What femininity actually is.

Physically:

• she doesn't pretend to not have a human body.

• comfortable is her own skin.

• doesn't dwell on insecurities, or attribute them to her worth.

• embraces her unique nature.

• nurtures her body by feeding herself properly.

• embraces age & the changes it will bring.

• does not feed into beauty standards or trends.

• knows her body is the least interesting thing about her.

• enjoys moving her body in a way that is healthy for her.

• wear what makes her feel comfortable.

• she understands her fluidity through the month & knows she has different needs then others.

• unafraid to show emotions.

• unafraid to set boundaries with others.

• speaking her mind.

• seeking new knowledge.

• confident in abilities, & knows that failure is apart of life.

• loyal to others until shown disrespect.

• sitting with deep emotions.

• depends on herself.

• resilient.

• able to create strong bonds with other women & loved ones.

• deep empathy with action.

• has & desires to experience the world & different perspectives.

• ambition with action.

• her kindness make waves but so will her anger. she is not a one faced coin.

• protecter of children & other women.

• decides & respects her own sexuality. (!!)

• passion in specific aspects of life.

• able to view other's perspectives.

• spiritual.

• wont settle for less then she deserves.

• is okay being alone.

• has identity in her soul, not surface level.

• but embraces her surface level.

• being kind with others. (but say "no" or "it's none of your business" if necessary...)

• knows when she's made a mistake.

• let's go of the past but doesn't forget the lesson learned, or the pattern made by said person.

• nurturing but fierce.

• she holds a safe non judgemental space.
