Um so you're saying the INFJs are actually fi dom?, they're obviously not. akhromant actually calls enfps INFJs cos they are chameleons and mirror, empaths etc, cos of their intuitive Fe. I think cos of the sterotypes enfps mistype as them. Cos most social pioneers are ENFP not infj 😱 Gandhi etc. he's just saying its mostly credited to the "infj" or "enfj" cos of Myers (Myers is an infj). Lol. The INFJs are mostly enfp, it happens a lot. Tbh fi is actually their blind function 😬 enfps make most if not all the kind of empath pioneer types... ie mlk, marx and Gandhi to name a few, got to get it going 💪
Nah. I don't want to assume and involve anything about MBTI. Just read Jung's books and the other books that was recommended to me. Don't use words like INFJs are chameleons and mirrors because it won't make sense to me unless it's backed up by references. If you wan't to follow Myers and Briggs Theory, it's your choice. Not mine. You do you. Haven't read about blind function that much as well.
PS: As far as what I've read, most of the time your dominant function shouldn't be the best function you have. So Fe doms aren't empaths but the worst at it. They want harmony for the sake of it and would would use their Ti to reason. Fe isn't even empathy to begin with. Maybe will make a post about the Fe and Fi function next.

How Te and Ti works
Tumblr media
I was to stop making new ones for functions but I guess my interest came back for these. I haven’t fully grasped what the other functions are, but these are my initial thoughts for them. It would have been better to parallel Fi and Ti since they are technically similar but my previous posts paired both extroverted and introverted of one function, so I’ll just stick to it. I can’t find a mirror between both on how they work similar to what happens with Se and Si so I just drew it as how I understood it. Terms: OBJECT - anything that is real/present or can be perceived, event SUBJECT - you, the person doing the perception SUBJECTIVE FACTOR - past/present/future, experiences, etc. FACTS - definitions that are tangible or are true
INTROVERTED THINKING (Ti Dominant) - ITJ
First of all, I don’t see Accuracy as the main word for the function which is described by MBTI. It may be the end product though. It can be, in its core, correlated with PERSPECTIVE or just to be safe we can use CONCEPTS/THEORIES
- What Ti does is it usually sees an object or event which then an abstract thought pops up (sometimes it does this spontaneously) usually leading to a concept/theory which is still blurred. It then takes different perspectives of an object or objects breaking it down finding things that can justify on the concept/theory until it is finally formed/concluded. It feels like you’re trying to build something by looking on different things in different ways. When it is finally concluded, then this concept can be used on different objects/events.  An example would be this theory I had when I was still in college about “smart people being generally skinny”. It started with the thought of thinking/reading books/and using your brain needs a lot of glucose -> glucose is depleted thus fat is not stored (Yes fat comes from unused glucose). I then started observing the top students and true enough they are usually skinny or average in weight and included in different factors as well. But I never did conclude this theory because there are other factors that can still come into play.
MBTI or psychology in itself is full of concepts and theories that the Ti dom / Ti function would like to play and enjoy with since most of it are intangible.
Some Statements (not mine) about Ti which I found in a blog explaining Chapter X:
- I personally have a sort of Ti standard that if you cannot put it into simple terms then you do not understand it yourself. I feel negative when someone says, “It’s extremely complex, too hard to explain” Sure it takes time to make things simple and concise but don’t blame others for our own lack of Fe work and then belittle them, “You wouldn’t get it.” If you can’t Te and Fe it, then nobody can get it or trust that you yourself got it.
- That is because to attack his most function is to attack him. That is like a direct attack not to mention he does not trust the Fe to sympathize with the attacker. Not that he will attempt to press anyone with his convictions, but he will break out with retorts against every criticism, however just.
EXTROVERTED THINKING (Te dominant) - ETJ
Same with Ti, Te is not in its nature about Effectiveness. It can lead to everything being effective but the function itself is more of STANDARDIZATION. It’s not about having organizational skills or about scheduling as what MBTI describes.
