hm... i'm gonna plug my mario fics here cause i'm bored and am rlly proud of these
Ill-Voiced - M&S Vancouver (DS). While Tails is fixing a gate in Frostown, Sonic notices Luigi hasn't said a word the entire journey. (Important: First Chapter isn't very screen reader friendly since it uses morse code and zalgotext. The second chapter is a translation of both of those mediums so it's easier to read.)
Downpour - MP6. Brighton goes stargazing in Clockwork Castle but it starts to rain.
Seconds Tick Like Boulders - Also MP6. After a successful Solo journey, Brighton begins to miss Twila and curiosity gets the better of him.

[Even war does not stop the Good Morning Monsters. This time, it's an Ultra Rosa, and the note says something Zalgotexted and unreadable, but its the thought that counts. Sometimes the universe just glitches, perhaps. Sometimes no one can explain the odd happenings, here, like no one knows why Whole got creechur'd. There are some things we are never meant to know. And this Good Morning is a bit glitched.]

I'm not sure why I'm putting all of this here, but here it is.
All Zalgo'd text is "I see you" and all normal comparison is just me saying "Yo" while falling into the abyss.

The app I used to use was just called Zalgo (made by skehmatics in the Google Playstore), and had a slider that let you customize how intense you wanted your text, and if you wanted to have those offshoot parts that overlap the other lines.

I'm not sure what idea I like more: that Giratina can speak in ALL CAPS but always whispers so it evens out, or that Giratina instead defaults to Zalgotext. Instead of being LOUD, Giratina's voice is distorted and eldritch, and induces headaches due to feeling like their words are literally being written into your brain with an ice pick. (If actually written out, Giratina's dialog would be in Zalgotext.) Hence the main reason why Giratina doesn't talk much. (The other reason is that they're just naturally quiet.)
Yeah, that's exactly how I would imagine it too!! Not super loud, but very very chilling.
