Keep reading on why I made this just in case you’re curious lol
I quickly made this because I was trying to make my own save file and wanted to give premades more personality. It was fun to imagine how Lily Feng was a Top Notch Toddler, High School Valedictorian, has 2 university degrees, and was forced to take piano and violin lessons as a kid. So I thought it’d be useful for creating sims too because I don’t like how YAs are always blank slates. Makes you think of what they were like as todds/kids/teens. I didn’t include skills in my random generator but I *might* upload another spreadsheet file that includes skills for premades.

Are you interested in doing the EXTREME SUPER SIM CHALLENGE? By extreme I mean, Super Sim Challenge but you try to try everything the game has to offer. (Or at least everything that I can think of for now.) I like to challenge myself + I love keeping track of things in spreadsheets, so I made the extreme checklist.
Preview of what’s inside:
-Try living in all worlds, attend all events, woohoo at all possible places, paint all paintings, eat all foods, meet all townies, and more!-
You can do it with one sim or on multiple generations. You can use some or all of the trackers. Do whatever you want with it. Or use the checklist in some other challenge/gameplay.

Here’s a list of random names from standalone books and book series I’ve read throughout the years to help you names your sims. I personally used this for my 100 Baby Challenge.
It mostly includes common names, but there are some fantasy names too! Most of these are from YA Fantasy books. There is no gender filter. There will be duplicate names (but from different books) because I like to imagine that specific character to inspire my sim’s personality.
BONUS: Some pet names are also included.

TS4 Bookish Club Ideas
Current count: 47
I never cared about clubs other than my own (for hacks in skill building and challenges) but ever since I added these, I had fun seeing the clubs hanging out whenever I go to community lots, or marrying a townie and then finding out they’re a Poisoner (thanks MCCC. if you follow my story acct on ig, it’s griffin!).
So, here goes the list I use in my base save, but a few warnings, if you put mischief, they will cause chaos and can be annoying. If you put "Cast Spells”, you’ll see some overcharged spellcasters.
These are just suggestions and mostly stereotypes. Feel free to tweak it to your own preference. You can also add club perks and vibes to your own liking. If I didn’t add a specific hangout, feel free to add one so they’ll end up automatically gathering when you load in a lot. No hangout in my list means I had a hard time trying to match it in the books.
Suggestions and feedback are welcome. I’d love to hear if you put bookish clubs in your games too.

TS4 Bookish Holiday Ideas
Holidays are annoying most of the time but this definitely helped me when I get bored of the game. Sometimes, I would have no idea what to do for a certain sim day or I get bored of a save file because I don’t have any story or nothing was happening. Lo and behold, a holiday comes up and forces me to do something with my sim. It forces me to actually travel out of my home lot to do some fun things.
I do have a lot of custom holidays in my game, including those inspired from tv shows and movies as well as real life holidays. But this will be focused on some holidays I added that are heavily inspired by books I’ve read.
This will be separated into 3 sections: vanilla, mod optional, and modded.
*Boxed items are mods.
