Hi!
I'm sorry it's been so long since we've been active, this school year has been absolutely bonkers. I thought I'd hop on and say:
We saw our first ladybug of this spring! How amazing is that?! Where we live, it's been so cold since before October, and now the trees are gaining their color and birds and ladybugs are showing up again!
Hopefully, we'll be able to be online more often in the next few months! Until then, adios, and muchos gracias por tener tanto paciencia con nosotros :3

I know it's been quite a while since we've posted; school is hard and our computer broke a bit ago ^^"
It's nice to see that there are still people out there liking our content! I know it's a bit odd, out of the ordinary, but it still makes us happy!
I popped by to say hello! I thought it would be nice to check up on the followers, even though I'm sure nobody will say a word TvT"
It's safe to say that school had been- well it's been kicking our asses, to say the least, ahah. This might be our hardest academic year yet, but I'm sure we'll get through it! It's been very nice to get to know all of our friends and teachers.
I've been trying to stay caught up on mutuals, but with such limited use of Tumblr it's been difficult. Thank you all for being so patient with us!

we were making dinner and our sister, who was helping us, misread a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a tablespoon.

if i see one more person say something like “teachers are quitting because the kids are getting meaner, so parents need to learn how to discipline your kids” i’m going to fucking scream.
the kids are not getting meaner because they’re spoiled. the kids are not getting meaner because of gentle parenting. these are not spoiled children, they are traumatized children. these are trauma behaviors.
they have to go to school every day with the knowledge they might get shot up. almost four years ago people started dying and becoming disabled from COVID, it never stopped, and they’re told to ignore it. for all they know, the earth might become uninhabitable in their lifetimes, and they are powerless against all these things. they are traumatized. stop putting the blame on innocent kids and individual parents.

so, in our digital media college class we've got a sketchbook unit. we were all given a pencil bag and a choice of stickers to pick from so we could differentiate between the bags. naturally, we picked the gold star that says "i tried".
well, our friend went to a con over the weekend right? they come back and in the morning they pull out this itty bitty gold star pin
and guess what it says