- What Te does is that it collects a lot of facts and produces this what I believe is a filter. This filter is what we call a STANDARD/ SYSTEM. I’m not really sure how it is made but it’s there. Then with this standard it judges an object with facts about it and when all of the facts presented are true which then the object can be valued or is considered true.
An example would be an ENTJ friend of mine who shares about this “list of things to look for to consider her perfect boyfriend for her” which includes a basketball player, taller than her, smarter than her, more dominant, etc. And everyone who does not fit that criteria are all rejected and not given a chance at all. You may call them having high standards but that is what they perceive is true. Another instance would be having coworkers that are not up to her standards, she usually despises them, and she usually just does the work because she believes she can only trust herself.
Usually, they are skeptical to things that are not tangible to them or out of this world (ghosts).
Some Statements (not mine) about Te which I found in a blog explaining Chapter X:
- Te “produces” new facts that lead to mainstream truth. Concepts are “synthetic” and “predicative”. I think he (Carl Jung) is getting at the concept of gather vs organize here and noticing that Te is gathering for the mainstream good. It is going out and obtaining new data for them.

Awareness as a form of Energy
There are different types of energy in this world but one that is very distinguishable is the ability to follow through the awareness of one’s mind. It’s a pretty neat principle a person needs to understand in order to go through the spiritual path easier.
I have read recently that one of the ways to open up and be on the spiritual path is to open up your Heart Chakra. I was able to accidentally do this a few years ago as I  browsed the internet and saw a heart chakra meditation and performed it for no apparent reason. After that, nothing really changed except that I just got more aware of my surroundings and felt pretty happier that day. A few months later, I sometimes get this weird feeling of being loved until I unconsciously cried. I still wasn’t really able to connect the two events. I mostly imagined it as God’s love but I never really did anything about it.
Through the months, I was in a very toxic relationship and a year after my partner tried to threaten me by using some form of curse because the person can’t live without me. (Yeah... talk about his melodrama). In our country we call it “barang” and as a believer with anxiety, I was terrified for my life. So a friend offered help to try to ease my anxiety by advising me to go to an online spiritual healer he knows that can lift curses. The night I accepted the help, I woke up at 5am with this rush of unfathomable energy which lasted for a day. (I was told I wasn’t cursed by the way.) It was a very intriguing experience but I was not able to dig deep of the phenomenon.
I never really understood what “awareness” meant until I tried to experiment with smoking weed for the first time because I was never really into those kind of vices. The first few hours of the trip was just this weird out-of-body experience. This was a form of detachment from my consciousness, the mental plane, and the physical plane. It was more of me thinking about who ate my food, realizing I ate the food, and getting to laugh about it because why not. Then the crash happens. All the negative emotions start to kick in and I become hypervigilant with my surroundings. I became paranoid, physically felt depression, got angry, and I just wanted everything to end. It felt like it was forever yet it was just only a few minutes. I called another friend over to help me through this and the next words he said were surprisingly helpful. (nonverbatim) “Just put all your awareness on the top of your head”. So I breathed in, kept my cool, and put all my awareness on my head. It physically felt like there was a lever or like a ball where you can drag it at the level of my throat, up to my head, or down my spine. The higher it was, the more I laughed uncontrollably and the lower it was, the more negative emotions started to show up. When I put it up, I went back to my uncontrollable laughter mood like I was Joker. My mood kept changing every second as I unconsciously let that lever go with my awareness but at least when I spiraled down I can consciously put it back up again. The day after I was told that it was some potent stuff. That was the last time I tried doing weed. It felt surreal and it made me curious but I didn’t want to make it a part of my life.
