Story link: https://www.deviantart.com/d-field22/art/Batman-Oc-Villain-16-Red-Riding-Hood-Digital-867360346
Bio: Real name: Rufina R. Dooh Occupation: Murderer, Professional criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Green Hair: Black, (ends dyed Red) Height: 5ft 7 in Weight: 130lbs
Attributes: Obsessed with old fairytales, particularly Little Red Riding Hood Suicidal Uses hand crafted baskets as not just her means of fitting her gimmick of filling it with dead body parts, but also as her calling card. With a quote of a famous fairytale written on a white card tied to the handles. Uses an exaggerated personality of an innocent girl. Surprisingly good in hand to hand combat. Mainly sticks to knives, or her cleaved she hides in her cloak Mainly sticks to old people as her victims. But is known to kill much younger folk that cross her, or whom she feels like killing.
Dream voice actress: Chloë Grace Moretz. You could say I have sort of a crush on Chloe, I can say that instead of some old perverts on Facebook or Twitter because she and I are a lot closer in age. But aside from that, she has grown to be a very competent actress, whether it be kickass heroes, smart allices, or even tortured souls, she for the most parts gives it her all in acting. I can't seem to recall seeing a "bad" performance from her. Though I think her choices need to be a bit better for some movies, Chloë Grace Moretz has the perfect voice for Rufina. I also tried to model Rufina's face after Chloe, but I'm not that very good at drawing real people. But I did my best, and I think I did it well enough.
Featured song: Little Red Riding Hood by Amanda Seyfried.
Notes.
Red Riding Hood was a rogue that desperately needed a redesign, and I was so looking forward to the day that she would get one. And dare I say, this one blows the original out of the water.
I decided to draw the basket in the crutch of her arm and placed her trademark killing weapon in where the basket use to be, along with an additional butcher knife, 3.Some of the colors of her outfit were changed and now she pops at you much more, because I didn't think to do the inside of her cloak in a different shade of red.
How could I not incorporate the Mad Hatter into her origin? It would have been a missed opportunity if I didn't have them meet/ work together in any point in time.
Now as I have said in my Joker page, I am not a big fan of the film, However I do like elements/ characters from it. I like Murray, I like Gary, and Randall(to a point) so I decided to incorporate the former 2 into Red's origin. For the Batman universe that I am creating is taking bits and pieces from all across Batman history, official, spin-off, or fan created, and finding a way to mesh the elements without going completely nuts.
I am a big Stephen King fan and one year on Christmas I asked for Carrie. I read half of the book in one day and I had to stop myself from reading it to have Christmas. Carrie in the book and the films was a huge inspiration for Rufina right up to the actress and even the main tormentor of Rufina, who shares the name of 2 other characters from the book.

First Appearance: Batman and Robin #5 (December, 2009)
Story: The Mooney crime family would suffer great losses from a hideous turf war with rival gangster Antoine Rotelli, who had received aid from none other than Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, otherwise known the Penguin. Fish would then seek out aid from an crime organizer known only as The Lady, for she had heard tales that she had employed some of the deadliest assassins in the world. One such assassin went by the name of Flamingo. Mooney's goal was simple, first be rid of Rotelli, then exact her revenge on Cobblepot, and the Flamingo, was the perfect man for the job. Though she were successful in exacting vengeance on Rotelli, Fish failed to see that Eduardo had a nature beyond her comprehension. When Mooney set out to inform Eduardo of Cobblepot, a horrid surprise awaited her in the guest room. There Flamingo sat, in a chair, devouring the very face of the slain Rotelli, and on a plate were the remaining muscles that were torn off the body a second time. Horrified, she ordered her men to kill Flamingo, but it only ended with her guards slain, and her taken hostage by the cannibal. Eventually, the mad man was defeated by Batman and Commissioner Gordon, and both he and Mooney were taken into custody.
Bio: Real name: Eduardo Flamingo Occupation: Assassin Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown(normal) Pink(dyed) Height: 6ft Weight:150lbs
Attributes: One of the deadliest assassins in the world. Known as The Eater of Faces for his cannibalistic tendencies towards his victims. Flamingo's behavior and mindset can change rapidly. Torturer. High pain tolerance. Expert hand-to-hand combatant. Expert marksman and firearms.
Dream voice actor: Raúl Castillo
Featured song: Faceless by Red
Notes:
I tried to make my own design for Flamingo, but doing such was more difficult than I expected, so I heavily used Phil-Co's design to create a design that is still in my opinion too close to his.
