?
I still play some, but I’m not into the blog so much. Mostly to have a chat box so I don’t feel so dang lonely. Working full time now, going back to school at the end of this month. I’m in the Shadow and Flame kin on arkenstone now. Good stuff :) My guard (soldun) is 100 now and him and my minstrel (feldomir) can duo some of the roving threats. I haven’t checked out osgiliath yet. I haven't really raided or done any Challenge-group stuff yet, but that’s okay. I mostly just run big battles with my two toons to see if I can get plat on everything :D It’s a challenge and it can get laggy, but I like a challenge. The lag.. not so much.

Decided to start leveling my guardian (Soldun) to 100, maybe I can duo some roving threats or something once he is. I had leveled him and my minstrel together up to angmar, at which point the quests were hard and they were both under-leveled. That made me quit for a long time. Once I did start playing again my computer at the time would over heat constantly so playing two characters at once wasn't an option, so I ended up just leveling the minstrel.. till now!
Soldun is level 51 now, I got him his first LI and now I am working on virtues some as well as earning a little TP so I can unlock his gold cap and buy a Thorin’s Hall goat for Moria. Only bad thing about multi-boxing.. now I have an account without VIP fast-travels and a lot of virtue slots to unlock :(

Tactical Healing Rating
researching minstrel LI book legacy Tactical Healing Rating some (lvl 100 FA book)
It does not affect tactical mastery or outgoing healing. Each rank is a 0.68 point increase to Tactical Healing Rating, which directly boosts the base amount of heals. According to my first two calculations which I acquired by recording the amount heal increased and translating into a percentage, chord of salvation is increased by 0.4%-0.6% per rank. Raise the spirit is increased by 0.2%-0.5%. Although these seem like small increases, minstrels have seven heals so it is safe to say that each rank will exceed an overall amount of 1% total boost to heals, making the legacy worth ranking up since the other healing legacies start at 1% to only one heal. (scratch that, i forgot about the “healing and motivation” legacy)
at max rank chord of salvation receives 71-102 total point increase (1.77%-3.63% total percentage increase). So even taking the smallest boost of 1.77% and multiplying this to seven skills you get around 12% total. Personally though I would only take my main 4 heals into consideration (salv, raise, bolster, inspire) which translates to around 8 or 9% total when maxed, but that is at the low end. Still probably equal to or more powerful than the other legacies when you take into consideration how it boosts all heals, but it also is more costly to rank up than the heal/motivation & the inspire fellows legacy. On a side note why the heck does the bolster courage legacy cost more to rank up than the heal/moti legacy?? They both give the same % increases per rank and heal/moti boosts more skills and costs less.. makes no sense. or wait maybe my legacy tiers are just different.. LIs are such a headache~

servers down
servers down for 30 more minutes (hopefully). Been leveling low level toons and working on crafts.. kind of got burned out on feldomir my 100 minstrel but still play him some. He has a first age LI I haven't even worked on really, which I probably should. Besides that he can work on the gold jewelry from DA, have one more nadhin piece i need morale for, and he can work on the central gondor vanguard quest. I haven't really bothered with the supreme essences yet, they seem like a major head ache.

Lord of the rings online - in game customizable map good for crafting resource node materials farming.
0. Start off figuring out what area you want to farm at by finding a map, google images should work. 1. Download and install moormap into your plugin folder. 2. Create a /location key for your toolbar, I will explain later.   (type "/shortcut 48 /location" in game to create a location key) 3. Open and run the moormap plugin in game. I use a toolbar button. You can also set the plugin to auto-start with the plugin manager if you like. 4. Resize and customize map how you like. I like mine smaller and somewhat transparent. 5. Select map for your current location from the drop down menu. 6. You can use the red arrow button on the moormap to update your current location as you move, but it is easier to spam the location key you made earlier. 7. As you find resource nodes target them first, then add them to your map with the red flag button. You'll need to close and re-open the map to see any annotations you have added.