Months have passed and I still had that thought of that lever just sitting in my brain waiting for it to be used. The next step into realizing what awareness finally is was when I watched the series “Midnight Gospel Ep. 6″ where the mother instructs the viewers to close their eyes and focus their awareness starting from the tip of their fingers, then to the arms, until you gradually focus your awareness on the whole body. I have tried doing that with meditation apps with breathing and awareness of the body but it never really did anything. After doing her instructions, it felt like my eyes were in a new lens to the world. Everything felt clearer and beautiful and I was in a high stage. It felt like the last experience I got from that spiritual healer dealing with my curse giving me unfathomable energy. It lasted for a few days but I learned later on through the internet not to keep looking for that high since it’s also a trap of the spiritual path. I believe this was the stepping point of my spiritual path starting with awareness with what was happening (PS: just remembered a better term called spiritual awakening after looking through the tags). I started learning more and more about everything spiritual until this day as I scour the internet for new things to learn.
With the learned ability to actually become aware of certain points in the body. I was then able to actually use it in different practices from visualizing, to holding energy, to healing, and so forth. I meditate everyday until this day when given the chance. Recently, awareness generally just helps me circulate energy in my body properly to prevent forms of blockages and my monthly depression moods became rarer.
You may be able to understand the concept of awareness through other events in your life but I just wanted to share mine and just want people to be aware that it is possible. Who knows. This may be part of those events that may help you in achieving awareness and help you into your spiritual path. :)
And to those who are already on their spiritual path, maybe you can recommend some things for me to read in to. ^_^

Your spiritual posts are interesting. They might inspire me to record dreams too ^_^ Do you have other social media? I don't have a tumblr, but maaaybe I can follow elsewhere, only if you want
Thank you! Slowly learning the path to spirituality even if though I’m busy. I usually record my dreams when I have time to write them or it’s bizarre enough that I remember them. Yes I do have other social media accounts but I don’t really post anything spiritual stuff there. I’d not want to show my soc med on my timeline as well since outsiders might start following. You can PM if you like. :)

Do Everything You Love in Front of the Mirror
Tumblr media
*Image not mine. Credits to the owner
PS: This if for those with an open mind. This really has nothing to do with science, logic, and has no factual basis. Just wanted to share my experience and have a journal which I can read in the future ^_^. I usually have a dream journal I usually put on my phone notes but this was a different experience.
04/18/21, 1:30 pm
I finally went in some different plane when I was dreaming. This all happened after I was so sleepy after I meditated and I usually have dream loops in the morning or at lunch time when I take naps. Dream loops started way before I was a child and occurs occasionally. Today, I noticed I was not able to wake up and I knew I was in my dream loop again. Normally I panic and start forcing myself to wake up which expends a lot of energy but seeing the series “Behind her Eyes” on Netflix, I learned that I should start being aware of my hands and count my fingers which I did. Once I calmed myself, I started imagining a door but for some reason I wasn’t able to physically make one so it was more of a pure black of nothingness door with a pure white background/walls which the door just grew closer and I felt I was inside it.
Then I started to hear a different person inside the door. Most of the things that happened were pretty vague since I can’t pick up specific details in my dreams. Things that I noticed was that there was a male voice that kept saying my name was David for some reason. Although the male voice felt like I was the one who was speaking but it felt separate for some reason. I/the voice was able to speak latin words/some other language fluently which I wasn't able to catch up to some of it. I can remember most of it except for “spirituale...” something since it was said so fast but it felt like I can understand the words. The words that stuck to me the most was the voice started to say these things nonverbatim. There are three things you can do in front of a mirror: 1. That's where normal people see themselves in front of the mirror and do normal stuff 2. Talikasa?? It's where dark people practice dark magic in front of a mirror 3. Started a few syllables of some latin word but was stopped because I was starting to hear different voices in the background and I was trying to focus myself on that male voice. When I was able to quiet the background noise, I heard the phrase...
“Do everything you love in front of the mirror or water.” That stuck to me the most in what it was trying to say. One thing that I thought of was it meant to practice meditation/intentions in front of the mirror. “Love” was very vague since it can be described in many ways depending on the context. The sentence resonated with me since every time I had a trauma from the past, I was able to let all my feelings out when I was either in the shower or in front of the sink with a mirror. That’s when I thought maybe it is some form of an easier way as a door to opening/going deep within myself but I am uncertain. Who knows what holds behind a mirror.
