Osamu leaves his phone number on napkins as a way to flirt with you.
You find them everywhere. Anywhere. It’s almost always the same thing- a chicken scratched version of your name, a crudely drawn winky face, and his phone number. If it wasn’t his phone number, it was another silly flirt, cheesy as can be and making your cheeks heat up each and every time you catch it.
who needs the galaxy when the only stars i want are in your eyes?
if i could rearrange the alphabet, id put U and I together
your hand looks heavy… want me to hold it for you?
call me ;}
And you’d be completely smitten with these originally, rolling your eyes and telling him how inappropriate it was leaving little napkins scattered around the back of Onigiri Miya for you.
But you don’t have to. Because you’ve been engaged for seven months by now.
“You don’t have to waste the napkins like this,” you snip playfully, tossing a wad onto the desk he’s occupied at. “You could very easily just text me your silly ass flirts.”
He chuckles and shakes his head, standing up and strutting confidently towards you. “You wound me baby,” he says, pulling you in for an embrace. “Is it a crime to leave little love letters for my little love?” You fake a gag and he rolls his eyes before pulling you in for a hug, “besides, how will everyone know you’re mine if I don’t?”
“I wear a fat rock on my finger every day, we come in together, and I know you’ve given me marks that I’ve been unable to cover- trust me, I think they get it.”
He lets his eyes glaze up and down before settling on your lips again, “well what if I just want you to know I love you? Huh?”
“I come back here, and you tell me,” you offer with another kiss, which he takes happily. “You always tell me.” Your arms snake around his thick neck, fingers playing with the short hairs of his undercut just to hear him shiver. He settles his hands on your waist and gives you a small, playful pout.
“You really don’t like my napkin-flirts?”
“I don’t like you wasting napkins,” you snort. “Gotta leave some for the customers and staff, angel boy.”
He sighs dramatically, “fine. No more flirt napkins.”
“Good,” you say, smiling. In truth, it does seem weird that you’ll start walking into work without crude little napkins flirting with you, but it’s for the best. And it is weird for a few days, even to the point some of your staff asks about the lack of affectionate little notes.
But the strange feeling doesn’t last.
Instead, it upgrades to bright pink sticky notes, littered around the shop in a familiar fashion to the napkins, only now, stuck in place for you to find throughout the restaurant.
And every now and again, all over the house. All over.
But who would’ve known, he was right.
Because you’d be lying if you say you do hate the unprofessional little reminders.

For people who are interested in QSMP but don’t have time to watch hundreds of hours worth of VODs, I’ve created the QSMP VOD Timestamp Archive!
The archive includes timestamps for cool quotes, important lore, funny interactions, and more!
Complete VOD playlists, recaps, and additional resources are also included in the document for people who might be feeling overwhelmed by the amount of QSMP content out there. It’s never too late to get into the series!
Want to help? Consider writing down a few timestamps when important things happen in the stream you’re watching, then send them my way so I can add it to the archive!
I am just one person, so this archive is by no means comprehensive, but I’m constantly updating things and adding more streams and timestamps to the document. I’ve been working on this project since April and there are several hundred VODs covered in the archive, so I hope people find it useful!
[ Check out the VOD Timestamp Archive here! ]

i was thinking about how i wished leverage had a birthday episode for some of the characters cause that would be sweet, but then i realised something and basically…. okay here’s my thoughts in quotes form, just for fun
hardison: so when’s your birthday? i could plan something for us and the team to do and-
parker: i dont know
hardison: you don’t know… your own birthday?
parker: no, how would i know? pshh, cmon, you’re telling me you remember EXACTLY when you were born? watch this - hey, eliot, do you know your exact birth date?
eliot, innocently passing by, who was canonically anonymously dropped off at a hospital as an infant: no, how would i know?
parker: that’s what i said!
hardison: excuse me?? what is going on right now
sophie, walking into the apartment: whats wrong?
hardison: parker and eliot- well, okay, when’s your birthday? i just have to prove something.
sophie: …….july 12th
hardison: why did you pause? wait, is that your birthday or sophie devereaux’s birthday?
sophie: ………… (guilty silence)
parker: see, no one knows their real birthday! haha you’re so weird sometimes, hardison
hardison:

Happy birthday Samuel, my beloved, my babygirl !!
On a more serious note, Sammy has been such a huge comfort character to me, I really couldn’t imagine liking Batim without him in it. He’s so morally grey, so selfish, so pretentious, so perfect. Such a unique character, really !

Do you also feel like the MLB writers are writing things up as they go and constantly forget what they've written in previous episodes?
One would hope that, with a bible, they'd be able to keep this sort of thing straight. But I think they get tunnel vision within one episode trying to make One Point stick that they don't realize until later that they've also made Another Point.
With "Bubbler", the most charitable interpretation is that every year Gabriel assigns getting Adrien's gift to Nathalie and Nathalie is the one that forgets that, leaving her to scramble to grab something off her desk to wrap and present.
(The least charitable is that Gabriel himself forgets until the last minute, and then demands Nathalie get him something at the last minute, and Nathalie grabs something off her desk at the last minute).
But all of these leave the question: Where's Emilie? Where's Emilie's gift, or Emilie planning things for Adrien's birthday in the house, like organizing dinner and preparing presents? Where's Emilie reminding Nathalie up to the day that Adrien's birthday is coming up?
In order to make Gabriel look bad, they accidentally made Emilie look bad. I think that's part of the reason the fandom was kinda surprised that Emilie had only been missing for a year - meaning, she was around for these last minute gift birthdays???? Good job guys, you just killed the idea that Emilie OR Gabriel used to be good parents before The Great Coma.

very underrated moment in the iwtb bed scene is when scully says that she’s lying awake “cursing god,” and mulder asks what’s wrong and she tells him about her patient and how this little boy is going to die and there’s nothing anyone will do. and the way that they talk about it for a minute and then he whispers, “just go to sleep. let me curse god for awhile.”
actually the most romantic sentiment of the movie, i think! to say, you rest, i’ll take this shift. you don’t have to give it up, but let me hold it tonight. bearing witness as a love language etc
