutes of silence while Venti eats, you finally break that silence. “Venti… You should be more responsible with your tavern visits. I get you’re a god and all, but it’s unhealthy to go there every chance you get to drink as much wine as you can and then pass out.” You lectured him, as he continued to eat his apple. Venti wiped his face of any apple juice, and swallowed a piece of apple he had in his mouth. “I’m sorry, [insert very cute couple nickname], it’s so hard to get away from it! The taste of the dandelion wine is just so good… it reminds me of past Mondstadt.” Venti says, in a sort of cheerful, yet sad way. You sigh, and bring Venti into your arms for an embrace. “I understand, but could you stay out of the tavern tonight… with me?” You ask. “I’ll stay with you tonight in exchange for another apple!” Venti says, pulling away from you with a smile. You roll your eyes playfully, and walk back over to where you placed the basket of apples, and reached in pulling out an apple and tossing it towards Venti, who caught it and immediately bit into it.

Venti needs a mix of romantic moments along with moments where you both can just match each other's energy. Words and Gifts mix well with quality time, which fits well with the previous description of what he has as his love languages.

Scenario:

It was almost time for you to meet Venti underneath the big oak tree in Windrise, as you looked out towards the sun to see the setting sun. You prepared for your walk there, making sure you don’t smell by spraying yourself with the apple-scented spray(perfume/cologne) you had gotten from Ying’er, putting clothes on that you felt comfortable in, and then putting your shoes on. Finally, you were ready to meet with Venti. You set on for your walk, and in no time, you had made it to your destination. “Heyy! There you are!” Venti greeted you with much joy. You had sat down next to where Venti was sitting, getting in a comfortable position, (and setting down a bag/purse if you brought one of those.) “I have a surprise for you! It’s a very special one.” Venti blurted, after you got comfortable. He stood up, grabbing his lyre and clearing his throat. You sat there watching in awe as Venti played a song he had made about you. When it was over, Venti sat back down. Still in awe, you started at Venti in amazement. “Did you like it?” Venti said with a smile. “Yes! Thank you Venti!” You said, happily. Venti smiled back, and looked out towards the sky and closed his eyes, relaxing into the free mondstadt wind that brushed against his face. “I thought of it while I was playing my lyre on the edge of Starsnatch Cliff. The cecilias were looking more beautiful than ever, and they reminded me of you.” Venti said, in a calm, loving voice. “But how did you think of a song from that?” You asked, as Venti opened his eyes and looked back in your direction. “Call it my special power.” Venti said with a giggle.
