I've been experiencing anxiety lately. Midterms just ended last week, but there are still assessments to do. I'm too tired and drained to start working on it. While I'm glad my professor told us that all assessments will be due by next week, I still don't feel like doing them early. Sheesh, this is stressing me out. For now, I'm just gonna crochet and play stardew valley.

I genuinely enjoy doing this assessment. We're asked to choose a fairytale, epic, legend, folktale, or myth then design a book cover for it. We can reinvent the titles, author's name, and other stuff. I could've painted the red dress better, particularly the shadows, but this is due at 4pm so I don't have much time. And the white rose is not looking white right there so yeah. Keep in mind that I haven't painted for a while ;-;

Apologies for my long absence >< I've been so busy this 2nd semester like there's so much work to do. Now, I'm giving myself even more work by enrolling in a side class hehe. Anyway, I'm taking an online program for teaching early childhood learners. Personally, enrolling in this program serves as an alternative for not being able to get the course I wanted, which is Early Childhood Education, because it was not offered to me back then. I ended up taking Secondary Education.

Today is the first day of classes for the 2nd semester!
Here's me doing some rough sketches after my morning class. It's... not that great. I'm supposed to draw a lake with some trees but those ain't looking like trees ಥ‿ಥ.
Anyways, I'm trying to get over my drawing anxiety and it has been a year ever since I've drawn something. I watched a video of this person drawing and painting in a mini sketchbook so I felt inspired to do just that. I'm not comfortable drawing on a big canvas so this is quite perfect for me, especially since I just got back to drawing so yeah.

Just finished making a new photocard holder today. The one on the left is the first photocard holder and the very first crochet project I've made. I know the borders are a bit thick, making the photocard a bit less visible, but I personally prefer it that way.
