ROMANTIC GOD USOPP HCS 馃ぅ
For any of these headcanons to work, Usopp Is Not in love with Kaya. Childhood friends. :D
Usopp never expects anyone to like him back, so it's always a very welcome surprise when figuring out that you like him too. Good luck getting him to ask you out first, he's incredibly shy.
Very insecure. He doesn't need his ego boosted 24/7, especially post-time skip, but he will definitely have days where he believes you could do better. Small reassurances go a long way with him.
He's a man of many skills, a jack of all trades. Though he's a master at none (as far as he'll tell you,) he loves spreading his "Divine knowledge." He has many tips on working out, gardening/plant care, sniping with all kinds of ranged weaponry, inventing, as well as tons of tricks to bluffing.
He's ecstatic to share these skills with you. He's not asking you to spend ALL of his time on it, no, but he definitely likes when you're interested.
He's very silly, in regards to the actual lovey stuff. His main goal is to make you smile, so no matter how intense and love-charged the moment becomes, he will find a way to crack some kind of joke.
He's not the greatest about serious conversation. He tends to steer away from topics that are too heavy, unless they NEED to be addressed.
Will absolutely build something for you if you ask. Even if you didn't ask, he will.
Really great with kids. Will rally a small gang of rapscallions to tackle you.
Finally, Usopp's love languages are very creative, relying on gifts and quality time. He's also no stranger to physical touch. He enjoys the little things about you, and will even go as corny as writing small poems about you in his spare time.
TLDR: Usopp wants to make every moment he has with you count, for as long as you still like him. He's many, many things, but one thing he refuses to be is a shitty boyfriend.

"ROMANTIC" LUFFY HCS 馃崠
Off rip, you'd definitely have to explain to him, in full, complete detail, absolutely no bullshit like pull him to the side and explain that you want to be more than friends. And even then he'd really only understand if it was, like, just friendship, only now you get to sleep in the same bed.
You'd also have to explain intimate things to him, among.. other things. Look at him and tell me he knows the first thing about holding someone, or kissing, or even hand holding that doesn't involve outright throwing you.
Once he gets those feelings down, all things considered, he's extremely loving.
REALLY likes hugs. Like, if he misses you enough he'll jump into a hug. He hugs really nicely too. Even if his skin is made out of rubber (as far as he knows) he hugs insanely warm, and feels like home after a long day.
Sort of acts like a child on Christmas day whenever you enter the room, but not to Sanji levels.
He'll share... SOME of his food. SOME. He will NOT give you his plate, and your plate isn't safe from being eaten off of, but he will still make sure you eat.
You may borrow the straw hat, but you may not keep it.
Despite his simple mind, he remembers very small things about the people he cares about, you especially. Remember when he brought Zoro his favorite sake because he remembered that Zoro said something about really liking it? He'd do that for you.
Gotta be as ambitious as he is. Like if you have any kinds of hopes and dreams he will raise hell until you see it achieved. Because you're his friend. Well, more than friends now, but he hasn't quite understood that yet.
Finally, be patient with him. You gotta remember his life was filled with so many hardships that he laughs off regularly, intimacy isn't something that comes easy for him. When it does, it's unconditional. Or, at the very least, it's a quiet nap on the thousand sunny while he rests his head on your lap.

ROMANTIC LAW HEADCANONS 馃寑
First thing's first, he wouldn't like you romantically for a long time. Hell, he needs a lot of convincing to like you as a friend, or to bring you onto the ship. He's reserved in a lot of aspects.
You'd need to earn Law's trust as a friend, or give him a reason to know and like you. After that, then you start a slow burn towards love.
He's traumatized. He has a lot of barriers. Barriers that even completing his goal couldn't tear down. It's a process.
Let's say you DO manage to tear those walls down, get him to like you, and you start dating... First of all, congratulations! Second of all, be gentle with him.
Law can get possessive at times, but is very calm about it. He knows that if you stuck with him for so long that you actually gained his trust, that you wouldn't leave.
He's not the type that gets soft when he's around you. You can make him blush, and you can kiss him, hold him, anything, but he wouldn't be soft.
He's also not exactly the type to do pet names. First name basis, or a nickname that he assigned upon meeting.
Don't wear his hat. Like, you can wear anything in his wardrobe but that hat.
Law doesn't really show a lot of romantic signs, ever, but don't be mistaken. He'll cling to you at night, hold you after a long day, cook for you if he has to, make sure you're healthy, take care of you as much as he can... He'll just do it in his own, Trafalgar D. Water Law way.
Also, he doesn't like bread. Lol

ROMANTIC BROOK HCS
Brook isn't really good at physical love on the count that he's a literal skeleton. To make up for this, he adores personal time with his lover.
Building on that: he particularly enjoys sharing a cup of tea, singing a song with/preforming for you, and general conversation.
He's 10 ft. tall. That being said, he'll crouch down to meet eye level with you. He can't look down ALL the time, you know.
You may not finish his jokes for him. He will be devastated, even if it's you.
He loves, loves, LOVES when you wear his clothes. Not for any sexual or perverted sense: he just likes knowing that you love him so much that you'd wear his clothes... Even if they are a tad big on you.
He is horrible to cuddle with, those bones are cold.
Brook would be Absolutely THRILLED to teach you how to play an instrument. Quality time, AND he'd get to bring you in on his interests? Win-win!
Building on that: Brook is extremely patient with you. He knows that music, like most things, takes time to master. You won't be a master at the violin, or the guitar, in the span of sailing from one island to the next. And he's okay with that. He's waited 50 years for someone like the straw hat pirates to rescue him, he'll wait as long as it takes for you to play a song.
