Whether it's established or they're just starting to figure things out, whether it's a mutual decision for all of them at once, or two are a couple with the third joining later, it all works well for me.

Battle Tactics
Sanji sees Zoro exiting the infirmary, looking some strange mixture of confused and determined, with Law following a few paces behind.
“Oi, marimo!” he calls out to him, hoping to convince Zoro to pack mule for him in town.
“Sorry, cook, can’t talk. Gotta go shower,” Zoro says, giving Sanji an apologetic kiss on the cheek as he passes by.
Sanji stares after him in disbelief. Shower?
He whips his head back over to Law, looking smug and self satisfied. “Shower?”
“I told him increased hygiene would improve his athletic performance because the additional dirt and bacteria decrease aerodynamic efficiency,” Law explained, leaning against the wall.
“But that’s—“ Sanji lowers his voice to make sure Zoro doesn’t hear, “That’s bullshit though.”
“Yes, it is. But I’m a doctor, so I must know things about science, right?” Law’s smirk verges on a shit-eating grin. “I even made some fake charts and graphs.”
“Holy shit,” Sanji marvels. “I’ve been fighting this war for as long as I’ve known him and you settle it in less than 10 minutes. What the hell?”
“What was your strategy?” Law asks.
“Shower sex?” Sanji supplies weakly.
Law chuckles and beckons Sanji into his arms, wrapping them around him tight and kissing the top of his head. “Well, perhaps we can combine tactics?” he asks slyly, nodding in the general direction of the bathroom.
Sanji huffs a laugh before leaning up to give Law a peck on the lips. “Genius.”

Hi! So sorry for this late reply, I was considering whether to answer this or not because I'm... a little embarrassed to share my favorite fics that heavily leans towards PWP, but I decided to try 😭 I'll be putting them under the cut (NSFW/R18 warning, for obvious reasons):
I think if we're immediately off to some pure PWP with little to no plot, SweetyGreeny on AO3 is probably one of my go-to authors. There's stuff that's pure explicit smut like Another Round, Slippery Circumstances, North Blue Boys (which is technically ZoSanLaw threesome, in case if you're not into it), or something that has a bit more plot like The Burden of Blondes, Tribulations of Temptation and Hell's Desires.
Farcical Feelings by auspizien is a great read, while technically it has a bit of plot, it's a porn actors AU so there's a heavy focus on the sex scenes
Grocery Store Exhibitionist by kumiko_sama_chan, the title speaks for itself
Sunkissed, short tempered and Wolf Like Me by dolcemorte

Bestie I am considering ✨ You actually kinda sent me down a rabbit hole of zosanlaw stuff because it is honestly not something I have thought about. I like when there's poly ships, they're always fun. But the only poly ship I've ever really liked with zosan is zosansopp because they are a such goofy little guys together.
But looking at zosanlaw really has me thinking, putting three of the bitchiest (is that how you spell that ?) brats on the GrandLine in a room together is actually funny. I'll be honest, I'm right at the tail end of Dressrosa, so I feel like I haven't gotten the full ~Law Experience~ but I also took a break to watch some of the movies because I really missed the pre-time skip vibes and Laws back story actually left me in a dramatic heap on the floor. His backstory was just too upsetting for me and then it reminded me of Robin and then I got even sadder. (She's my favorite character lol)
But I am considering Bestie !! Feel free to bring me some more food for thought because I will be ruminating over this for the next few weeks ✨

hmmmm nothing that's been like, completely unexpected, but oh it's you got a lot more attention than i expected!

MAN. thats a hard one. honestly with most of my fics i think....some stuff would get lost in the translation to a visual media. i think the tangled rewrite would be cheating so i will say like an animal

Zoro’s sitting in the sitting room just off the main hall when the door flies open. He’s on his feet before he even registers it, rushing to see who it is, repressing a sigh of relief when he’s greeted by an unharmed Nami. He’d die before admitting it, but he worries about her sometimes.
Unfortunately it must show on his face even with his attempts at hiding, because Nami grins at him, reaching up to ruffle his hair. “Miss me?” she teases, and he frowns.
“You were gone for almost a week,” he says sullenly, and her face quickly turns serious.

Sanji likes dancing with his partners in the kitchen. He listens to music while he cooks and if Zoro or Law is passing through and he happens to be waiting on something, he’ll tug them into his arms to dance, humming along with the song.
Even if they roll their eyes, they both indulge him, every time.
One of Sanji’s favorite secrets is the time he saw Zoro and Law slow dancing in the kitchen, completely unaware of his presence. He never told them that he saw; he just holds that image close to his heart.