The face he is holding is no one specific, but it is a reference to Joker from the New 52, when he is holding his old face with a smile on his face.
I was looking to fit in the Gotham design in the drawing as well, but in the end, it didn't translate that well.
His beard and moustache were dyed pink to reference his cameo appearance from Batman: The Brave and the Bold, more particularly, The Knights of Tomorrow episode.

Holds the title of the most feared enforcers and assassins throughout the Gotham underworld. Unlike her brother, she act more on impulse and often leads her to making for enemies than allies. The first person to actually see the Batman face to face, and was mocked by the many families of her claim that a man dressed like a bat defeated her in combat. Fiercely despised by Laura Maroni, the only child of mob don Sal Maroni, and mob don Remy "Katana" Collins as well as Yoko Collins and the rest of the Collins family for murdering one of their own, as well as Councilman Arthur Reeves who openly condemned her relationship with Barbara Kean as unhealthy. Carries a low tolerance for those who threaten her with violence. In an open relationship with Butch Gilzean as well as Barbara Kean. Becomes defendant when those she cares about are threatened. Story on DeviantArt: https://www.deviantart.com/d-field22/art/Batman-OC-villain-1-Bengal-digital-865401975
Bio: Real name: Sarah Rachael Sollivan Occupation: Scientist(formerly) Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Brown(formerly) Blue Hair: Black(formerly) White Height: 5ft 8in Weight: 140lbs
Attributes: Heightened senses Flexibility Skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Mostly sticks to using her claws. Suffers from Chronic anger and Volatile anger Skilled in Biochemistry Suffers from a severe Delusional disorder Driven desire to covet her cubs and keep them away from human customs
Dream voice actress: Emilia Clarke. I don't know why. But for some reason, I can see Daenerys voicing Bengal. I can just picture her being the voice of one so demented as Bengal being voiced by someone who is "probably" already insane, though it has yet to be determined. In the books anyways, and before…well we don't speak about that train wreck here. THAT certain event(which shall remain nameless) honestly was only one of many things wrong with that dumpster fire of a show and marks many horrible things about storytelling and basic writing. Those two untalented dunderheads should be flipping burgers or operating a dump truck instead of writing. Just wow! What the hell were they thinking?!?! Martin, that rumor about the show and books better be false because there is gonna be hell to pay old man!! But I digress, I also picture her being beside Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy(originally) voicing their respected characters. And maybe that deep within someone good and kind like Daenerys, there is an inner mad queen. And maybe that mad queen is Bengal. And in case you're wondering, she would be using her Sarah Conner voice for Bengal. She pulls an American accent fairly well.
Featured songs: Roar by Twenty One Two (originally by Katy Perry), Monster by Imagine Dragons, and Animals by Maroon 5. For Roar's case, I was originally going to use Animal I have Become but Killer Croc already took that one and made it a rule NOT to use the same song twice. The lyrics seem to fit Bengal's case well especially with the chorus. I chose this particular cover because I just liked that one better than the original. If I find other songs that fit her, then they will be added later. Monster, I feel fits Bengal especially with her time after her transformation, the animal or monster in her is only taking more control of her sanity. Animals, well you can figure that one out pretty easily.
Notes:
Her origin in a sense is similar to Man-Bat's origin.
Since the original looked a bit too human, and finding references from many talented artists who have drawn anthropoid tigers and do fine work I may add, I once again decided to use some of those elements in the new design for Bengal, I even gave her lips, well sort of. Since the outer black of a white tiger's mouth is that shade of black I decided to use that for lips essentially. So once more I say thanks for all who inspired me to make Bengal more animal.
Leo is another OC that will be done and thanks to my good friend YugiohPonyAvengers, we have developed him and many other of my rogues. Be sure to check out their bios in her page.
Her cubs have yet to be decided on what type of Tiger/Lion hybrids they will be. I know it matters on the animal's sex and all. But hey this is comics.

First appearance: Batman #181(June, 1966)
Story: Man has been known to have a completely vulnerable will when it comes to beautiful women. With one word, this gorgeous flower will have you eating from the palm of her hands. Pamela Isley otherwise known as Poison Ivy is a beauty that most men against their will shall die for. After an attempted murder in the hands of Dr. Jason Woodroe in her own organics lab, her DNA mutated when the plant chemicals and toxins fell upon her. Transforming her into a human-plant hybrid. Given bizarre abilities such as the ability to control plants, blow hypnotizing pheromones', and a poisonous kiss, Poison Ivy dedicates her existence to rebuild humanity. Even it it means killing 80% of humanity to do so.
