It had been a few weeks since Doyoung and Y/n had talked to each other. They were both going through hard times and they both needed sometime alone.

They both blamed one another,but in reality it was their own faults

Y/n POV

I woke up to the alarm on my phone. I had a blaring headache and I couldn’t get out of bed. I was so weak I couldn’t do anything. Everything I did would remind me of him.

I try to ignore everything about him, but every time I do that the more he comes back into my mind. Today was the day he would come by to get his stuff, and I knew it would be hard to let go,but what could you do to a relationship you can’t fix.

I gathered all of his stuff together and put it in a box. I packed everything neatly. That’s how he liked it.

As I packed all of his stuff I remembered all the memories we had built. All of laughs just gone, nothing for us to remember, no more memories. I had to bury everything down deep to keep myself from crying. I couldn’t take it anymore.

Doyoung had made such a big impact on my life, and now that we are over I didn’t know what to do.

The bell to my door rang. I guess it’s time to let go.

I opened the door, and was surprised to see who it was. Jeahyun?

“What are you doing here?” I said sniffling a little

“I’m here to check on you.” He said

“I’m fine” I said with a fake smile

“We both know that’s not true.” He said giving me a hug. At that moment all of my tears began to pour out. I hugged Jeahyun tight and he shut the door behind him as I walked with him to the couch.

“I know you miss it, I know what it feels like to lose someone you love. I know it’s hard and it will only get harder from here, but I assure you that this will all be over soon. You were there for me when I had my break up. So now I’m here for you.” He said giving me a smile and anther tight hug.

We sat there for what it felt like hours. Until the door bell rung again. Jaehyun went to open it for me, as I was still breaking down. I looked up at the door way as Jeahyun moved to the side. Doyoung.

Doyoung POV

I sat down on my couch. I remembered all of the movie nights we would have on this couch. I remembered all the things I brought to y/n house that I left since I was so used to being there with them all the time.

Was I really ready to let them go?

Why was it so hard?

“Hey how are you holding up?” I heard Johnny coming into the living room.

“I don’t know. I just miss them. Am I really making the right choice?” I said as I looked at Johnny

“You miss them right? Why not go back to them? You both need each other and you both love each other.” He said looking at me

“You’re right. I’m going. I’m getting her back. I can’t live without y/n” I said leaving the living room to the front door.

The whole drive to y/n’s place I recited everything I was going to say to them.

I loved y/n and I would do anything to get them back.

I knocked on her/his door expecting y/n to open it. I would give them a big tight hug and tell them how much l longed for their touch and love.

I hadn’t expect Jaehyun to open it. I saw y/n on the couch with red eyes and puffy cheeks. They got up and carried a box to the door.

“Um here’s your stuff. Thanks for all the memories. I really did love you. I’m sorry” they said holding in the tears and running away.

“Y/n I-“

“I think you should leave. Y/n’s not in the best of moods right now .” Jeahyun said glaring at me.

“I just want to say something” I said

“ if you wanted to say something maybe you shouldn’t have let them go in the first place.” He said

I thought about those words as Jeahyun closed the door. Maybe he was right.

I shouldn’t have let you go y/n. I’m gonna miss you, miss your touch, your laughs, your smile, every little thing about you.

I still love you, I hope you know that.

With dinner dealt with you head your way to the bathroom. You grab your toothbrush and begin your usual routine. You looked up to the mirror and looked behind you. “Baby why are you looking at me like that” you say climbing on top of the bathroom counter. He comes near you placing himself in between your legs. He smiles at you as he fixes your hair.”You look pretty like this” he says squishing your cheeks together. You roll your eyes spitting out the foam of toothpaste in your mouth. They say that the first relationship was always going to have an affect on you, they never said if it was going to be good or bad. I just wasn’t ready for it.

It was never easy for you or him, you both tried your best, but for some reason it felt like you were the only one who wanted the relationship to work.

It was just getting harder and harder for you to handle. At first you guys took it slow, followed the flow of your waves, followed the breeze as they say, you two were just so in love nothing could get in the way, but they were wrong, they were dead wrong.

You tried to understand, but you couldn’t it was just too much to handle. You tried talking it out but it would end with yelling, screaming, and tears.

Y/n POV

As I sat on the ledge of the window staring into the starry night, I begin to shiver, the thoughts of the past week haunted me. I pulled my leg into my chest still looking out the window. The emptiness devouring me in. That’s when I saw it, it was like I was being stabbed in the chest a million times. It felt as if someone was pulling my heart out. The pain I went through to see him with someone else. Seeing him laugh, smile and kissing someone else. I couldn’t take it anymore. I just broke down, not caring the the tears on my my face would sting more and more. I closed my eyes and remembered the happy days.

*flashback*

“So what if I was? I can hang out with people. Your so clingy.” He said, his words like a sword driving through me with ease. It was like this meant nothing to him.

