Stray Kids Getting Protective/Jealous over another guy

a/n: requested by one of my anon besties. thank you for waiting, I hope you like it!

Chan

As the two of you walked around the food truck festival, Chris held your hand so that you wouldn’t be separated from him. There were a lot of people around and he knew that you could handle yourself, but he still wanted to avoid having you placed in any negative situation if he could help. You had found a truck that sold different types of corn on the cob and circled back to it. Chris stopped to tie his shoe while you went on a head to stand in line. When Chris finished tying his shoe he hurried over to the truck and saw that you were not there. He looked around and saw that you were talking to a group of guys who looked ready to fight.

He hurried over, his body tense and on one hundred in case he needed to protect you. Chris noticed that there was a small child hiding behind one of the guy’s legs. “What’s going on? Are you okay?” Chris asked as he placed his hand on your lower back. The men all looked at Chris and you nodded your head.

“I”m good, babe. This little one was lost, and I helped her find her family.”

They men all nodded in agreement and the tightness in Chris’ body loosened. He smiled and kissed your temple, “That was very kind of you…is she okay?” Chris asked as he smiled down at the little girl.

Minho

A quick in and out of the pet store, that all it was supposed to be. Minho was running low on cat food and you tagged along just to get out of the house. You got distracted by the cat toys (like always) and Minho said that he would be right back with the cat food. When he returned, you were not where he left you. He searched around and saw that you were looking at the kittens for sale. Before Minho could call your name, a guy walked up to you and asked if you liked cats. You told him that you had three, but they weren’t babies anymore.

The guy pulled out his phone to show you pictures of his own cats and Minho was a little annoyed that you so happily started talking to some stranger when he was for sure lying about cats. That much was made clear when you jumped back away from the guy after seeing a picture that was definitely not a cat. Minho had had enough, and he walked over.

“I would leave if I was you. That camera in the corner has a perfect shot of your face and whatever was on your phone.” Minho glared at the guy as he stood next to you and placed his hand in yours.

The guy rushed out of the store and when the two of you went to pay, Minho made sure to inform the store employee of what had happened. The two of you had to file a report but Minho would file a thousand reports if it meant that you wouldn’t have to ever see that creep again.

Changbin

He watched from his seat tucked away in a booth as guy after guy came up to you at the bar. You turned them all down, but this last guy wouldn’t leave you alone. Changbin rolled his eyes as the man made a big show of looking at his Rolex that was clearly fake. Having had enough, Changbin stood up and moved his way through the crowd over to the bar.

He came up beside you and interjected himself into the one sided conversation.

“Excuse me, would you like to dance? I can’t imagine this guy is any good at entertainment with how bored you look.”

You muffled your laugh behind your almost empty drink and nodded your head. You didn’t even bother to say anything to the man who was looking at Changbin in shock. Changbin winked at the man and grabbed your hand before he pulled you out onto the dance floor.

Han

When an unknown car pulled up in front of the cafe’, Jisung thought nothing of it. It wasn’t until the guy driving jumped out and jogged around to open the passenger seat that Jisung really paid attention. He thought it was really sweet and thoughtful that the man still went out of his way for whoever was in the car. The door opened and he saw a flash of a familiar coat that made him choke on his drink. He froze when he saw you get out of the car and wrap the man up tightly in a hug goodbye. You allowed for the man to squeeze you for far too long and Jisung wasn’t feeling the best anymore.

He couldn’t stop the anger and jealousy from clouding his mind. Just who did that guy think he was? Hugging you like that? If he didn’t have an image to uphold, Jisung would have been out front of the cafe demanding answers. However, he chose to wait and see what the relationship was between you and the other man. You pulled away from the guy and waved before you headed inside of the cafe. The man locked eyes with Jisung and gave him a two finger salute before he jumped back into the car and pulled off.

You found Jisung and saw the pout on his face. When you asked him what was wrong he clicked his tongue. “Who gave you a ride?”

“Huh?” You were taken back by the way Jisung’s voice shook, but answered his question anyway. “My cousin…I told you last night I was meeting with him this morning.”

Jisung felt stupid. He vaguely remembered you saying something about meeting up with someone named Em and stupidly he had assumed that it was a female.

“I thought Em was a girl.”

You laughed and shook your head. “Em is short for Emmett.”

Jisung’s cheeks heated up and he took a sip of his drink, “Oh..”

