Thinking about Omega in ep 13 and how she's acting so different from how we've ever seen her.

Like she's so sassy and smug; the way she phrases things ("Want to know a secret? I escaped from this mountain before... Know what else? I'm doing it again" "That's okay, I like a challenge"), the way she shows them the tool she stole, twirling the game pieces in her hands...

But you can feel the tension behind it too, sounds a bit forced, like she clearly is scared too even though she came in with a plan

I think she's intentionally putting on this confident air to reassure the other kids, and she's 100% channeling Crosshair to do it

Okay this post actually makes me want to tear up a bit?

For one thing I too am confused why there was no mention of Rex n crew in this last ep because all they've been doing (that's we've seen at least) is searching for Tantiss and our boys are definitely gonna need help saving ALL the clones. Like this is the big, been leading up to it all season boss fight, it's gotta be all hands on deck!

Secondly, while I doubt they'd bring in those other characters it would actually be so sweet? Like to see that other people actually care about what's happening to the clones, and they don't just have to keep fending for themselves

There’s no way “the cavalry” in the finale is just the Bad Batch. No way Phee Genoa would stand idly by while Tech’s sister is captive. No way Riyo Chuchi would stand for Hemlock’s treatment of clones. No way Howzer hasn’t reached out to the Syndullas, after the sacrifices he made for them. And no fucking way Rex isn’t leading the charge, blasters blazing. And yet, for some reason, I feel like they’re gonna be squandered on the sidelines.

I fell back into my Clone Wars phase (obsession?) a few months ago (in case that wasn't obvious lol) and I kinda wanted to write a tab but I was like nah the trumpet solo ain't exactly gonna work on kalimba

But THEN! Kevin Kiner hit me with that soft lullaby version of the clones theme when Echo leaves the batch :,(

Why does my fav show have to stress me out so much?!?!

Also anyone talking about how the title of the last episode is Wrecker's first line ever?

early reviews are IN for season 3 episodes 10-14. dark and emotional, leading up to something huge in the finale. they suspect that episode 15 might be a giant episode like aftermath (season 1 episode 1) was.

Okay the thing that gets me about Nemec is that I thought he insta-died when Rex told him to fix the comms and the panel blew. Bc that is such a clone death™ like Greer died that way two minutes earlier, just silently thrown by an explosion and never hear about them again. BUT THEN HE GOT UP! And he was okay! And he escaped and took off his helmet and had his cute little moment with Batcher and aaaahhh I thought he was safe dammit! :((((((((