To continue the story... after I heard the phrase I tried to go back to the real world and wake up since I had to meet a friend after an hour but ended up stuck in the dream loop again.  This time in that dream my eldest brother went in the room from hospital duty and started chatting about how it was a waste for us not to practice being in the hospital due to COVID. The chat went for minutes while I was trying to break through the dream loop. It was still annoying not able to move my body and feeling helpless though. Finally I was able to wake up alone in my room and remember parts of the dream. It was a crazy experience I'd want to discover and maybe experience this again when the time comes. It felt like it was mostly spiritual.

Psychology VS Spirituality
One of the difference between the two of them is that psychology tells you that you are SOMEBODY while spirituality tells you that you are NOBODY and that you are EVERYBODY (I know it sounds weird but you’ll understand this concept when the time is right)
I have been a fan of psychology and how people think since I was little. Most of it stems from me wanting to know more about myself since I have always felt like the things around me doesn’t feel like “me”. I have gone through different personality tests and studied them and a part of me wanted to help others understand themselves more as well. But it hasn’t really worked out quite well and now that I think of it, their ego keeps screaming I’m wrong or people just avert their attention from what science says. It hurts on my part as well since it’s what I am very passionate about. I somewhat concluded that nothing really good comes from focusing your energy on the mental plane. It’s just an illusion of you “understanding” others yet you actually aren’t even close to what that person really is or going through. What’s worse is that you are far from even understanding yourself. It keeps me questioning who I really am and what my unconscious thoughts are even though people really can’t access the unconscious that easily. It kept me stuck on who I was, my sexuality, my career, my family, the friends I have, my personality, the role I have within society and even gave me existential crisis at 20 years old when I wasn’t able to work for a few months and I felt like I wasn’t giving enough to society. That road has been depressing and it kept me in that hole for a few years.
On the other hand, I have been learning about spirituality more later in life. Even though religion has been part of me when I was growing up. It never really had that “uhmpf” feeling you get when you actually understand. I just made it more of a principle so that I could live life more peacefully but it never really taught me anything about what it really means to being spiritual. But it hits different when you understand the spiritual plane. You just know you are spiritually awake when you feel it although I’m far from close to being a guru of some sort or even achieving enlightenment. What’s great about spirituality is that it actually lessened my depressed moods since I’m now more aware of why I have them in the first place. Some benefits of practicing/leading on a spiritual life is that you’re more aware of your surrounding, you are at peace on your past flaws, you are more connected to the present which makes you not overthink that often, you appreciate life and beauty as it is, you can actually feel love even though there’s nothing there or when you just want to, you aren’t afraid of death anymore, suffering is grace, everything doesn’t matter and that gives you a sense of peace. This really gave a 180 degree turn in life and whatever happens will happen.
The real problem now is how would you incorporate both without giving up on the other. I actually had thought of giving up all what I loved about psychology but it would have been a waste. All I had to do was not get too attached to it and everything about it and just let the unknown be unknown and be happy about it. Sometimes it actually helps just understanding people as it is. It’s actually very hard to be spiritual as well living in this world full of materialistic things. When crisis arise or when you are to work and study for exams, you tend to forget about what being spiritual is all about. So balancing both of them can be tedious but with forming a habit, you can actually manage to do both. I’m not sure if I’m close to achieving it though.
Psychology and Spirituality are actually very similar. It just looks on an object in a different perspective and it’s nice being able to see both sides of the same coin.

I stopped following akhromant when i saw they talked to equinoctum. equinoctum translated nazi music, said laws don't matter for pedophilia and called being transgender a 'delusion'. At least he deleted his blog or got banned
Oh my 😮. I never knew that part. I rarely do background checks here in tumblr. Thanks for telling me. I guess that explains how they talk to other people.