Felix

He was at the store with you to grab a few ingredients for a new recipe he wanted to try. The store was pretty crowded for a weekday but they were having a sale on the whole line of your favorite snacks, so Felix told you to grab a few without him. Some time had passed, and he went looking for you, only to find that some creep was trying to cope a feel in the madness.

“Hey!” Felix called out and the guy jumped back away from you when a few people looked back at his voice.

You smiled at Felix and when you saw the anger in his eyes you were confused.

“You wanna try that shit again you fucking pervert!?” Felix was seeing red as he glared at the man beside you. By now more than a few people had turned around to see what was going on and Felix kept going as the man tried to look around.

“I’m talking to you mate!” Felix stormed over and pulled you to his side. “You tried to touch them!”

People were whispering and the guy hurried off when someone suggested calling the cops. You hugged Felix tightly and snuggled into his chest.

“What would I do without you?”

Hyunjin

The two of you went to an art class together, it was a couple’s class that was supposed to make you appreciate your partner more. Hyunjin loved you and he appreciated you all the more, but he wanted to show you in a new way. Honestly, he wished he would have read the fine print on what the class was about. He thought he would be painting you but instead he was forced to watch some fucking creep paint you.

He knew that everyone here was supposed to be in a relationship, but he could tell right away that the one couple was faking it. Hyunjin watched as the man stood from his easel and walked around it to get closer to you. Hyunjin couldn’t see what the man said but the way your body tensed he knew he had to step in. He politely excused himself from the young woman in front of him, pushed hair from his face and walked over to your side. He wrapped his arm around your shoulders and glared at the guy.

“I’m sure your partner wouldn’t be comfortable with how you are hitting on another person,” Hyunjin stated loudly to gain a few eyes. “I know I’m not.” Hyunjin looked down at you and lightly gripped your chin between his thumb and index finger. “Are you babe?”

You shook your head and leaned into Hyunjin’s side, “No, I’m not.”

Seungmin

It wasn’t like him to get jealous. He trusted you and he knew that you didn’t have eyes for anyone else. However, that didn’t stop Seungmin from clenching his jaw when he walked into your workplace with lunch in his hands only to see some guy sitting on the edge of the counter you were behind. Seungmin watched as the man made up some excuse to try and touch you and when you stepped out of the guy’s reach, Seungmin made his presence known. He cleared his throat and called your name which made the guy step away from you slightly.

You saw Seungmin and ran over to him, throwing your arm around his chest while he hugged you back, his hands wrapped around your waist while he raised an eyebrow at the guy staring. He smirked as he kissed your temple and laced your hands together, “Come on, let’s have lunch.”

He should have known better than to leave you at the gym alone. He was only gone for a moment to refill your water bottle and when he came back to the dumb bells there was some guy standing in your space. You looked more than uncomfortable to say the least and the guy didn’t seem to care. Jeongin tightened his hold on the water bottles and walked right past the guy with his arm outstretched.

“Here, babe,” He smiled at you and kissed your cheek before he pretended to notice the guy behind him that was glaring. “Oh? Did you make a lil friend while I was away?”

You laughed at the way Jeongin called the man lil, it was a habit of yours that he picked up to insult people. The guy looked ready to swing and Jeongin clicked his tongue, “You’re in the way…”

64) Dulatowie, dulattar; dulat; Дулаты, дулаттар; дулат - duże stowarzyszenie plemienne, największa grupa w obrębie Senior Zhuz narodu kazachskiego. Dulatowie, jako część Kazachów, są częścią Uysunów, jako część Kirgizów, jako część plemienia Sayak, jako część Uzbeków, jako część grupy etnograficznej Kuraminów. Dulatowie mieszkali wzdłuż brzegów Ili, aż do Chu i Talas oraz w środkowym biegu Syr-darii. V. V. Bartold znalazł podobieństwo między nimi a Mogholistan Duglats. Według szacunków Bayana Rakiszewa z 2016 roku w Kazachstanie przebywało wówczas 1309 tys. dulatów. Według spisu rolnego z lat 1906-1912. Dulatów było 334 tys., m.in. w Taraz – 60,8% ludności Kazachstanu, w Szymkencie – 32,8%, w Biszkeku – 93,7% ludności Kazachstanu.

Uran (okrzyk przodków (bojowy)) - „Baktiyar”. Tamga (symbol przodków) - „Domalak”. Etymologia słowa „Domalak” to totem Słońca (Kun belgisi). Domalak ana – kun domalak; Nurila – kun nury; Sary Baybishe – kun sary; Zharykshak – kun zharyk; - Nur ul lub Nuryn („Nirun” według Rashida ad-Dina) – kunnen taragan.

