Sooo, gonna get a little bit personal here, I got to the point this year where I stopped enjoying social media. Not because it makes me insecure, or that I compare myself to others, because I don’t. I understand we all are on different journeys going to different destinations. I have just got to a point, where I wanted to start giving back more to society, where I wanted to add value as opposed to aid egos. I’m not a pretentious person, I’m not impressed by money, cars or ‘status’, what ‘impresses’ me is how you treat people that can offer you nothing in return. So despite the fact I’ve not been posting, I’ve been working super hard on a few things. Some of you may know already I had a spiritual awakening about 18 months ago that completely changed me, my life and my perspectives on a lot of things. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my time, but with that has come wisdom. I’m just finalising a few things before I can finally reveal to you what I’ve been working on. I’m so excited to share with you guys, I’m going to be putting out content that’s more aligned with who I am. (There’s some serious creative projects on the agenda for 2021) but I’m not gonna be playing it safe, or doing what I’m asked or paid to do, but what I want to do. I can’t wait for you all to walk this new pathway with me, on this journey. Love to you all during this second lockdown. I debated posting this, but I have always battled with eating. If I’m depressed I eat too much, If I feel anxious, I starve myself. I’m a qualified personal trainer, and despite my knowledge of fitness and nutrition, I never had the right mindset. Mindset is key. The difference between successful and failure is discipline. I can honestly say, I’m still abit chunky but I’m actually starting to love my body. All I’ve made are a few small lifestyle changes, and devised a home workout, 30 minutes a day, that’s all I do.