Did you notice how akhromant almost compulsively types everyone that says they're "INP"/"Ni" as "ENFP", and whenever someone claims a different type akhromant doesn't express any (dis)agreement? What's with that obvious bias lol
I haven't noticed it from others (although I have been quite silent for months now) but it's probably because he "knows" better and see other people's perception or understanding as wrong and believe their system is right. Or probably because he observed a lot of INPs and think they're all just a bunch of ENFPs. Or probably an INP broke his/her heart. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Or he's/she's just testing us INPs by inciting we're all ENFPs. Either way I wouldn't know.
In my view though, I try to inform rather than correct people. Had an ENFP who believed that they turned into an INFJ as growth and I'd rather not push the boundaries of what and what isn't in his reality. Observing is much fun.

Awareness on your Attachments
Attachments can be in any form. It can be from people, to ideas, and to ideas about the self. It’s important to check on yourself and try to determine what the things you are attached to. Sometimes these attachments aren’t really obvious, visible or consciously made aware and you really have to dig deep within yourselves to find those attachments. These hidden attachments can only be seen when stress arises especially when these things are just minor stressors. With just a simple question of “Why were you stressed?” and “Who or what are you attached to”, you can actually make yourself aware of those attachments which is always the first step in trying to help yourself. If you are in denial or you are not fully aware of that certain attachment, then there is no way on how to deal with those things. After being aware of these attachments, then the next step is on how to cope with it but the simple thought of awareness is sometimes enough since some naturally just let these attachments go. One way to cope would be trying to deconstruct the attached idea or person and keep asking why until you realize there is no need to be attached to it. Another way to cope would be to just letting it go or in a spiritual perspective, letting it go to our source or God (depending on your religion) or you can just imagine just throwing it away if you don’t believe in such.
Attachments can be beautiful sometimes but the stronger the attachment is, like a rope, the more strain and the more fragile and easier it is for someone or something to break it. The act of being aware of these attachments somewhat loosens these attachments. As what Ram Dass once said “Attachment is suffering.”
Have you tried getting angry or stressed for no apparent reason? Maybe it’s time to check within yourself.

Unnecessary Stress of Talking to Random People
As humans we do stress but sometimes my stresses are somewhat unnecessary already. I stress when I talk to random people especially when I’m “off character” or when “I don’t talk like that”. The awkwardness and the cringe really gets me. I get more stressed about these things than exams, work, and deadlines. I do stress about them but I can always feel like that I can do something about it like a solution but once I chat somebody up just to get to know the person, it feels like it’s the end of the world. The first move is always the hardest when you try opening up a conversation since you don’t really know what to say or do. It is agonizing just trying to make sure everything is fine. Today is the next day of trying to communicate with someone (the person didn’t reply yet) and I just don’t want to do anything and just be with myself right now. It’s too draining just thinking about it and I’d rather detach myself of the conversation and not give a f about it.

Why do people usually have 2 predominant letters in MBTI?
I have observed that most of the people I ask concerning their MBTI, they usually have 2 letters that are more likely 100% sure in themselves and the other 2 just 50-50. For instance I would consider myself having I and N as my predominant letters while my T/F or P/J just shifting from one side to the other although I’m labelled as INTP 90% of the time when I take the tests (sometimes INTJ or INFP). I really can’t see myself as an extrovert (or it is hard since I really have bad social anxiety) and being a sensor is out of the question. Others also have a different mix of letters with some I know having predominant letters with FP, IJ, EP, etc. I may wonder if this contributes to how different types will also portray different personalities depending on which of the letters are predominant. I have yet to know though. Just curious if there is any significance to this. My quest still continues.