Bio; Real name: Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley Occupation: Eco-terrorist Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Green Hair: Red Height: 5ft 9in Weight: 142lbs
Attributes: Able to direct the growth of all plant life Plant genes mixed with her DNA Trained in the art of Botany Skin secretes a deadly toxin Exudes natural pheromones'
Dream voice actress: Tasia Valenza. And we come to the Arkham actors on more. Nothing against the other voice actresses, but when it comes to a more seductive Ivy, I personally think that Tasia does it best.
Featured song: Poison by Alice Cooper. Once again, a song that doesn't need to be explained in order to fit with Ivy. Just listen to it on YouTube. Notes:
Oh my lord! Ivy! Out of all the rogues, Poison Ivy is the one that gets under my skin the most! I could never get her right unlike the other rogues, especially the women of Gotham. I searched high and low for references to go by when coming up with a newer design for Ivy, which makes it even harder.
When I was drawing Ivy, I realized a but too late that some of the traits I gave her, were also used by fellow artist Moheart7. So Moheart, I heavily apologize in advance if you see this page.
I wanted to give Ivy a more dynamic pose, so looking up designs of Ivy, I have decided to take elements from Grass04's design. The artist did an absolutely job with that Ivy, and I highly recommend you look to it up on Google and give the artist a shout out.

Story: Arnold Weaker had a troubled childhood. When he was a boy his parents were killed in a car accident after a violent experience he had with an albatross…okay. Anyway, after years if bottling up his emotions he was arrested after a bright occurred which he ended up killing the man he fought with. Taken to Blackgate, he stole the puppet of a fellow cellmate which he crafted put of the dead gallow tree. Renaming the puppet Scarface, Arnold Wesker developed a split personality within the puppet and ruled the Gotham underworld. I'm gonna have to say that this is one of the weirdest Batman rogues I've ever seen. I mean I like him and I personally don't think he's terrible. It's just odd to me. I do however like how in many stories especially in season four of Batman the animated series they have him going straight. I like that better than just killing him off. But I also do like how the later two ventriloquists take on the mantle and make a name for themselves. With that said, though he's not in my top 10 favorite Batman Villains, he does hold a special place in my heart.
Bio: Real name: Arnold Wesker Occupation: Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Blue (Wesker) Black (Scarface) Hair: Brown (Wesker) Black (Scarface) Height: 5ft 7in (Wesker) 2ft 7in (Scarface) Weight: 145lbs (Wesker) 15lbs (Scarface)
Attributes: Delusional schizophrenic with multiple personality disorder(Wesker) Obsessed with his puppet, Scarface, whom he puppeteers with unsettling skill(Wesker) When teamed with Scarface, the two operate as a criminal mastermind(Wesker) Puppet animated with eerie verisimilitude (Scarface) Frequently wields under-sized but lethal weaponry (Scarface) When teamed with the Ventriloquist, acts as on old-style mob boss, with a sociopathic disregard for human life (Scarface)
Dream voice actor: Jeff Dunham. Well here is something that not many people thought to have the Ventriloquist voiced an actual ventriloquist. I was originally going to choose Dan Castellaneta, however Jeff Dunham just keeps popping into my mind. Now whether or not you like his comedy is entirely up to you, but I think that it would be kind of neat to see Dunham make a voice for Scarface that isn't Walter or Peanut.
Featured Song: I'm Made of Wax Larry, What Are You Made Of? by A Day to Remember. Well in the song there are the lyrics Puppet in the palm of my hands which seems to suit Wesker's situation. I'm not a huge fans of bands like A Day to Remember, but I'll make an exception.
Notes:
As I have said before, I am not very skilled at drawing tommy guns. Hand guns and shotguns are ok. But I cannot in the life of me do any type of machine gun. Like at all. Plus as I said before, I do like this rogue. I know a lot of other people don't but for me it's silly but it works for me.
Okay, this one isn't much of a surprise as I was leading with Clayface. But he along with the last 2 rogues before the 200th deviant are necessary to the whole thing.

