Old Person, New Post
Hi. If you don't know me, that's perfectly valid.
My name is Michaela Laws. I'm a writer, voice actor, game dev, and all around weird demi-person who used to post CONSTANTLY (and admittedly ignorantly) on this platform before I dove into being a professional freelancer.
This isn't to say that I'm wiping this old account clean for new content. I'm of the mind to keep my past as my past without wiping it all away like I didn't grow up. Rather, I want to come back and utilize this account for more outreach to new folks and as an alternative should something happen to my other more active accounts (Twitter, Insta, TikTok, etc)
Plus, I still voice tumblr posts, so I might as well come back lol
If you need a brief relay of what I've done the past 4 years, I've directed and voiced in anime (Henkei Shoujo, Fire in His Fingertips, Akudama Drive, etc), produced a plethora of visual novels (Remember Remember, Valentine Panic, SEDUCE ME THE OTOME, etc) and began regularly streaming on Twitch as a VTuber.
Recently, I've written an erotica book titled Obedience, compiled Seduce Me into a Complete Story set for Steam and itchio, and have voiced in more projects such as Gunvolt and Sucker for Love!
Yeah. I'll probably spend this month slowly posting the backlog of updates and live events I've had through my life, but for now:

Here We Go Again
This screenshot was taken October 4, 2023, while browsing the “Seduce Me (Visual Novel)” fandom on AO3. I am ashamed that this post has been up without anyone attempting to find the original. Then again this fandom does not care for putting links or citing credit. So I should not be surprised. But I am making this post because I need some help.
What is throwing me for a loop is that I do not remember seeing this text before. I know ML usually means Michaela Laws. Michaela Laws is the game dev of Seduce Me The Otome. She can be found on Tumblr as vamichaelalaws, but the fandom does not care to update others or outsiders. I am the type of person to peek into content myself before obsessing over it. However, I am finding trouble finding the original pieces of the A03 post using search.
Maybe I am having trouble because Michaela Laws took it down, it is deep in the archive, or someone else wrote it. Although, as of right now, I have no proof of anything. Last year I got upset about FIVE being posted on AO3 anonymously without a link to @vamichaelalaws, Michaela Laws' active Tumblr. So I know better than to tackle an anon like this alone.
I don't care if my content is mocked for being stupid or shut out. I have other places I can be. However, I cannot forgive anyone who is willing to post a creator's work elsewhere. It is not fair for a creator to lose control of their work. This anon did not ask permission. Instead, they simply copied and pasted this fic onto AO3. I do not think others can understand my frustration, but I am begging for someone to help me.

I wanna make a quick statement about Yandere Simulator as someone that has made fanart of it before.
I will no longer support the development of Yandere Simulator, I stand with and believe victims. Yandere Dev is a sick man and I do not support him or his actions. I will no longer make Yandere simulator fanart in solidarity to victims.
It saddens me to see this happen, to see all the hard-work all the artists, voice actors and designers did go to waste, I commend everyone who was apart of the project that stepped away in solidarity and hope nothing but the best for them and their careers. I want to say that if you were someone like me that enjoyed the game and is now upset and saddened by the fact it will definitely never be completed, that’s okay. You’re not a bad person for mourning a game you enjoyed, however I hope that none of you continue to support or give money to Yandere Dev.
Please go support Michaela Laws (the voice actor of Ayano and Ryoba), she was truly the heart of this project. She had worked on this game for so long for only the developer to be outed as a total creep. Please if you can, check out her Youtube and other projects. As well as send some love to everyone else who stepped away, I’m sure it took a lot of courage, and please if you can and can handle it, take some time to listen to the victims and learn about their stories.
I’m working on more OC stuff and even some Valorant fan art and I hope to continue to move forward with my art passed my Yan Sim drawings.

It is with a heavy heart that i will be retiring my ship with Ossana from Yandere Simulator and taking Chouko, along with my other babs out of the fandom.
With the recent YandereDev Drama coming out, and being troubled by the Devs activities, im pulling out my collection of babies. The drama has been onky growing, and as much as i disliked the Dev, i did have hopes for a good game, i never want to discourage anyone from their passions, and i did enjoy the concept and i liked the designs and different Rivals, whilst i wasnt a huge fan on Ayano, or Taro, it worked for the concept of my own fan oc.
It's sad, and whilst i will finish up any unfinished art i have, please do not get it mistaken for me supporting the Dev. I just like to finish artwork.
But sadly this ship, along with my fan babys will nolonger be a part of this fanbase.
Of corse, im not retireing my ocs, just make them non fandom, i dont know what i was expecting, but i dont want to have anything to do with such a project

Hey!! So first to introduce! I'm Rayven and I am an absolute dork who fell down the rabbit hole of Seduce Me a few years ago and haven't been able to crawl back out it it since! It is a beautiful game and I love every single character so much!! I've got a fanfic dor the game in the work and I'm gonna try doing a playthrough of all things Seduce Me on YouTube as soon as I can. Really I just need a place I can scream about Seduce Me without any of my irl friend seeing it because I don't need that shame lol. Feel free to send me asks or just interact with me in anyway! I love this game and really want to make friends with others who love the game too!