Why is it so hard for me to post on Social Media? I need answers :(
I’m back! Tumblr is kinda dead already so I’m just gonna post my thoughts hear hoping someone would help me. This has taken me back to when I was young. I like scrolling through social media but the moment I try to post something on instagram, twitter, and facebook, it just feels like my life is on the line. I cringe, hold my breathe/hyperventilate, and clench my fists. I don’t know how to handle this and I’m like 24 already. I’m aware I am anxious but I can’t control it. I’ve theorized a lot of things from past trauma in the net (which were not really severe); second would be giving importance to my “social status”/name but even a picture or simple thoughts I overthink them even though they don’t break my image; third would be just plain social anxiety in general but usually it gets better the more I get exposed (I was anxious to even pay at the counter until I was 16 years old and afraid of calling a taxi until I was 19 years old) to situations but for some reason it’s different online probably due to the lingering effect of having stuff permanently. I’ve conquered some stuff but social media is just different. If someone has answers please tell me :(

^check link to learn more about the essence of N or Ni(?). Listen carefully to the words used such as object (E), subject (I), detachment (I), etc. I guess you should read Chapter X of Jung first before anything else and not some random posts from tumblr or even the MBTI. Check Carl Jung’s interviews and do your own research. You can also check akhromant’s post which is somewhat similar with Jung but have confusing definitions and have somewhat contradictions but some words can also be used such as “unknown” with “intuitive function” which by itself can mean a lot of things.
Extensive Reading and do your own research (the link is more to read tbh):  https://jungiantypeschapter10.wordpress.com/2018/09/07/p412-416-introduction/?fbclid=IwAR0n1rVAElHvOg-OMLPd_jSrEBqSJINLY7rT--P-g0U9Qn-mRCBesNAF-UU Warning: INTP here is Ni-Ti and not the MBTI Ti-Ne.
N dominant I have always gravitated towards the house of Ravenclaw not because it’s just about wit or intelligence but it is more of seeing beyond what other’s may not be able to. Being a perception function, no judgment is being made. They actually just see things or perceive things as it is but deeper/odd than usual or somewhat different from that of others. Once judging function is applied then the thought would transform or be converted to what the auxiliary judging function will shape it [either what is known (T) or what is agreed (F)]. So an N dominant would be more appropriate when the person is more open-minded (although S can be open-minded as well but more on experiences or new sensations and this is why definition is very important) and if there is less judgment or criterion that is applied to the perception. Thus Intuitives are more welcomed in Ravenclaw especially the Ni dominants INTP and INFP. The video discusses more of how there is a difference between Hermione Granger and Luna Lovegood. Hermione Granger can be seen as more of an extrovert [extroverted thinker (Te) dominant with extroverted sensing or intuition (Se or Ne) not really sure since they’re just make believe and the last time I watched all movies was probably 5 or 6 years ago]. Although she is not the stereotypical extrovert who is sociable who seeks relationships with other people, she disses anything that is subjective and gravitates or is eager to know (T) things that are tangible while doing it extensively (E). She has a positive relationship with objectivity which is more of ideas/thoughts (these are actually used as OBJECTS in the judging functions according to Chapter X) rather than humans or literal objects. Similar to Sherlock Holmes who is actually Te dominant, both prefers to be more distant to people than the usual extroverts which comes from too much repression of the singular function of Feeling most of the time [both Fe and Fi]
Although she can look like Ti, her thinking or thoughts does not really make it her own. It feels like Hermoine is gathering information or facts (Te) rather than using these facts or information to achieve her own personal subjective thinking (I) which can sometimes be in a form of a theory or a hunch. Ti can be seen more with Luna Lovegood with her search for the nargles.
PS: Not stating that all Extroverted Thinkers are aloof since I actually know some people who actually like reaching out to people.
Luna Lovegood is by definition what it means to be an INTUITIVE. Others have been typing her as INTP as well which is an Ni dominant. It is an unconscious perception. Things that you cannot perceive by just sensing and that they believe it is true and that they just trust it. Being in the Introverted side of things (Ni), it is very subjective that they might be the only ones to understand the unconscious perception which the video and Jung might actually call an odd ball because others aren’t able to actually perceive what the Ni dominant is perceiving. In one of the interviews of C. Jung, he describes Ni as describing their perception in that only they can understand. This is somewhat the reason why they don’t like talking about it too much as well.