“ THATS RIGHT I’M NOT HAPPY WITH YOU ANYMORE, IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR CAUSE I CAN SAY IT AGAIN.” He said yelling at me, at that moment my anger took control over my body. My hand clashing onto his face as I slapped him.

“Said wha? I’ll stay with you forever, I’ll love you forever, I want to be with you? DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT SHIT.” He said, I couldn’t take it anymore I started to hit him harder and harder my fist driving into his arms as he tried to defend himself.

“You know what, I HATE YOU I want you out of my life, I never want to see you anymore at least those other girls don’t expect much.” He said, my tears now pouring out of my eyes. I didn’t say anything but stare at him, I took my keys and wallet and walked out on him.

How could we end up like this?

Jaehyun POV

As I saw y/n’s silhouette disappear into the dark abyss, that was when I realized how much I had lost. There was no winning in this, no matter what I did, no matter how I looked at it I would have lost y/n in the end. I was a jerk, I was an idiot, I was an asshole. I ran out of the apartment to look for y/n, but they were gone, there was no way to come back from the things I did, the things I said. They were out of my grasp, the scent of their hair no longer lingered in my head. The way their soft lips would touch mine every morning I could no longer recall. Everything about them forgotten, because of me, and my idiotic decisions.

Your and Hendery were out buying a new bed, since you guys just moved into a new apartment, and need furniture.

Y/N’s POV

“Do we really have to get a bed?” Hendery said as he dragged his feet behind me.

“Hendery were else would we sleep?” I said looking back at him

“Can’t you just lay on me, I’m way more comfortable than a bed.” He said smirking

“And what about you, your back is going to hurt you know.” I said rolling my eyes at him

“If your comfortable, I’m comfortable baby” he said giving me a back hug, as I skimmed through the handbook for beds. We walked around the store for quite a while until I finally found the right bed. It was medium sized and close to the ground, which was perfect since Hendery would always fall into the ground, and the last bed we had was high so when he fell you could hear his body tumble down. It was funny to hear and sometimes watch, but I still felt bad about it.

“Okay this is perfect.” I said dragging Hendery close to the bed

“Finally, we’ve been here for hours.” He said sighing loudly

We payed for the bed and headed straight home. As soon as we arrived home we began to set it up. We both plopped onto the bed and laid in comfort.

“Who’s not comfortable now?” I said turning to face Hendery.

Hendery POV

“Whatever, but you can never replace me with a bed like this.” I said hugging y/n tight

“I guess your right, plus I don’t think you can have a bed as a boyfriend.” They said laughing, standing up and heading to the kitchen. It was pretty late when we finished setting up the bed, since all we did was argue which board went on what and what corner was correct. We even forgot to screw in some screws and it did not end pretty.

“What’s for dinner babe?” I said as I approached the kitchen table.

“Ramen as usual” they said giggling.

After we ate, we went to watch some movies. After some hours we were both tired and decided to go to bed. We both laid down in bed my arms wrapped around y/n’s waist and their head on my chest.

“Good night y/n I love you.” I said

“Good night Hendery.”

“ I guess you are more comfortable than a bed” I heard them whisper.

“I heard that.” I said giggling giving y/n a kiss on the head.

School is being such a pain, the teachers really think that we have all the time in the world, and clearly we don’t. For some reason they just don’t want us to go to sleep and it sucks. Then they start talking about “I have so much work to do now”

Like come on don’t blame us for you assigning all of this work, and then you complain about it, just don’t give us that much work, and your job won’t be that hard, and you don’t have to complain, thats the students job.

🙃Rant 2: Feelings

I swear I really do be falling for the wrong people, and it sucks. Sometimes i really don’t understand why people have to be so harsh when it comes to feelings. like “I’m sorry your likable” what else do you want me to do.

The funny thing is that they literally start complaining about how no one likes them, and it like “are you blind or are you stupid”. Some people are just so frustrating, you try to give them the sign and then they don’t take it, and then start ranting about how no one likes them. Its so dumb i swear.

You and Jaemin were out getting groceries for the dinner you both wanted. For the past few weeks the only things in you stomach was water and ramen. you both grew tired of it, and decided to get actual food. Since both of you love to cook for each other you guys decided to have a competition.

Y/N POV

“Are you sure you want to do this y/n? I know how you act when you lose.” Jaemin said mischievously smiling at me.

“ Oh don’t worry you won’t see any of that tonight, it’ll be you with that attitude after I make the best dish ever.” I said laughing at him

We both entered the grocery store hand in hand, of course we were in a competition, but we still needed some type of affection. Jaemin got the cart while I scanned the veggies. I didn’t really know what I was going to make, but I just wanted something with veggies in them.

“Do you even know what you’re going to cook?” He said with a smirk

“ No not really, but when I think of It, mine is going to be the best.” I said looking at him, I was walking backwards and accidentally bumped into someone.

