Halfway to work my vision started blurring on my right eye - it’s the first symptom of my migraines but I haven’t had an actual migraine like this in years

I couldn’t just stop driving so I’m at work now but what do I do if it’s an actual migraine? I don’t have my meds with me and there’s no one who can come get me if my vision goes all out

Crumbling

My resolve.

Been fighting the addiction for WoW and such for some time, but it's getting hard today with the fall closing in. To avoid all the Blizzard products and games of my youth and happy times I had before.

Am I doing anything in the face of giants or am I just hurting myself more? Or is this just temporary and I need to just carry on?