Story: Dr. Harleen Quinzel was once a psychiatrist Arkham Asylum. Once a brilliant mind at the Asylum and was determined to learn more about the criminals mind. That was until "he" came into her life. Before one inmate twisted her mind. Harleen Quinzel became infatuated with the inmate, you might say she began to fall in love with him. When the detective returned her twisted lover broken and beaten, she was crushed. She knew what she had to do. She had to release him, love him, but most of all be like him. Throwing herself into the same vat of chemicals that made the mad man into who he was, she emerged reborn and deranged. Returning to Arkham the night after her lover was returned by the Batman, she fought through the guards and released him from his cell now in the name of Harley Quinn. Sidekick and lover to her "Puddin", The one all Gotham fears. The Joker.
Bio: Real name: Harleen Frances Quinzel Occupation: Psychiatrist(formerly) Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Blue Hair: Pale blond (Ends died blue and pink) Height: 5ft 8in Weight: 133lbs
Attributes: Surprising strength and stamina with superior gymnastic skills Like the Joker, she is a homicidal psychotic with total disregard for human life and escapes easy classification A staff member at Arkham Asylum with a keen interest in the criminal mind Obsessed with the Joker Employs various deadly weapons often based on Joke's party-gag toys
Dream Voice Actress: Margot Robbie. If there is one saving grace of Suicide Squad it would be Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. And that goes for Birds of Prey as well. If they had casted her as anyone else with the new films, I'm sure a lot of people would be mad.
Featured Song: Bad Romance by Lady Gaga.
Notes:
Her appearance is sort of a mix between her style in Arkham City and her appearance in the 2019 animated series. I was debating on what to do with ol Harls, so I decided to go with the style you see above.
The stance she is in was modeled from someone named faestock. I would send a link, but the page on deviant appears to be gone. Thank goodness for google and being images.

First appearance: Batman #63(February, 1951)
Story: Drury Walker was a successful entomologist and retired thief working in the Henry Cobblepot Zoo. Raising his seven year old daughter Catherine "Kitty" Walker, Drury struggled between his life's work and his duties as a single father after his wife was murdered on the streets of Gotham. However, his already struggling life would only take a turn for the worst when his daughter was stricken with a highly rare and uncurbable terminal disease which effected the blood and it's flow throughout one's body. Following his daughter's growing condition, Drury and all other employees at the Zoo were let go from their positions after the zoo was shut down due to the allegations of Oswald Cobblepot's illegal animal smuggling were revealed and the mob had interfered with the finances while Cobblepot also struggled to keep his empire afloat after Roman Sionis began to take command of his empire from the inside before botting Penguin out to the streets. The following night, Drury was robbed of his funds and his home was foreclosed. Living in a rundown apartment and with no other business looking to hire him, Drury saw no other choice but to contact his old employer Norman Seinfeld and take back his old job as a part time thief. Accompanied by his old colleagues Cyrus and Croc(no relation to Waylon) the trio set out to the now closed down zoo to retrieve a certain chemical which Cobblepot had smuggled in just before everything spiraled out of control. Looking to get his hand on the chemical first, Norman sends the three to collect it and bring it to his own boss Theo Galavan for leverage against Cobblepot. Things would only get worse for Drury however then the new vigilante known as Batman arrived to stop the criminals. As Croc fired at the Dark Knight, Drury was knocked onto the while moths flew around the lite lamp. Taking this time to escape with the vat of chemicals, Drury had not gotten far with it when Croc accidently shot through the container, spilling the chemical all around and onto Drury while the moths flew all around him and landed onto his drenched skin, with the chemical absorbing the moths, it had them proceeded to fuse them with Drury's human DNA. Upon returning home and fallen highly ill, a silk like cocoon had formed all around him and when he awoke from his slumber he had found that he was horribly disfigured and was given the abilities of a Moth. Driven insane, and creating a suit that hides his hideous form which allows him the ability of speech while using whatever technology he could muster from the zoo which became their new home, Drury Walker takes the mantle of Killer Moth and vows to make Seinfeld, Galavan, and all of Gotham suffer for his ailment and not only find a way to cure himself, but to find a way to save his daughter. A year had passed, and now creating his own army of mutated moths with the chemical still within the busted container, and placing his daughter into a life support cocoon of his design(a la Mr. Freeze's cryo-chamber)Killer Moth later discovered a serum which could cure the terminal disease. However having a type AB- blood type, curing Kitty would prove to be difficult. Finding no choice in the matter, Drury decided that for his daughter to live, he needed someone with the closest blood type to give the serum to, but would die in the process(a la Mr. Freeze from Harley Quinn). Formulating a plan to act as the "Batman for criminals," Moth offered his protection and a promise to deliver his special moths to each head of the Mob in return for a sum of 40% of the Mob's earning. Later as Moth begins to exact his revenge, he finds that not only has Norman been killed by the newly christened Bengal, but Barbara Lee Gordon, Commissioner Gordon's daughter is A-. So setting his sights on young Barbara, Killer Moth will not only exact his revenge on Gotham, cure his daughter, but in the effort of it all make enough money to at least begin a fund to cure himself.