“Oh I’m so sorry, I wasn’t looking where I was going.” I said looking up at the person

“Y/n?” He said, damn it was my ex

“Hi” I said trying to avoid his eyes. I tried getting Jaemins attention but he was checking out the mangos, and I was stuck here with this guy

“Its been so long, how are you?” He said

“I’ve been doing great.” I said now looking at him.

“Thats not what I heard from my friends, after we broke up you locked yourself in your room and cried for a week.” He said laughing. I wanted to punch him right in the face so his laugh would turn into crying.

“Look, I don’t know who told you that, but I was so happy we broke up.” I said now looking at the tomatoes in front of me

“If your doing so great why can’t you tell me straight to my face, and not look anywhere else.” He said, I was getting to annoyed by this man I wanted to just kick him and punch him so hard. I was about to answer when I felt an arm around my shoulder.

“Baby what are you doing?” Jaemin said as I turned to look at him.

“ my ex, help me out” I mouthed at him, pointing with my eyes.

“Who are y-

“I’m Jaemin, y/n’s one and only boyfriend, and who are you?” Jaemin said pulling me closer to his body

“I’m Chris, the ex” He said with a smirk on his face, it was like he was proud of being my ex, ughh I wish I could just punch his little smirk off his face, he is so annoying.

Jaemin’s POV

I grabbed onto Y/n even tighter, looking at the ex. This guy wasn’t letting go of the conversation and neither was I.

“Nice to meet you, the ex, never thought people took that title to heart, kinda seems embarrassing to say if I were you.” I said getting a little annoyed

“Well when you date someone like y/n keeping this title is good especially when you see the boyfriend, seems like y/n’s been busy, like they always are ” He said smirking

At this point my blood was boiling, and anything I said or do next y/n wouldn’t be able to control.

“Look man, I’m sure y/n said this to you, but you need to leave before anything gets any worse.” I said in a low tone, pulling y/n behind me

“Jaemin whoever you are, I don’t care, but I assure you that you were just a babysitter for y/n, the real man is here, so it would be nice if you could give her/him back to me.” He said smiling holding out his hand. I couldn’t take this guy anymore.

I took his hand and pulled him close

“If you don’t want to end up on the internet as an idiot in a grocery store I suggest you leave, or one of us is going to the hospital, and heads up its not going to be me.” I said as I pushed him away, and dragging y/n out of the grocery store.

“Jaemin, are you okay?” i heard y/n say in a low tone.

“Baby I’m good, how about you, did he touch you?” I said putting my hands on y/n’s cheeks checking for anything on their face.

“No he didn’t touch me” they said

“Okay good.” I said putting our foreheads together

“Ughh I can’t believe he ruined our night together, and now we won’t know who the best cook is.” They said cutely pacing around.

“Its okay, we can just go out to eat, I’ll pay for it, after what happened I don’t think I should go back inside the grocery store.” I said grabbing y/n’s hand.

“Yeah, what did you say to him, he seemed a little shook” Y/n said stopping me.

“I just told him, that you have me, and I wouldn’t let anything happen to you.” I said caressing their cheek, getting closer.

“Just so you know I would’ve won the competition.” I said before giving them a kiss and running away.

“Yah JAEMIN YOU TAKE THAT BACK.” I heard from behind me.

I couldn’t focus on the road, my eyes were too heavy for me to keep open. I had no other choice, but to sleep. I leaned on Lucas’s shoulder and closed my eyes.

Lucas POV

I felt a slight weight on my shoulder when I went to look it was y/n.

I mean who else would it be?

I smiled to myself, lucky to be in the dark so that no one would know I was blushing. I took my hand and held their head as we rolled onto a few bumps. I pushed some of their hair out of their face so that I could see their face clearly.

I smiled a little at the comment, and looked at y/n again.

Maybe we do.

I put my head on top of theirs, and drifted off to sleep.

*Few minutes later*

Y/N POV

I felt the car stop, and opened my eyes. I could feel a slight weight on top of my head and looked up.

Wow he looks so cute.

As I was staring at him, his eyes began to flutter open. I immediately got up from his shoulder and followed everyone else out of the car.

“Okay guys, Good Night I’ll see you all tomorrow.” I said rushing my words, but before I could leave I felt a pair of arms snake around my body.

“Do I not get anything in return? You know my shoulder is still asleep because of you.” Lucas said, I could feel his breath after ever word on my neck, it sent shivers down my spine.

“Thanks Lucas, sorry about your shoulder.” I said turning around to face him, but as soon as I was facing him he pulled me in from my arms and gave me a kiss on the lips. I closed my eyes joining him, as our lips were syncing together.

“Don’t worry you can do that anytime, if it means I get this in return.” Lucas said, I could feel heat building up on my cheeks and a smile creeping on my face.

“Good Night princess, I’ll see you tomorrow.” He said turning around, giving me one last kiss on the cheek.

I turned around making my way to my dorm. All giggly and smiling.

*Ding Ding*

I heard my phone go off. I looked at the notification and it was a picture Xiaojun took.

I guess I got myself a new wallpaper.
