Hey ! This post is also inspired by Sammy Ingram and I have tried to summarize her appearance change video in this post , I hope it helps you ! I'm making this guide for myself too since I'm too lazy to watch the video again 🤥😮‍💨
Yes you can change your appearance with your mind , our mind controls our body , it's been proved several times , you can manifest weight loss or weight gain , clear skin , big doe eyes , looking like your favourite celeb or wanting a body like them or any kind of appearance change that you want. Please make sure that you do it for your own self and not to please anyone ♡
Whatever appearance change you want , find a method that works for you , for instance - visualization or affirmations, find a way to tell yourself that you look the way you want to look . Compliment yourself in the mirror no matter what the 3d Reality shows you .
🎀Affirmations🎀 You can use any affirmations that you want to . There are no rules , you create the rules since you are the creator 🤩 . If you want to get your desired body , you can affirm " I have my desired body " " my body is so beautiful " " I have the nicest body " " I Have the best body " etc . If you want to look like your favourite Celeb , affirm " I look like _____" , "____ & me could be twins " etc. If you want to change your height , start affirming " I am naturally [ desired height ]." You have to think the affirmations consistently , whenever you think about how you want to look . Compliment on your features no matter what you see , don't complain about it .
🪞Avoid mirrors🪞 Sammy highly recommended to Avoid looking in the mirror or reflections because you don't want anything to draw your attention away from your desired story and bring back your attention towards the old undesired story . However if you do look in the mirror compliment those features no matter what you see . Suppose you want to manifest long hair but you have hair till your shoulder length, if you look in the mirror , affirm how long and healthy your hair is . Similarly, if you want to manifest clear skin but you have acne , when you look in the mirror, just affirm " My skin is crystal clear " " my skin is so flawless" " I always had the best skin " etc . You can use any affirmation of your choice . This applies to all kinds of appearance change. When I was manifesting my desired appearance , whenever I looked at mirror I used to spiral and start affirming and listening to subliminals then I realized that If I already have my desired appearance, why would I force myself to affirm or listen to subliminals ? Wouldn't I compliment myself and be more confident in myself ? If I felt bad after looking at myself in the mirror, I told myself that the person I saw in the mirror wasn't me , it wasn't my authentic appearance, it was my old thoughts. Well its something that worked for me .
👾Visualization👾 You can imagine having a conversation with someone and the person compliments your features. " Omg your features are so symmetrical " " omg your skin is so flawless" " omg your hair is so thick "and then you reply to them " tell me something I don't know " or " yeah I know my hair has always been think " or " yeah I know my skin has always been flawless " or maybe you just thanking them for complimenting you , and loop the scenario again and again till it feels real . Incase, you can't visualize having a conversation with someone , just imagine that you look yourself in the mirror and compliment yourself for having flawless skin or thick hair. Or maybe imagine you are telling someone how you were always your desired weight . Here , we are basically using our affirmations in Visualization or telephone method . You can also imagine people asking you how you got your desired features . For example- " omg how did you get so tall ? " " how did your hair get so long ? " " omg you look like yuna like itzy " " omg you look prettier than any kpop idol out there " etc. It's upto whichever way you want to visualize.
🐚Mind controls body 🐚 Like I mentioned before in the post too , your mind controls your body . Therefore, you have a face full of acne & you start saying " my skin is so clear " and your body is going to clear your skin up . This applies to everything - weight loss , growing taller or shrinking , nose shape etc .
🌊Your thoughts create 🌊 Sorry but you can't get clear skin , flat belly , long hair or a better body by complaining about these things and then visualizing or affirming here and there . You can't do that 😕 you have to make an effort to change your thoughts, anytime you think of your undesired appearance, you have to be thinking about your desired appearance. It applies to all manifestation, no matter what you see or what the 3d Reality shows, your thoughts must be in line with the feature you want , not the current reality. If your thoughts align with the current reality then nothing will change 😐 you will continue getting the same thing .
🤔Use affirmations; but when??🤔 Affirming before sleeping in a drowsy state is very powerful, because your logical mind aka the concious mind is sleepy and isn't battling you and your subconscious mind is active and it is like a sponge at that time . You can also refer to my feeling is the secret chapter 2 : Sleep part since it explains this thing more clearly. Even if you are doing something habitual like washing dishes , showering etc get lost in the idea that you look how you want to look 😉
🍔The Abdullah Mindset🍔 Abdullah ate tons of junk food,drank tons of beer,ate ice cream etc & Neville was shocked how he could eat all the junk food in the world and not get fat . Abdullah told Neville how he couldn't do that because he had quibbles meaning that food had calories , food made you gain weight , certain things were bad for you etc whereas Abdullah didn't believe that . So if you affirm that nothing can hurt you since you are GOD of your reality , you don't have to do anything, if you imagine that your body is the way you want it to be , it's going to change. Everything is controlled by your mind . You don't have to do anything like exercise or diet If you don't feel comfortable. You can lose weight without diet or exercise , throw the logic out of your brain's window 😭, there is no room for logic sorry 😭😕
💙Some affirmations to get the Abdullah Mindset. ♡Whatever I eat or drink , it nourishes my body. ♡ I can eat or drink whatever I want and be in full health. ♡I can eat or drink whatever I want and my body is always as it's perfect weight. ♡I love food and food loves me
👻Self appreciating jokes 👻 If you don't have clear skin , you have acne or whatever , instead of putting yourself down or making self depreciating jokes, you should cheer yourself up . Just joke about how your skin is so clear ! Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between reality & fiction , it believes whatever you tell it . It is your friend who trusts you blindly , whatever you will tell , it will believe you & manifest it . This applies to all manifestations. If you are short, you can joke about being tall if you are manifesting to grow taller and so on
🦀The placebo effect 🦀 Whatever you believe and feel is real and true , it will manifest . You must have heard that doctors gave fake pills to patients but they still heal because they believed that the pills would heal them . Similarly, You can tell yourself that doing XYZ challenge will make you taller or drinking more water will make skin clear or make you lose weight or working out in night will make you burn more calories etc . I repeat, YOUR MIND CONTROLS YOUR BODY . MARK MY WORDS 😉

•liquid fasts
They are easy and drinking my fav things or going to coffee shops are so enjoyable and a good way to get out of the house and get some steps in
•sleeping
When I heard “skinny girls sleep for dinner” I get so motivated it’s also proven a good night sleep makes you less hungry threw out the day I feel very energized and ready for a good work out on a full night of sleep also a good way to skip meals I never feel hungry after a good nap
• Pilates 
I feel like one of the it girls going to a Pilates class I see so many girls with tiny waists there its so motivating

Why spend my time being happy to eat when I can be just as happy listening to my favorite songs
