In case no one told you growing up
Bras last longer if you let them air dry. Don鈥檛 put them in the dryer.
If you have a problem with frizzy hair, don鈥檛 dry your hair with a towel. It makes the frizzies worse. (I recently read an article that said to use a t-shirt? I brush mine out and let it air dry.)
Whites wash best in hot water. Everything else can be in cold - save on your electricity bill.
You can kill 99.9% of germs in a sponge by putting it in the dishwasher for a cycle or by microwaving it for 2 min (be sure to make the sponge damp before microwaving and to put a cup half full of water in with it and please DO NOT squeeze the sponge until it has cooled off)
Airing out your room/house and letting sunlight in every so often can decrease the number of household pests like silverfish and ants.
Black underwear is best during your period as stains are less likely to be visible.
To save money, put aside 10% of each paycheck into a savings account. It鈥檒l add up.
Unless your hair has something on/in it (like grease or mud or something), using conditioner first can actually be the better choice. The conditioner holds in the good oils that help you hair look sleek and beautiful, which shampoo would otherwise wash away.
Speaking of shampoo - if you have long hair, washing just the bits that touch your scalp is generally enough. The rest of your hair gets cleaned with just the run off from your scalp.
If you put a tampon in and it鈥檚 uncomfortable/you can feel it, you didn鈥檛 do it quite right. A properly placed tampon is virtually unnoticeable by the wearer.
Apply deodorant/antiperspirant a couple hours in advance of when you need it. This gives the product the chance to block your sweat glands. Using deodorant just before going somewhere where you鈥檒l sweat (this means walking outside for people in high humidity places) results in your sweat washing the deodorant off and starkly limiting its usefulness.
After running the dryer, use the dryer sheet from that load to brush out the lint catch - it gets everything off in a fraction of the time it鈥檒l take you to get it clean with your bare hands. Paper towels also work well.
Wash your face everyday, or as often as possible. Forget which brand of cleanser is best. Just washing your face everyday will guarantee you clearer skin. And do you best not to pop pimples, as tempting as the urge may be.
Fold laundry asap after taking it from the dryer to avoid wrinkles. This may seem obvious for dress shirts and silly for things like t-shirts, but you鈥檒l notice the difference even then once your shirts stop looking like unfolded paper balls.

looks like I have an exiting internship!! Only waiting for the contract to arrive. I will start in march.
Otherwise are the exams just a few days away and I procrastinated the whole weekend :( studying remains such a struggle

It is so cold today.
I couldn't print and hand in all the papers, but the secretary was really chill about that and so happy about the papers I gave her. she is such a lovely person.
Priorities for today:
- korean homework
- email for work
- get on a train

made it through the day!! I had classes and meetings back to back all day.
I printed most of the documents for work and will hand them in tomorrow.
I finished my homework (yeyyy) but I have no idea if anything is correct. There was a reason for my procrastination. Now it is handed in, so at least it is done

I finally cleaned my room. It isn't perfect yet, but the bulk work is done.
and I managed to finish the one documenr for work, which I procrastinated. Only need to print it and hand it in.
On my way to the dentist and sport afterwards. Korean Flash Cards are in the bag
Big things for today and tomorrow:
- Electrical Homework (4 Tasks)
- Read Project Document of classmate
- Buy train ticket

I am ruining my life
and I do nothing against it. That is the sad truth. My lack of studying causes me to fail so many classes that I am in risk of getting kicked out of university next year, if that doesn't change.
My grades are terrible, which prevebts me from going ansemester abroad. I might je able to go abroad with a private but expensive program, but that is unclear as well.
I don't even know, if I will be accepted into my masters degree. But I can assure myself, that I won't be able to go to my university of choice due to my bad grades.
I procradtinate finding an internship, which is necessary for finishing my undergrad degree.
I am always so in my had, that I am a terrible friend. I answer late and don't know what is going on in my friends life.
I won't have any friends after university if I continue that.
I fail at my hobbies because I am to lazy to put any effort or training into them.
I couldn't even manage to keep this block alive.
I am destroying my body with all the bad food and lack of movement.
i look at screens so often that my eyes hurt constantly.
My body has no strength or flexibility and is in constant pain. I don't have a medical condition. It is all me and my lack of care for myself.
I am ruining my life and am watching like a bystander. And it will exploded into my face if I continue to be like that

I haven鈥檛 posted in so long :( something I definitly have to change. I really want to track my studies (and study) again.
But some exciting things have happened. I started this blog to motivate myself, to study for a really important exam. If I failed, I would have been kicked out of my study program. The pressure was on.聽 And I passed!! With a good grade