Bio: Real Name: Drury Walker Criminal Alias: Cameron van Cleer Occupation: Entomologist, Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown Height: 5ft 11in Weight: 160lbs
Attributes: Possesses the unnatural abilities of a Moth. Such as Flight, latching onto surfaces, superhuman strength and night vision. Skilled scientist and inventor who commands an army of engineered moths to do his bidding. Desire to cure his dying daughter Kitty Soft spot for children, especially those who fall on ill fortune Highly intelligent Skilled in hand-to-hand combat
Dream voice actor: Thomas Haden Church. Who better to do my favorite rendition of Moth than the first voice I ever heard for the character?
Featured song: Moth Into Flame by Metallica
Notes:
The Teen Titans design returns, and this time in my opinion, it looks better than before! There were a couple of changes made like his body proportion matching the style of my rogues and the addition of his newer boots redone from the last drawing.
His stance is that of his Arkham Asylum bio art, which once again is a huge inspiration for my drawings. Plus I wanted to give him a better stance than just standing there with his hands by his sides.
I have decided to change his back story a bit and to incorporate some of his original comic book role, only better imo.

First appearance: Detective Comics #36(February, 1940)
Story: Handpicked by Dr. Jerimiah Arkham himself, Hugo Strange was once the chief of psychology at Arkham Asylum. However he was dismissed when he was caught by the Batman for cruelly manipulating and flat out destroying the patients he swore to help. This Batman rogue though not quite as popular as the Joker, Catwoman, or even the Scarecrow. He has done something that no other rogue had ever done first. He was one of if not the first rogue to deduce Batman's secret identity. Obsessed with replacing the Dark Knight aided by a demented mind and dangerous psychotic episodes, Hugo Strange is never to be underestimated. All he has tormented, he can turn into his personal slaves. Some say he can even bring the dead back to life.
Bio: Real Name: Hugo Strange Occupation: Scientist Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Gray Hair: none (Gray Beard) Height: 5ft 10in Weight: 160lbs
Attributes: Extensive knowledge of genetics Trained to physical perfection (or use to be.) Brilliant psychological analyst Obsessed with Batman and Batman's secret identity Plagued by schizophrenic episodes that leave him confused and dangerous
Dream voice actor: B.D. Wong. Though I'm not a huge fan of the show Gotham, I do have to admit, that B.D. Wong does a very good Hugo Strange, no surprise seeing as he is playing a character that in a sense is similar to Hugo Strange in the Jurassic Park film franchise. Now you may be wondering where is Corey Burton? Trust me, I have a plan for him soon enough.
Featured songs: A dangerous mind by Within Temptation and When you're strange by the Doors. Not much to say about these two. Just listen to them on Youtube.
Notes:
I was originally going to do a different pose for him, but I decided to go with the original one because I personally felt it was best for him.
I changed the spectacle lenses from blue to red. Figured it would make him more intimidating, Also I have decided to give him a turtle neck because a few incarnations have shown him wearing one and I figured that it would be different to see.
The lab coat is sort of a hybrid to his Arkhamverse coat and a traditional coat.
Believe it or not, his head was the hardest part to do. Why? Proportions. He has no hair so I had to be as accurate as possible.

First appearance: Batman 232(June, 1971)
Story: Born to a tribe of nomads within the desert lands of Arabia over 600 years ago, Ra's al Ghul(roughly translated in English as the Demon's head) had discovered the secret of a twisted form of the Fountain of Youth known as the Lazarus Pit when traveling to save a dying prince who later betrayed him, and forever sealed the mad fool's fate. Over the centuries, Ra's al Ghul had perfected many arts of combat and had cheated death many times thanks to the Lazarus Pit he had used for himself, slowly driving him closer to madness himself, and forming a vast and lethal cabal known as the League of Assassins. Over time, Ra's al Ghul believed that the evils of humanity were a blight of the world, and time and time again has set out to extinguish it by any means he deemed necessary, which draws the attention of the Dark Knight himself who in which Ra's sees as the only man on Earth to be his equal, treats with the upmost respect, and even desires for Batman to succeed him in his place to rid the world if evil.
