Guess who started a last minute drawing and improvised some random gradient with Copic. Quite glad I finally got to use my BG49 though, it is a nice color but I hardly have some use for it, since I feel like I usually use mostly red, blue, and purple tones, and not often greenish ones. Also, I'll never remember that wings and feathers are a pain to draw. Which is a big problem since my top three characters ever have bird thematics.

Anyway, for once I am on time for Byakuya's birthday ! :D (Last year, I was already late, I was lacking inspiration, I tried something, then my V000 (which is for me the best color for cherry blossoms) died while I was drawing, and since I wasn't very satisfied with my drawing, I didn't finish nor posted it in the end... Maybe I'll finish it one day though.) But I realise I really should draw more and post more often, because, though it is great that it ensures I at least post once a year, my yearly drawings of Byakuya are getting closer and closer on my page each year :')

Forgot to post it, but here is my newest TTRPG PC, meet Christa (A.K.A. Antéchrista), which might be my most chaotic PC up to date 🤔 She actually joined the bad guys, betrayed them to steal a rare artefact, which, long story short, fucked up the world, then made a deal with the bad guys' god (and she has fun with her acquired corruption powers), and joined them again. Sorry to our GM. (The whole party is kinda chaotic too but the other characters are quite more reasonable I guess.)

I might redraw her digitally because I had to do a lot of corrections after scanning it :/ It might not be very noticeable but I feel like having to do this means the drawing is really flawed x)

It took a while to finish it, because I had to wait for a R27 Copic Sketch Marker (for Haschwalth's fabric) to arrive because the one I had had dryed because the cap didn't hold tight... Well, it's done ! :D Such a classy character, I had to draw her after seeing her animated ! I might redraw it digitally later because I want to try another lightning style when coloring, but not now x) (As I have tons of WIPs ;_;)

Recently finished Skyward Sword HD, then read the prequel manga ^^ I'm a bit in a TLoZ phase (yes I started pretty late, with BotW in 2020), so just after Skyward Sword, I quickly started and completed OoT 3D, and now I plan to play Majora's Mask 3D ^^

Started this more than two years ago, procrastinated, then recently decided I should finish it ! ^^'

Commission for a friend I made months ago ^^' I just didn't want to post it until I showed it to her first, and I didn't have the opportunity until recently ^^'

I can't wait to see the TYBW anime, the last trailer got me so hyped !

Can't wait to read the new Berserk chapters ! Of course, I'm still sad that it won't be the same it'd have been if Miura-sensei did it himself, but I'm glad they chose one of his closest friends (whom Miura himself told his relationship with him inspired him Guts and Griffith's friendship) to continue the manga.

So here is another, less sad and more hopeful tribute. I should redraw the first I did last year though...

Well, I only started the 80s mode and can't progress faster, since my computer is a bit old, it heats after just a short moment playing the game... 📷 Also the loading takes so long, I don't have that much patience ^^' I really hope this will be improved on the final version ^^'

A fanart I did for a contest on the French Pokémon website Pokébip. The theme was adaptating a tale with pokemons and trainers, so I choose the Japanese tale "Kuzunoha". It is the story of a man who saves a fox from a hunter, then meets a beautiful woman he marries. They have a son together and one day, he spots his mother in her true form : the one of a fox, because she was the one her husband saved.

So I had to change a lot of things, but I loved the idea way too much to do something easier and more classic instead. x) First of all, the male and female roles are reversed here, with N/Zoroark as the kitsune/shape-shifter fox, and Hilda as the one who saved him, also, it's the fox's spouse who surprises him here, and not their child (there are a lot of tales likes this in Japan, in which someone discovers their partner is not really human, like "Tsuru no Ongaeshi", I'm pretty sure this kind of variation from "Kuzunoha" exists somewhere).

And of course, my fanart is also based on the theory that N is a Zoroark ^^ Here is also a shiny variation of it :D Since if you reverse the colors of a shiny Zoroark, his color palette appears to be similar to N's... If N really is a Zoroark in the games, maybe he's a shiny one ?

I still can’t believe it’s real. I used to think that even with 2-3 chapters a year he could finish Berserk before passing away since he wasn’t that old, but… That’s sad he never got to finish it, and that we will probably never know the end, or at least, in case he wrote it somewhere, never read it. Since it was my second favorite manga and my fave is already finished, it was the story I most wanted to know the end someday. :(

Will Guts get his revenge and reach a peaceful life, will Casca overcome her trauma, what happened in the Skull Knight’s past, for whom was Guts’ behelit meant… So much questions left unanswered. :( And Griffith never got to be king in the end, though he was really near and was creating his kingdom, which means the hawks died for nothing…

*SPOILERS AHEAD*

But the last chapter published still has at least some open ending vibes, in my opinion… Of course that’s still not a conclusion, and I know it wasn’t what the author intended… But the Moonlight child, which is probably Griffith’s one and only weakness since he almost is a god now, reuniting with Guts (and Casca which is now sane) may have been an important (positive or negative, probably both) turning point in the story… Also, Guts still wasn’t sure about continuing seeking for revenge, and could have chosen to stay with Casca in Elfhelm, where they’re safe in the current state of things… Something like “They’re safe, they probably will stay here, unless Griffith destroys this shelter’s peace, he arrives… But in the form of his weakness, which leaves hope for Guts and Casca.”

I don’t know if my point is clear enough, I know I’m probably just in denial but I guess I need a somewhat satisfying end. :(

It was meant for Byakuya’s birthday (january 31st), but I’m way too slow with digital art >< And since I was already late, I procrastinated and tried to at least finish Towa in time for the Slow Damage release first ^^’

Anyway, I wanted to draw him with the longer hair he had in the illustration for Brave Souls’ 5th anniversary, but without some parts of the outfit, which made the long hair pretty unnoticeable ^^’ So I’m pretty happy with the outcome :)

I can't wait to play it ! Hope Jast Blue will translate it quickly ! I'll try avoiding spoilers while waiting... But I'm pretty sure I won't resist wandering in the fandom ^^' I don't know which route I'll do first... Rei or Madarame I think. But for now I'm quite sad Towa is the protagonist and not an available route, he's the character I'm the most hyped for ! And I wonder if there will be a hidden true route with an unrevealed character, like Nano from Togainu no Chi or Ren from DMMd, and what it will be like...