If N was on the Extroverted side of things (Ne), they actually see what actual things can be or its potential or what is probable (although both N can see possibility but E is more realistic and tangible). The difference of Ni and Ne is that Ne can sometimes be confused with Se according to Jung with this optimistic energy. Ne doms can be the ones who are most of the time or constantly “looking forward to” something while Ni doms on the other hand is “looking from within or what’s within”.
For Introverted Intuition, Professor Trewlaney’s predictions is also that which is similar to what C. Jung describes in his interviews (they are actually available online if you search them) when a woman just knew when her disease would be cured which was on the 10th day. These predictions or perception can only be accepted as true when it actually happens which most of the time it actually does. Her practice of divination which is defined (by google search) as the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means is a good example of a person with Ni dominant. Also Ti can be attributed with the word “seeking knowledge” thus INTPs (Ni-Ti) therefore are probably more inclined to liking it although not all.
“You must first broaden your mind, then you must look beyond” - Professor Trewlaney
On the matter of Emotional Intelligence with Cho Chang, WIth a little observation, I actually somewhat also think (although not entirely sure) that Ni is actually an empath function. Empaths by definition (chiefly in science fiction) is a person with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual (This can be used in animals as well). Thus the Ni function can perceive what really is going on within the other person. The emotion, the psychology, the way the person thinks, or for short their essence which I have used the word in previous posts but probably not the only word to think of. This "looking from within” is also similar with how Luna Lovegood is actually able to befriend the thestrals even thought they are different, how Luna Lovegood can tell when he disturbs Harry Potter at the party without even Harry saying anything, or how Garrick Ollivander is with his relationship with his wands.
“You talk about wands as if they have feelings, can think” - Harry Potter.
With Professor Filius Flitwick and his charms, they are described as if they don’t change the essence of an object, they just make it do something new or take on a new property. Doesn’t really give additional information about the functions but it’s just fun how they are able to play with the words essence and object.
Ti Aspect of the Ravenclaw Although Ravenclaw that I was talking about is about Ni doms, they can also have Ti qualities. They seek knowledge or wisdom which is a Thinking quality. This is prominent in the video when Ravenclaws are described as “possess intellectual depth and curiosity beyond this utilitarian approach to knowledge” and “wisdom for its own sake, not as means but as an end”. The word DEPTH can be attributed to how Ti (rather than Te) is not using knowledge for it’s own sake. They don’t just want to know things. Depth can also be attributed to INTENSITY which is sometimes described in Introverts.
Words that are used to describe Ravenclaws in the video: [PS: these are pertaining to the functions thus all types whether an ESFJ, INFJ, etc. can actually have these traits as long as they are not repressed but I guess it is just predominant when it is more conscious] - Alternative way of thinking (Ti) - Non-conformist (represssed Je [Te and Fe]) - Getting deep (Ni) - Follow your mind wherever it leads (N) - Original (Ti) - not sure on this one but Ti in Chapter X is described as having the tendency to believe that these hunches are theirs thus original. - Odd or Quirky (Ni or repressed Se, commonly seen in INTPs and INFPs) - Open-minded (beyond the usual boundaries of categories and assumptions we take for granted) - (P but mostly N as previously stated) - Priority is to get the truth underneath surface appearance (Ni) - here is what @akhromant is desperately trying to convey to me about “truth”. You can check his blog if you want. That’s where I understood the basics. - Doesn’t matter if others don’t get it (I or detached) - Okay with the fact that others may perceive you as a bit of a weirdo - Detached, lacking in human warmth (I) [PS actually in Chapter X in Jung] - Independent Spirit - Magical Thinking (Ni) - Bronze part - being in the background also in akhromant’s post for PSS: Not saying INTPs should be Ravenclaws because all types can actually be Ravenclaws but the descriptions used in the video for Ravenclaws match well with the functions N specfically Ni dom and Ti which can be present in INTP.
