I have an OC now so you get to hear about them.
I was thinking about epithets and I thought about Legacy so I came up with the idea of the power to imbue a legacy into something, so if the original is ever destroyed you could make something to carry its legacy on even if the "legacy" is being a very tasty slab of beef. but also since it is legacy, and if I understand correctly after death your epithet becomes "up for grabs" as it were, I figured what if each previous owner of the epithet would survive and give advice to the next one, but they would appear how they thought of themselves, and if the inscribed has enough proficiency they could have one of the old users take over their body and use all of their abilities for that time frame, of course they would always be able to summon anything any previous user had imbued as long as they knew about it and they had something nearby to transform. the amount that the transformation will effect the object depends on how proficient the user is and what the would consider the objects true purpose.
So the current user is a six year old girl with five people from wildly differing time periods in her head all arguing constantly, as that part of the power doesn't turn off, and as ghosts they can only go 10m from her max until she gets stronger. Her name is Emilt Serph, and the old users are Gabby Whinchester an old woman who lived as a farmer in Australia, Viny Relus an author from the years right after the printing press, John Redde a legendary knight who accidentally spearheaded a democracy, Guns a street urchin turned bisexual disaster nobleman who never even had a last name, and RO who lived in the bronze ages.

Of course Lazarus is my favourite! I love my little meat boy so much...
You can take his word (and mine) here on how easily he trusts others. lol, but as for the other questions..
When he does establish a trusting/reliable relationship with someone he is not likely to betray them or turn his back on them, he gets very committed to things, including people, and turning on someone he holds close is untenable. Even given a ultimatum he wouldn't dare turn his back on those he's committed to trusting.
Everyone else however? fair fucking game.
He's definitely been back stabbed before. I don't think Miranda's manipulative capturing of him cooounts so much (I think he thinks of it as a form of betrayal though, given what she promised him and what was delivered), but the fine arts world he came from in a previous life is cold and ruthless and he was definitely pushed around a lot. He hasn't really experienced any betrayal since coming to the village, this can more so be chalked up to his lack of deep authentic relationships than anything else.

Virgil's a pretty practical guy, likes to keep things physical, tangible, doesn't like to think to much about Implications or Moral Dilemma's. Doesn't mean he won't debate you if you push him (he will. For hours. You will regret your choices. He will be smug about it the Whole time.) but y'know.. when you're in his line of work it pays not to think about these kinds of things too much.
(also he was originally for a furry comic I was making with a friend in high school where he was Actually a coyote, here's a fun bonus sketch of his Original design)

This is Idris, The Golden Boy, criminal ring leader and founder of Smugglers Honour, a cosmos-wide smuggling operation run so tightly and bureaucratically if you didn't know any better you'd think it was a corporation!
.... it's... part of the setting for the sci-fi/cyberpunk ttrpg game I'm GMing right now...
which is exactly why Idris needed the glow up!
While his change hasn't been Drastic he was originally conceived in about 2010-2011 for the comic setting that would eventually develop Into Andromadis as a catch-all leader for the criminal underground which was a bit vague even then but was Especially not going to do in the context of a TTRPG where players were going to have to interact with him and his long reaching actions in specific and unpredictable ways, so he kinda needed a new job, or rather a more defined one. So Smugglers Honour was born! A discrete organization he could be in charge of, something a lot less nebulous than his previous title of "Big No.1 Crime Boy" lmao. But with this new title I felt he needed a bit of... polishing up.
I wanted him to Feel the same, keep all the basic ideas, but just.. tighten the screws a bit so he felt a bit cooler and sexier and more mature. And also fix his dumb stupid badly designed head oh my g o d. I uhh, I think I landed it.

apparently apparently. we’re not 100% sure but it is observed she likes fashion because she dresses very flamboyantly despite only wearing one article of seadweller bling. kanaya and feferi are heads over heels for her fashion. she’s caught the attention of all the beta troll boys and some alpha trolls as well, because she only resides in the dream bubbles. what.....does this mean...... even other people’s oc trolls and ESPECIALLY fabtroll are practically her moirails because she doesn’t care about quadrant rules. no bad fantroll--sorry, perfect fantroll is complete without fabtroll speaking of which, the amporas are constantly begging her to put them in her concupiscent quadrants. i’m hweezing
for no apparent reason, she has a fixation on asaina okabae, terrah lepido, porres lyrate, marie kawaiii cutie sam whinchester jr, mr. asspenis, avolth trovak, cronus ampora, plinia sinyou, fawnuh spring, fabtroll, troll justin bieber, and at least a few hundred more. every single time i lay my eyes on a person i fixate on them immediately apparently she’s attempting to make all of them her quadrantmates but there’s no way thats possible, oh wait, she’s shitty enough to be able to do that, so yes everyone in that list is in a redrom with her whether it be flushed or pale. and after all of that, she’s still a virgin.
