Since he and Scott are confirmed to be meant to be seen as similar to one another #so much so that even their first and last names rhyme #last thing I'll add tho is that while Wallace and Lisa are very similar even personality wise #the one big difference is that despite that whole conclusion on vol4 of Scott not cheating on Ramona with Lisa because he loves her #the writers apparently think it would be “organically correct” for him to have an affair with wallace LMAO #but I guess we shouldn't be surprised since Wallace and Ramona are both in the front of the official valentines art which is clearly #a deptiction of Scotts wet dream or smth (oh and you could also argue that Wallace and Lisa parallel on that art since they're both #shirtless with white socks.. which could be a reference to how lisa wears skimpy clothes for Scott and Wallace often only wears boxers #to like sexually frustrate Scott for fun or smth

Everyone else: Loser, Baby love confession as Angel is ascending to Heaven!

My sadistic brain:

Alastor has betrayed everyone. The hotel is slowly morphing into the domain of The Radio Demon and everyone is trying to evacuate. Angel runs back to get Husk.

Angel: “Come on Husk, we gotta move it!”

Husk: “I…I can’t.”

Angel, voice cracking: “Whaddaya mean you can’t?”

Husk, smiling softly and taking Angel’s hands:

“I’m a loser, baby

my life is fucked, but maybe if I

can get you to safety,

yours will turn out differently.”

Angel: “Husk, what’re you sayin’?”

Husk, touching Angel’s face:

“So spread your wings now and be free,

hope that you won’t resent me.

You’ve changed my view, so don’t be blue,

remember, I…love…”

A green chain shoots from the hotel, latches around Husk’s neck, and starts to yank him back. At the last moment, Husk gives Angel a shove, pushing him to safety as a barrier encases the structure.

Inside, Husk is dragged to the base of a throne Alastor occupies, crying silently.

Alastor, grinning and lifting Husk’s face:

“Dry your tears, Husker. We have work to do.”

fanfiction should be accessible to shitty writers. if you find yourself on ao3 thinking “wow most of this is bad” and “these people could never be real authors” then like. i don’t know. too bad? go read a novel. and i don’t say that to be snarky i just mean it. shitty fanfiction will always exist and always has. not every piece will be in perfect conversation with the source material and that’s fine. most of it is not written by people with literature degrees. but most of it is written out of a deep and genuine love or at least interest in the source. that doesn’t mean every fanfiction writer has the skills to write a professionally published novel. many do but many don’t. the same could be and has been said for a lot of traditionally published authors.

furthermore i think the increase in shitty, cash-grabby books (which, i don’t know, has there really been an increase or are we just paying more attention to it? there have always been bad books.) is less to do with fanfiction authors writing books and more to do with the ever-increasing need for content by publishing houses/companies.

i want people to keep writing shitty fanfiction and i want them to get love for it too. i don’t want them to feel discouraged from even trying. especially when they’re really not hurting anyone by writing about something they love and wanting positive attention for it. how else are they going to discover writing. how did You discover your love for writing? did you learn to be a better writer because you kept doing it and were encouraged or because people constantly shit on what you were doing wrong? all you’re encouraging people to do is not try. like. i don’t know. i think even a fanfiction you think is bad can be taken seriously if the author wants you to. i don’t know. am i making sense. i don’t know.

King and Eda are fucking pissed.

Both of their reactions throughout this whole scene in Watching and Dreaming fucking destroyed me man. Their complete, wordless shock followed by unbridled grief-stricken rage just…. hit hard. Havent really seen art for this moment so wanted to take a crack at it.

Also since I’ve been experimenting more with procreate, I learned that it automatically saves a TIMELAPSE. So now YOU TOO! Can see my abysmal drawing process. I’ll either add that in a reblog or in a new post, so just keep an eye out if you’re interested in seeing that I guess.

The ML writers were really telling us Kagami is a senti and her amok is in her family ring (and having her mom go nuclear on Gabriel for putting an akuma in it) as if her first episode back in season 2 didn’t have her be akumatized with that exact ring and she was completely fine when it was broken.

EVERYTIME I watch The Good Place I love it more. It’s like “oh haha silly comedy” and then “ you are crying and also sobbing. You love these characters like they were friends” and I wish I could have it as a nicely bound hardcover book so I could keep it in my bookshelf.

okay im 6 episodes into fellow travelers and damn this really is a WHOLE different thing than the book. like they kept a FEW of the same characters and like some of the very most basic foundations of it but d a m n they changed SO much

#im honestly kinda disappointed?#like i wish it were closer to the book #also theres not nearly enough mary in this smh #but yeah they like. did not get the dynamic between hawk and tim right.#its weird in the show. it feels like they got it backwards #like in the book tim is very much the one that is obsessed for lack of better word with hawk #and hawk is very blase about it and tries to play it cool and not show his emotions/feelings about their relationship #but in the show it feels like hawk is the one thats obsessed with tim #also lucy has a WAY bigger way EARLIER role in the show than in the book and im not a fan tbh #i thought she seemed sort of sweet in the book and like understanding in a way. but show lucy is very much neither of those things lol #also the whole aids storyline..... that.... Does Not exist in the book #like they actually make it a point to say that tim DIDNT have aids #so like to add that into the show and to make it a BIG storyline in it too.... also not a fan #plus the way they have hawk like visiting and heping tim when in the book he literally Does Not see tim again before he dies #i feel like that just kinda takes away some of the tragicness of the books ending!!#its obviously a different kind of tragedy in the show but yeah idk it hit harder in the book i feel like #also i am enjoying this b plot of the writer dude and the drag queen but that was defs not in the book #also tim NEVER met hawks children ever so it feels very weird to see him like. spending time with hawks son??#fellow travelers #mack reacts

for some reason a while ago i had the impression that hawkeye speaks korean like once ever and only to demonstrate that he sucks at it, but he actually speaks korean just as much as any other american on the show and more than some, which is to say the occasional phrase here and there lol

like he's probably about on par with margaret and radar (averaging out radar's 'can speak korean fine' and 'can't speak korean at all' scenes lol)

Okay, so this is like not my usual thing but I finally found a way to watch Heels with Stephen Amell and that show is amazing! Seriously, the best thing I've seen on TV in a long, long time!

If you haven't seen it yet you need to check it out. All Episodes are currently available for free on youtube (you need to change your vpn to US, though, at least all my fellow Europeans or non US people do).

Stephen's acting is off the charts and just shows what the man is capable of if he has an amazing script to work with... Arrow wasted his potential in the later seasons which is just sad. But he's got a great show now with people who seem to appreciate his skills and push him.

Again great show, great writing and great acting from everyone involved, I know nothing about Wrestling, I couldn't care less about it if I tried but that show got me hooked, those characters draw you in and you just want to know what will happen next.

Okay, I think I'm done now. Just, check it out, give the man some love for his amazing work. The show deserves to be recognized as the masterpiece it is.