Bio: Real Name: Ra's al Ghul Occupation: International Terrorist, Leader of the League of Assassins Base of Operation: Mobil Eyes: Green Hair: Gray with white streaks Height: 6ft 2in Weight 202lbs
Attributes: Genius level intellect Master Swordsman and countless martial arts Immortality Enhanced physical condition Abundance of Resources
Dream voice actor: Dee Bradley Baker. As much as I love David Warner's Ra's and Jason Isaac from Under the Red Hood, I have to admit that Dee's Ra's has a certain sinister nature to him that just draws me to him. Again, it also doesn't help that he is one of my favorite voice actors. You may see Dee come up a few times when you see voice actors. So bear with me.
Featured song: Immortal by Adema
Notes:
I have wanted to redo Ra's for a long time and he was one of the first rogues I had in mind to do for a redesign.
The sword he is holding is more or less the same sword he wielded back in Arkham City.
I wasn't sure whether to give him a beard, or just those regular tufts of facial hair he has. But I decided to incorporate the original design I had and update it just a bit.

First appearance: Detective Comics #66(August, 1942)
Story: District Attorney Harvey Dent was called The White Knight of Gotham City. Though in a position with few friends, Dent made a pact with Captain James Gordon and Batman to wipe the city free from crime once and for all. One day in the trial of mob boss Salvatore Maroni had one of his men throw acid upon the left side of Dent's face. Following this and his inner demons rising to the surface, Harvey developed a second personality and took to crime as Two-Face. A master criminal who is obsessed with duality, and cannot make a decision without the flip of his acid damaged coin with one side scarred and the other clean, deciding his deed whether good or bad. A tragic figure, Two-face can be called THE most sympathetic Batman Rogue in history. A man who wished to do good for the city of Gotham. Only to be turned into what he hated the most, and what Batman had to stop.
Bio Real name: Harvey Dent Occupation: Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Blue Hair: Dark-Brown (one half) Gray (other half) Height: 6ft 1in Weight: 170lbs
Attributes: Expert marksmanship skills Law Expert Criminal Mastermind Hand to hand Combat Multiple-personality disorder Obsession with Duality
Dream voice actor: Aaron Eckhart. I absolutely love The Dark Knight. It is my absolute favorite comic book movie of all time with Avengers: Endgame right on it's tail. One of my favorite aspects of the former was not only the Joker, but also the addition of Harvey Dent and his rise to being Two-Face. Well as much of a rise that was offered. Aaron Eckhart has once said he would be interested in playing Two-Face again, and I would not object to it.
Featured song: Duality by Slipknot
Notes:
The pose is borrowed heavily by his profile art in Batman: Arkham Asylum.
He is holding his famous scratched up coin in his palm. I wanted to incorporate the coin in some way, and I finally did so in the form is this picture.
His inside shirt was changed from black and white to brown and green because I wanted to do something a bit different for I have been doing the all black and white suit for so long when I do Two-Face.
Both sides are more distinct than ever. One side is neater while the other has a couple of tears and is more uneven with the wrinkles.
Just the left side of his face is scarred this time, he is wearing a glove.

First appearance: Batman #121(February, 1959)
Story: So many of Batman's foes are either mob bosses, psychopaths, or downright evil men. However, that does not mean that misunderstood and sympathetic foes do not exist. Victor Fries is one of those foes. A cryongenist whose talent of cryogenics had taken him far in the many fields of science, Victor Fries was hired by GothCorp CEO Ferris Boyle. In secret, Victor created a cryogenic chamber and placed his terminally ill wife Nora Fries and placed her inside in hopes to one day find a cure to her Huntington's Chorea. However, Ferris, who had no interest on Victor's research, and running low on funding to supply Victor's research, pulled the plug and threatened Victor. During an inevitable struggle between Ferris and Victor Fries, the latter was knocked into a vat of cryogenic chemicals, lying defeated at Boyle carted Nora away. With the chemicals altering his metabolism in which one cannot survive out of Sub-Zero temperature, Fries swears revenge on Boyle and becomes Mr. Freeze. Blinded by his devotion and anger, Mr. Freeze is a poor tortured soul that we cannot help but feel sorry for and love. Not directly evil, but his views on what must be done will not be tolerated by the law, or Batman especially. Now as long as we don't make Mr. Freeze into a horrible actor who only talks in ice puns, we'll be just fine. SERIOUSLY NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Bio: Real name: Dr. Victor Fries Occupation: Cryongenist (formerly) Professional Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Icy Blue Hair: Brown (formerly) White Height: 6ft (regular) 6ft 4in (Armored) Weight: 168lbs
Attributes: Master Scientist Altered Biology Armored Suit Strong in hand-to-hand combat Enormous variety of cryogenic weapons (Mainly the use of his cryo-gun) Driven devotion to cure his wife Nora.
