Twilight fans, I need your help/opinion!

After a human is bitten how much time do you think there is to suck out the venom? For example if someone was bitten on the neck, the venom would travel to the heart quicker than if they were bitten on the arm (like Bella’s bite from James). 

I know full transformations can take 3-4 days (give or take), but what do you think the cut off time for sucking out the venom would be? If bitten on the neck, with their heart probably racing from the adrenaline/pain making it travel even faster to the heart; maybe 5 minutes, 10 minutes max before you start having to suck out too much blood alongside the venom? 

Haven’t read the books so unsure if it’s mentioned at all.

"Bella" Tyler called as he threw a sweet at her to get her attention. The brunette faced them and gestured to her book before turning back around. Tyler shrugged and continued his conversation with Eric, Jessica, and Mike. Though Laura watched as Bella looked towards the Cullens. Alice was heading up the stairs and glanced back at Bella, ahead of her were Rosalie and Emmett though no sign of Jasper or Edward. Laura furrowed her brows and was about to take a step towards Bella when the bell rang. "Let's get to Trig girl" Mike sang playfully as he grabbed Laura's shoulders and began to push her in the direction of the school. "You are way too lively for this time of the morning" Laura groaned with a grin, before jokingly swatting away Mike's hands. As they continued towards the school she glanced back at Bella once more.

“Dean?!” you called, a slight questioning tone in your voice since you were doubting your eyes. The man turned to face you fully, and his expression matched yours. “Y/N” he said, instantly recognising you. “You remember me?” you laughed nervously and frankly very surprised. “Hey I’m just as surprised as you are... that you remember me, not that I...” he said, trying to make sure his words came off right. “I got you” you assured him with a giggle. “It’s good to see you, especially without all the cuts and bumps” you smiled. He breathed an amused chuckle along with a nod. You pursed your lips nervously as you fiddled with your fingers. “Hey, would you maybe wanna get a coffee?” “Yeah!” he immediately blurted out. “I mean, yeah, sure” he said with a shrug, trying to play down his reaction though a smile had already spread across your lips at his initial eagerness. 

The case had been a success, you’d caught your unsub, but it hadn’t gone as expected. Reid noticed the change in your demeanor upon reaching the unsubs house, he initially asked you about it but you just gave him an excuse. But Reid was suspicious and so he kept his eye on you upon entering the house, and he still noticed you were off. With the unsub cuffed and being taken to an officer’s car, you and Reid exited the house, tucking away your guns. “You know him?” Reid deduced. You quickly looked over your shoulder at him, mouth agape, with wide eyes. “Uh” was all you managed to get out at first. Exhaling heavily, your gaze dropped, before you slowly looked back up to Reid and nodded. “He... is my ex...” you unwantedly admitted with a nod. “Oh” Reid responded, taken by surprise. “I hope you don’t feel anyway guilty about what happened? It’s unlikely that you could’ve prevented any of this” he said, trying to use logic to aid any potential culpability you were feeling. You flashed a very small smile at him and nodded. “Thanks Reid” you said, knowing he was tried before you continued away from the house.

“She always does this Sam!” you exclaimed annoyed, throwing your hands in the air. “I don’t know what I did to make her want to ruin every relationship I have!” you said, tears welling in your eyes. “Hey” Sam said, his voice soft as he cupped your cheeks and dipped his head to look into your eyes. “She won’t take me away from you. I love you Y/N and those other guys were idiots for picking her over you”
