when you had told Charlie you couldn’t go with him to Hawaii he was completely bummed.
“Babe just tell them it’s family.”
“You want me to lie to my boss?” you looked at him  quizzically over facetime.
“well, i don’t know, i just wanna see you. I feel like it’s been months.”
“It has been months but i promise i’ll see you soon.” you phone dinged with a message from Owen with confirmation that plans were going to work out for tomorrow.
“I think i’m gonna hit the hay baby. I gotta wake up early tomorrow.” you said scooting back down onto your pillows.
“Okay sweet girl. Have good dreams. Will you message me when you wake up?”
“Of course I will Char, I love you.” I smiled sleepily into the camera, your heard charlie take a screen shot.
“Stop taking pictures of me.” you scold playfully
“Never. Ill let you get some sleep my girl, I love you.”
“I love you.”

Sitting on the plane killed you, being way to excited to finally see your long term boyfriend for the time in almost 4 months.
You were going down the escalator looking for Owen when you heard you name be shouted. You stood on you too toes looking around when you reached the bottom. You finally reached him, he was accompanied by Jeremy and his wife, Carolynn.
“It’s so good to finally see you again !” she exclaimed pulling you into a hug.
“You too! Congratulations again on the wedding the pictures were absolutely beautiful. You both looked really amazing.” You had scooted to given Jeremy a hug and than finally Owen.
“Thank you guys again for helping me with this , it’s means a lot.”
“Hey, if it gets him to stop moping i would do anything.” you all laughed piling into the car.

“Soo Kennedy messaged me saying the are out back at the pool so, we’ll go there and then we can bring you bag up later.”
“Yeah that sounds perfect. You guys will have to lead the way.” Jeremy and Carolynn led the way with Owen behind them trying to shield you the best they could.
“Hey Charlie! Hows y/n?”
“Good. It’s still pretty early there she’s probably still sleeping.” He clicked his phone off only to see no replies from you. You were now standing slightly behind his chair.
“I can’t wait to see her man. I just want to cuddle her and smell her shampoo. It weird how much you miss things like that until you can’t see them everyday.”
“Well we can ditch them and go cuddle now if you want baby.” Charlie’s head whipped around mouth hanging open at the sight of you.
“ Holy shit ... HOLY SHIT!” he ran up to you and grabbed you so you legs were wrapped around his waist. You couldnt help but cry, it felt so good to be back with him again.
“Don’t cry baby.” He pulled back with tears also in his eyes.
“Your crying too!” you all laughed. he placed his head back on you shoulder.
“I missed you so much.” he whispered.

Bad Day // Owen Joyner
You could tell when you woke that’s today was gonna be rough. You had rolled over pulling the blank up to your nose looking to cuddle closer to your warm boyfriend, only to find that that side of the bed was cold. You sighed closing your eyes dreading finding clothes to put on, rolling over spotting his sweatshirt that was discarded rather quickly onto the floor the night before, throwing it on along with a pair of sweats, and heading down stairs. The sound of your foot steps cause Owen to look up from where he was making breakfast.
“Good morning my love, how did you sleep?” he asked as your wrapped your arms around his back.
“okay... i missed cuddling with you this morning.” you rested your head on his back squeezing tighter.
“aww i’m sorry... i wanted to make you breakfast.”
“will you be mad if i say i’m not hungry?”
“i’d never be mad baby.” he plated the food and turned around wrapping his arms around you.
“whats the matter baby?”
“i don’t know i just wanna sleep. i don’t want to do anything today. i just feel like i really need to cry.”
“you can do whatever you need to do to feel better. Is there anything a can do to help you?” He pressed his lips onto the side of your head.
“just hold me please. i really need a hug.”
“i’ll hold you for as long as you need me too. You know that.” you hummed as he started rocking you both back in forth. You both had failed to hear his mom walk into the kitchen.
“Your both the cutest thing.” you and Owens heads turned to look where his mom was leaning against the door frame.
“Mom.” Owen groaned putting his head back into your neck.
“I’m serious. I’ve never seen to people so in love with each other. Not even your father and I were that in love. But i suppose i’ll leave you two to it.” she winked at your as she walked back up the stairs.
“I love your mom. Shes literally the cutest.”
“She loves you too believe me she love you more than she loves me.”
“I doubt that.” He places a few kisss onto your neck, scootching down to wrap his arms around you butt, lifting you so you could your legs around his waist.
“Are you wearing any of your own clothes this morning?” He was  maneuvering himself carefully towards the stairs.
“Am I ever?”
“That’s far enough.” he set you down on the bed removing the sweatshirt he was wearing, laid on the bed and held his arms out.
“let’s watch a movie, and take a nap. That sound like a good plan?” he pulled the blanket up to cover you both.
“That’s sounds like the best plan O. Thank you for taking care of me.”
“I’m gonna take care of you as long as i’m alive baby. I love you.”
“I love you too O.”