Dream voice actor: Maurice LaMarche. I would have picked Michael Ansara, but unfortunately he has passed away. So I have decided to go with the second best voice actor. I absolutely love LaMarche's voice and with his experience, he is able to play Victor so well more than the many voice actors who played Freeze.
Featured Song: Cold as Ice by Foreigner. I think the title is enough to explain why this song was chosen. Also the chorus is literally written for Mr. Freeze.
Notes:
Here we have it. The rogue that has taken me so far the longest to do. It was mainly the suit that required the most time to design. I wanted to give Victor's suit far more detail than anything I have given before.
Once again I have given Victor hair. We've seen the bald headed Freeze so many times that I kind of like him with hair a bit more. It's not as messy as the original design was, however it is still a tad uneven.

First appearance: World's Finest Comics #3(September, 1941)
Story: Beware of the Scarecrow. For upon his brow is written the word doom. Jonathan Crane had once been a brilliant mind at Gotham State University and served as an Arkham psychologist. His studies were in the art of one's fears. Eventually he began to experiment on his own patients. Using a chemical fume known as Fear Gas. One whiff of that dreaded chemical shall bring to life your deepest darkest nightmare in your own mind. Creating a mask that not only shields him from his own toxin, but also enhances the effects of the gas, the Scarecrow will be sure to break your mind and your will. Until you have succumbed to the power of fear. The power of the Scarecrow.
Bio: Real name: Jonathan Crane Occupation: Professional criminal. Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Blue Hair: Brown Height: 5ft 11in Weight: 132 lbs
Attributes: Master of fear Expert Psychiatrist Employs fear-inducing gas that creates hallucinations of one's worst fear Obsessed with fear and the power it holds Genius level of biochemistry Skilled blade wielding skills. Mainly with a scythe or sickles.
Dream voice actor: Dino Andrade. After playing and beating Arkham Asylum for the millionth time, I remembered something. The Scarecrow in this game was bad ass. Don't get me wrong, I love John Nobel's Scarecrow. But Dino's was the first Scarecrow other than both the BTAS and TNBA Scarecrow that I ever loved. The voice for Dino was just creepy and it suited the character rather well. Like I said, there are many Scarecrows I love, but Dino's actually scared me. And that is why I chose him.
Featured Songs: Scared by Three days grace, and In The Dark Of The Night by Jim Cummings. I'm not too familiar with this song, however with a few of the lyrics I have heard, it does seem to fit the Scarecrow fairly well. I have been searching for a song to give the rogues as of late and so far, Scarecrow was the hardest, until I thought of the second one days later. This songs has many key elements that fit Scarecrow, the use of terror, nightmare, fear, etc. That and I just really like this song. It's a bit underrated just like the movie it comes from.
Notes:
So far my favorite drawing of the master of fear. Since I have been drawing them bigger, I can add far more details to them.
Under his eyes, I have decided to color them gray so that way he could somewhat resemble a skull.
The glove from Arkham Asylum returns but this time, there is a fear gas tank added and with the glove connected to it.
He also carries a sickle on his back, since he is known to using those weapons.

