Correction: I hate when people use /gen sarcastically or passive aggressively. Using /gen is meant for autistic and nd people who aren’t good at conveying sentences without others thinking they mean ill, and nts and assholes that try to be a dick about it are taking away that tool from those who actually need it and mean it genuinely. People who use it like that are the problem, not the tone tags. I use it when I’m actually being genuine and am not sure if it will come off that way to the other person. That’s how it’s supposed to be used.
Using it to be a dick hurts the autistic community and I will forever say that because it is a problem.
Don’t fucking hate on actual autistic people who need it, shit on the people who misuse it and make stigma.
I reallt hate stuff like /gen or genuinely bc no one who uses it ever actually means it. Like they're just trying to be a dick and it makes the word and any tag with it worthless. You're not being fucking genuine and you don't come off better by pretending you are.

Hi so… Sorry this will be a mess because of my typing quirks but can we stop with the fakeclaiming of systems in general? You can doubt to your hearts content but please don’t voice it, especially to the system in question! It can just make everything worse for them. To me, there is literally no good reason to fakeclaim even if you’re a system…
Systems are covert. Systems are unpredictable. Systems are diverse. Most importantly, systems are under researched! If a system really is “faking,” let them figure it out on their own, for Pete’s sake! Let them be!
Not to mention that cases of faking are usually either short-lived or in an attempt to get attention, which can be a sign of something worse! It’s already so hard to accept being plural, why do people insist on making it harder?
