Todays happy habit (see previous post) is one for health and nutrition, another blue #vitality card of the #23plusone cards!
Taking care of your body is important in feeling happy and energised. Filling your body with the right fuel will make you feel so much better on the inside and make you look good on the outside!
I have dealt with years of fatigue and nauseau in my teens, up to a point where I was no longer able to eat, and lost a lot of weight. It wasnt until I stopped eating dairy, lowered my carb intake, and overall eating healthier that my body restored itself!
Make food your friend, not your enemy! 馃挋
