For additional context, Draus was "nominated" to be on the covers for two other volume prior to this. Translations by @lavoszero and myself.

Draus: "Northdin, I'm finally on a volume cover but I don't appear in the main story at all, what should I do?" Northdin: "Don't panic, Draus… You can be on another cover for a volume you're featured in this way." Draus: "I see, As Expectedin! I'll appear on the next cover for sure!" Northdin: "No, actually, I may take that spot myself. Fufufu."

[Translator's note: "Sasudin" (translated here as "As Expectedin") is what Draus tends to call Northdin in response to Northdin's advice. It's a portmanteau of "sasuga Northdin ("As expected of Northdin")." He relies on Northdin a lot. By the way, sometimes Northdin goes out of his way to study things so he can give Draus proper advice.]

Ventrue's youth Ventrue: "My old man took care of me when I was a sickly child. But, whenever I saw my father's wings, I'd vow that one day I would rule the skies as the head of the bloodline!"

Ishikana: "And then you became a gigolo to a human woman."

Ventrue: "I am not a gigolo!!!"

Ishikana's youth Ishikana: "I don't know who I was created by. But for as long as I can remember, I was worshiped like a god in a village and offered sacrifices."

[Translator's notes: To be honest, I debated having Ishikana call Ventrue a "malewife." Also yes, Elder is implying that he used actual human remains as references and material.]
