VENT/diary
fell off the wagon and haven’t counted calories for two days now. I haven’t really been eating too much it’s just the food i was given i had no way of denying or counting. 😞 I’m going to start counting again today to get back into the flow of it.
some good news though i completed a 44 hour fast :) i really didn’t find it that difficult, but then immediately after i was made to go out to eat and so i felt like lol the progress was instantly lost ugh.
I also haven’t lost that much weight yet, like the scale just won’t budge and i can’t tell if it’s water weight or if i’m just not losing anything despite the changes to my lifestyle. sad

20 hour fasts are working pretty well for me, eating one meal a day at about 3-4 pm seems to be a good way for me to get some substance in without feeling tired or too hungry.
My only issue is that i’ll have a meal and i’ll get full so quickly but i’m like “wait!!!!! i need the nutrients!!! please!!” but no. I’m full. nothing to be done about it.

i’m going to my dads house and i’m worried because i have way less control over what i eat there and i don’t know if i’ll be able to count calories as effectively. hoping i can at least keep up my workout routines and IF but ahhh….
my mum is barely ever around and doesn’t give a shit abt what i eat so it’s so easy there but my dad is always watching meee.. scary!

it’s crazy how quickly i feel like i’ve adapted to eating significantly less than i’m used to. Like even just a month ago I would NOT have felt full on the food i’m eating now, but I eat less and feel fuller for longer!