What My Labels Mean to Me
Since it's that time of year, I've decided to make a post talking about exactly what my sexual and gender labels mean to me personally.
I'll be going in order of when I figured each out.
Bisexual: I'm attracted to people regardless of gender, but I don't consider myself pan since gender is still partially a factor for my attraction (if that makes sense). And I don't think omni fits since how I'm attracted to them isn't the same for all genders\sexes.
Demiromantic: This one I don't know how to explain well. I just know that I don't for romantic attractions\attachments unless I'm already close with someone. Maybe it's because I already know I get along with the person if we're already friends. I just know that platonic love has to be there first before romantic can even think to form.
Hell, this also kinda plays a part when I get crushes on fictional characters. They only form after I've been exposed to a lot of media of them (usually fan made) and I already liked them as a character to begin with.
Demigirl: Literally just figured out I'm this last year, though I'm still figuring it out as a whole.
I still align partially with my AGAB, just not completely. Best way I've thought of it is to imagine genders as flavors on a soda fountain, but girl\female was running low on syrup when my cup was filled. The flavor is still there, just not as strong as "normal".

By now we should all know about this in game item. Kinda hard to miss it since it's in soda machines all around the pizzaplex, there are the 4 cans we can pick up to boost stamina, and drinking massive ammounts of it is part of Sun's list of things he suggested he and Gregory to do together.
My brain, being the way that it is, has formed questions and ideas around this fictional beverage. I know it isn't that big in the grand scheme of things in universe, but the writer in me wants an excuse to add on to the mess that is fanon world building. (idk if that's an actual term, but it is now.)
Flavors-
In the game we only see four flavors of fizzy faz mentioned\shown in any of the messages and soda machines. Except for in the daycare. The daycare seems to have, at least, one of those freestyle soda fountains that let's you add extra flavor to a base soda flavor (mostly seen at fast food places from my personal experience).
Why bring up the machine in the daycare? Well that leads into my next point.
I like to think that there are actually more than 4 flavors of fizzy faz. Specifically I think there are three other flavors, plus a sugar free\diet variation of all the flavors. The three other flavors will be expanded on in their own headcanon, since they are character specific. (I'm sure y'all can guess who.)
Distribution-
Considering how much of a big deal the fazbear brand seems to be in universe, I wouldn't put it past the company to sell the soda outside of the pizzaplex. It just makes sense to me. You can basically find it at almost any store that sells soda. You can't get it out of a fountain anywhere besides the plex, but you can sure as hell stock up on cans and bottles.
There isn't much of a difference between the can you got at the gas station and the ones at the pizzaplex, mainly that the ones sold at regular stores are a bit dulled down in flavor. It's not even that noticable, but subconciously you can tell.
Marketing-
Besides the obvious of the characters doing ads for their flavors, there is one main marketing thing they do with fizzy faz sold outside of the pizzaplex. Some of the bottles have a "lucky cap" which will have a code that could mean free or discounted admission to the plex. Cans of it have a similar things, sometimes the boxes of 12 packs will have a code like the lucky caps printed on the inside.

These are the three other fizzy faz flavors I mentioned in the previous headcanon. If you hadn't guessed before, these will be flavors themed for Sun, Moon, and DJ Music Man. I came up with these because I wanted them for my AU, though anyone can use them for their AUs if they want to.
Flavors:
Sun- Strawberry Pineapple
Moon- Blue Raspberry
DJMM- Cotton Candy
Bonus Flavors (mostly because I know several AUs have at least one of these two as part of them):
Foxy- Rootbeer
Bonnie- Cherry Cola
Triva:
-I had several ideas for Sun's, and it was hard to settle on what flavor to make his.
-Moon's was originally gonna be called Blue Moon Raspberry, but then I remembered none of the others have special flavor names like that.
-Sun's was also gonna have a special name, when I wanted to make it a citrus punch type of flavor (Sunny Citrus).
-Bonnie's is cherry cola because the diner in Bonnie Bowl gives me 50s diner vibes, and 50s diners make me think of cherry cola for some reason.
-Yes, DJMM's is cotton candy because of his color scheme.
-Foxy got rootbeer because I figured it'd be a kinda funny joke with him being a pirate and all (plus it's nearly 1:30 AM at the time of writing this, and I can't be bothered to come up with something better).
I also have a fizzy faz flavor in mind for my animatronic fan oc, but I'm saving that for her bio. Though that does give me an idea. If any of you have an animatronic fan oc, what would their fizzy faz flavor be?