First appearance: Batman Adventures Annual #1(November, 1994)
Story: Once one of the best stuntwoman that studios could hire, Roxanne Sutton would perform any stunt that no one would and the results would speak for themselves. From fire, to great fall, to water submerging, it didn't matter to her. Because if it meant danger, Roxy was the girl for the job, and how she loved the thrill of the risk. She reveled in the risk of her stunts so much that she had just about broke or fractured approximately seventy percent of the bones in her entire body at least once. She had made such a name for herself, that Roxy was also a part of press conferences in the films she were a part of and would perform live stunt shows for the audience, and just like the thrill of the dangers, she adored the attention she had received from the crowds. However, one day everything changed. During the filming of the action thriller MISSION A.P.O.C.A.L.Y.P.S.E,  the crew had began filming on a scene which would have broken all records in cinema history. But there was one problem, after many attempts, the director and the studio found the stunt to be far too dangerous. The stunt regarded no net, a cold hard concrete floor, and so much pyrotechnics, it would be enough to burn down the entire Amazon rainforest if left unattended. Upon hearing of the stunt, Roxy was not only infatuated with the dangers it would deliver, but also of the notoriety she would receive as the greatest stunt woman of all time. Let's just say that the results of the risk were just as one would expect. Tough miraculously, Roxy survived with a fractured arm, her film director, the studios board, and even the lead actress did not. The resulting stunt not only caused seven fatal casualties, but the legal trouble was enough to have the studio shut down, and for Roxy to be left out of the job after word had spread that she was the one who caused such a mess. With nothing left to lean on, no job, and no fans, Roxy decided to cut her losses and turn to a life of crime; and in the end of her first heist, she felt a rush she had not felt since working in cinema. The old empty feeling she had was gone after facing danger as the Gotham City Police Force set out to hunt her down, and an even more rush came when Batman would enter the seen. Though she would escape from both Batman and the law many times, in the end she would be caught and sent to jail for her crimes, but like many costumed criminals, she would fins a way out of her cell and back onto the streets, defying all limits of risk, and thriving off of the thrill of being pursuit by the Dark Knight.
Bio: Real name: Roxanne Sutton Occupation: Stunt woman(formerly) Criminal Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Green Hair: Red Height: 5ft 9in Weight: 135lbs
Attributes: Desires to find danger and defy it. Carries no regard for her own safety, and in some cases for others. Harbors a potential sexual gratification of committing high risk stunts.  Skilled stunt woman. Master thief. A talented actress. Develops a crush on Batman after stopping one of her many reckless stunts.
Dream voice actress: Charity James.
Featured song: Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins.
Notes:  1. I was originally going to do Owlman, but there were a couple comments for Roxy, which proves that it was time for the underdog to get her day. But I am looking to do him too.  2. Finding what to do with Roxy was tough, but I eventually just said 'what the hell' and had her riding her falic rocket. 3. Said stance was borrowed from a few drawings, and even a little from her appearance in Justice League action.  4. I have to ask, why is Roxy so underrated?

First appearance: Detective Comics #184( June, 1952)
Story: Orphaned at a young age, Garfield Lynns found comfort and a growing obsession for the memorizing flicker of fire, and the power it held. His first act of arson was burning down the orphanage he grew up in, all of the care takers perished in the flames as the building burned to ash. Since then he had been doing small jobs acting as the pyrotechnic for touring concerts, only to be fired by Cassidy; the lead singer of the band Silver Bullet and his girlfriend. Afterwards, he took up odd jobs for the Gotham Underworld, mainly Carmine Falcone, and Sal Maroni. When he learned that Silver Bullet was returning to Gotham, he sets out to sabotage the show and get revenge on his ex. This lead to his first encounter with the Batman and it ended with him being severely burned all across his body. Now sporting a fire resistant suit, a custom built jet pack, an advanced self built flamethrower, and many more fire creating tools, Garfield took the name of Firefly. Now with a strong love for the flame and a deranged mind to boot, Garfield Lynns has been climbing the chain to becoming one of Batman's most popular foes. Appearing in three Batman cartoons, having two roles in the Arkham games, and even fought the Green Arrow once. Be on the lookout for this Pyromaniac. You WILL burn.
Bio: Real name: Garfield Lynns Occupation: Pyrotechnic Expert Base of Operation: Gotham City Eyes: Blue Hair: Brown (Though most has been burned off) Height: 5ft 10in Weight: 160 lbs
Attributes: Master Arsonist Extreme arsenal of fire-creating weapons Scarred over 90% of his body Sociopath with intense Pyromania Skilled Inventor
Dream Voice actor: Jason Marsden. I was going to go with Crispin Freeman, but I decided that using an Arkham voice actor would have become way too redundant than what it already is. Jason was the first voice I have heard given to Garfield and an addition to Jason being one of my favorite voice actors, I could not resist the urge to use him again.
Featured song: My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em' Up). I don't think I have to explain this one.
Notes:
I've said this before, but I am so glad I have decided to make the drawing bigger. With so much space, I was able to add more details to not only Firefly's suit, but his jetpack as well. 2. I have decided not to change his design for the purpose of my Firefly is that he is a hybrid of TNBA Firefly, and the Arkham Firefly. 3. I once did a design based on The Batman years ago, but that was when I didn't take drawing too seriously and my drawings sucked.
