Been pretty steady around this weight since Saturday. I don’t want to make any drastic changes just yet. Not really sure want I want to do, as my fat intake is already fairly low. I think I’ll increase my water first. I’m painting a house and have been drinking way too many diet cokes.
On another note, I weigh in at 63.9kg today! Which means that not only did I make up for my drinking and binging of the weekend, but I also lost 300g and I'm below 64kg!! 1.9 kg away from my first gw, it's gonna be done in no time 😋

Damn, good week. I’ve been painting a house this week so I’m burning a ton of extra calories. Yesterday I was starving by the time I got home but I stayed on target. Note to self: since I cut my sugar and snacking I’m not craving it near as much. I’ve been going to the grocery store every 2-3 days for fresh food as well. I keep saying I need to schedule a free meal so maybe this week I will.
So finally a weight check in post...I've lost 3.8lbs this week doing carnivore. Since beginning on January 1, I ended up gaining two more pounds. Not sure what the deal was but pleased to see I am making some progress.