My #1 post of 2022
You know the posters in the game that advertise the sun drop and moon drop candies? Well I've seen multiple people talking about Sun and Moon being able to dispense them. Though I haven't seen people talking about how they dispense the candies. Naturally that got me thinking, which lead me to think about other things that could be related to this.
Basically, the candies come out of a hatch in the palms of their hands. Specifically sun drops come out of the left hand and moon drops come out of the right hand.
Now, factoring in the idea that they can only give out the candy that corresponds with their theming (meaning Sun is only able to give out sun drops and Moon is only able to give out moon drops), we can talk about which hand is their dominant hand(s). I'd like to note that I think their body as a whole is ambidextrous, but as individuals they ended up favoring one hand over the other while going about their day to day lives. They just both ended up favoring the hand that their candy comes out of. So, Moon is right handed and Sun is left handed. It was kinda a subconscious thing for both of them, but it worked out for the best.
If they were to ever get their own separate bodies then they'd be able to dispense their candy from both hands, but would have the same dominant hand that they had when they were just one robot.
(Also, this is just something I thought was cute, but sun will sometimes dispense a candy while holding someone's hand. It's a nice little surprise he likes to do for people for many reasons.)

So like. I enjoy an otome game every once in a while. Seduce Me is my go to for nostalgic reasons and today I Am Ranting About It. Spoilers for Seduce Me 2: The Demon War.
The concept of otome games having a canonical route is something I don’t particularly like. I get it when it’s a series and you need to pick a world-state for the sequels, but for the most part there’s ways around that and canon routes usually just amount to “which character is the writer’s favourite” and result in one route being better written than the others. And since it’s better written, people who play those games are drawn to that route and the writer (if they’re shitty) feels smug about their favourite being validated by the fanbase. ANYWAY.
The actual point of this rant is Diana. In the first game, her ‘route’ is very short, without any real reciprocity of romantic feelings from Diana herself. Because, for story reasons, she’s introduced later in the game, I totally get her route being shorter/not going as far as the other routes. Doesn’t mean I’m not disappointed, but I get it. My real issue comes in the second game.
In Seduce Me: The Demon War, the other 2 wlw routes are cut because it fully takes place in the demon realm. Sure. Alright. I miss Naomi and Suzu, but I get it. They’re human, this takes place in the Abyssal Plain, sure. But Diana’s route is still incredibly short when compared to the other routes. It’s pretty well done and has the option of a cute poly ending, so okay.
I always had a problem with Diana dying in Sam’s route. I get that it’s because he’s the ‘canon route’ and Michaela wanted the player to have the option of him becoming the king of the Abyssal Plain. Diana had been working towards the goal of becoming queen for over 10 years, and that amount of drive and history is hard to write around. If she stepped aside it would feel out of character, or at the very least it would devalue her whole character arc over both games.
I do think there was a better way to handle it, and the end she got as written does upset me, but for the ending of Sam’s route she was going for, I get it. But last night I found Michaela’s tik tok.
In one of her more recent posts on there, she has one that reads like she’s making fun of the fans for getting attached to Diana only for her to die in canon. I have no clue if it’s meant to come off as mocking or belittling, but it reads like it. It starts with a shot of her vibing to some music with the text “Seduce Me fan, falling in love or appreciating Diana in Seduce Me 2: The Demon War” then switches to her in another angle, rubbing her chin like a villain in an old school disney movie with the text “Me, coming to push her off a tower to her canonical death” and a kissy emoji. There’s another shot of the fan looking shocked with “F” above their head. If tik tok had a desktop version I’d just link it but they don’t. Her tik tok username is @ vamichaelalaws and it’s the 7th video down as of writing this.
I’m not super articulate, so bear with me here. As a lesbian, it upsets me that one of the only wlw options in the series, and the ONLY wlw option in the second game, is killed off so suddenly at the end of the canon route. Besides that, I don’t think she actually dies? I’d have to replay the route to double check and I honestly don’t have that in me right now, but I believe the dead sea she falls into with Saero at the base of the tower keeps its victims floating in an endless... nightmare realm? Limbo? The point is I don’t think she can’t be pulled out, but she’s not actually dead, just floating endlessly through... something.
I’ve lost the plot of this rant. It bothered me before when I was doing Sam’s route, but I understood it from a narrative standpoint. But seeing Michaela apparently gloating about it on tik tok rubbed me the wrong way and magnified how upset I was by my favourite romance option/character being ‘killed’ off like that.
I have a lot of respect for Michaela. The Seduce Me games are a lot of fun, and overall really well put-together. Please don’t think I hate her or the games or something. It’s just something that upset me, and I wanted to get it off my chest.
Maybe she wasn’t gloating in that tik tok. But it sure seemed like it.
