Ad ogni modo, anche nei giorni. di festa, alla pizza non si deve mai rinunciare. Ad esempio, a Santo Stefano, noi ci siamo spiaggiati (in 4 + il cane e gatto di mio figlio) sui divani per fare maratona film e darci alla pizza. Si, sempre contro corrente noi.... o forse, non sentiamo la necessità di replicare per due giorni di seguito le classiche tavolate festaiole. Ma alla pizza nessuno dice mai di no. E se fossero pizzelle fritte? Meglio ancora! A mio modesto parere, fanno più festa del cappone arrostito! Mettono allegria e portano felicità. In più, sono facilissime da fare. Si può utilizzare l'impasto classico della pizza, oppure, i preparati di @molinorossetto (kamut, integrale, classico...), così diventa ancora più semplice. Poi ci vuole un buonissimo pomodoro. In questo caso ho utilizzato i pelati @casamarrazzo1934, che sono talmente buoni da mangiarli così, anche senza nulla. Non credo serva, ma vi lascio le indicazioni nei commenti. I know I’m a little late to the party but hello 2022!! I’m not gonna lie, I feel abit overwhelmed with what has happened in the past 2 years worldwide and I’m a little anxious with what this new year will bring. I have been a little busy with life. I’ve finished my internship in vet nursing and will be carrying on with my studies in the middle of the year. I also plan on moving more into the city. It’s time for me to move on from my country life but for now I need to take a break from the study, and focus on work and my wellbeing. I have started my goodreads challenge with 10 books however depending on how I go this number may change. But remember that this challenge should not be stressful, whether you want to read 10 books or 100 books. Here I am sharing my current reads, but only one of these will be apart of my goodreads challenge. World War Z I started late last year but with reaching my deadlines for my studies, working, and the challenges I have had to face in the last few months, I just didn’t have the desire to pick up a book. I have a feeling I will be taking my time with this book but I am determined to finish it. A little bit of wicca - my first book I will be reading in the ‘little bit of’ series. I also plan on reading the rest of these books I have in my collection too. Magickal tarot - once again another book I started last year and I am determined to finish. The satanic bible - just a disclaimer; no. I am not a satanist 😂 I was inspired to read this after reading Marilyn Manson’s biography last year as this had been brought up in one of his chapters.