Kwestia etniczności Dulatów była wielokrotnie przedmiotem sporów wielu badaczy – niektórzy uważali ich za tubylców mongolskich stepów i potomków plemienia Duglat, o czym wspomina Rashid ad-Din (V. V. Bartold, Ch. Ch. Valikhanov) lub plemię Baryń, inni – Turcy (N. A. Aristov, S. Amanzholov, V. V. Vostrov, M. S. Mukanov). Według teorii tureckiej, podstawę etniczną Dulatów stanowiły plemiona zachodnio-tureckiego Khaganatu (VI w.), znane w źródłach pisanych jako „Dulu” (pięć plemion Dulu i pięć plemion Nushibi) - mieszkańcy Semirecze. Co więcej, przez pięć wieków (700-1200) w znanych dziełach nie pojawiały się wzmianki o dulu. W Chagatai Ulus (1224-1348) Duglaci założyli własne państwo Manglai-Sube. Dulatowie są jednym z klanów należących do dużego stowarzyszenia plemiennego Uysun. Charakterystyczną haplogrupą dla Uysunów i Dulatów jest C2-M217. Genetycznie Uysunowie z ludów Azji Środkowej są najbliżsi Bayatom żyjącym w aimagu Uvs w północno-zachodniej Mongolii. Haplogrupa C3-gromada gwiazd (obecnie oznaczona jako C2*-M217), według Zh. M. Sabitova, odzwierciedla wkład genetyczny Nirun-Mongołów, potomków Bodonchara (przodka Duglatów i innych klanów mongolskich). W tym samym czasie Sabitow połączył Dulatów Kazachstanu i resztę Uysunów z plemieniem Nirun-mongolskim Baryn. W 2019 r. rozpoczęto projekt non-profit mający na celu klasyfikację rodziny Dulat. Serwis ma charakter bezpłatnej, moderowanej encyklopedii. Plemię Dulat dzieli się na 4 klany, które z czasem zaczęto dzielić na mniejsze klany (alfabetycznie):

Istnieje wersja utożsamiania Dulatów u Kazachów z Duglatami z Mogolistanu. Pogląd ten popierał akademik V. V. Bartold oraz inni historycy. Według wielu innych badaczy Dulatowie i Duglaci z Mogolistanu mają tylko podobne etnonimy. Według tej wersji Dulatowie mają to samo pochodzenie, co pozostałe klany stowarzyszenia Uysun i nie są bezpośrednio spokrewnieni ze średniowiecznymi Duglatami. Najbardziej szczegółowych informacji na temat historii plemienia Dughlat dostarcza historyk Mirza Muhammad Haydar Dughlat. Według jego zeznań Dughlatowie byli „jednym z głównych i potężnych plemion Mogulistanu”. W okresie upadku ulus Chagatai, szlachta Duglat podjęła decyzję o utworzeniu niezależnego państwa na terytoriach sąsiadujących z Kaszgarem i Yarkendem. Ponieważ we wszystkich państwach mongolskich, zgodnie z tradycją, najwyższym władcą mógł być tylko Czyngisyd, Amir Puladchi (Bulaji), przywódca plemienia Dughlat, wystąpił z zamiarem utworzenia niezależnego od Chagatai ulus państwa Mogulistan, z pomoc protegowanego - chana z Czyngisydów. Czyngizid, którego wybrali Duglaci, okazał się 18-letnim Togluk-Timur-oglan. Tym samym Czyngisydzi stali się początkowo instrumentem politycznym w rękach Dughlatów. Od tego momentu głowa plemienia Dughlat zajmowała stanowisko ulusbega – „władcy ulus” – pod rządami chana Mogulistanu, który zajmował się faktycznym zarządzaniem sprawami państwa. Sam historyk Muhammad Haydar Dughlat był kuzynem Padishaha Babura, a także sułtana Saida Khana, który w 1514 roku podbił ziemie przodków Dughlatów z Manglai-Sube i założył na ich terytorium niezależny Chanat Mogulia. Po śmierci sułtana Saida Khana jego następca Abd ar-Rashid Khan I (1533-1559) położył kres władzy Dughlatów w chanacie i dokonał egzekucji ostatniego ulusbega - Sayyida Muhammada Mirzy, wuja historyka Muhammada Haydara.

W Taszkencie mieszkał jeden z wpływowych bijów narodu kazachskiego, Tole bi Alibekuly (dulat, gałąź zhanys - zhantu), który faktycznie dowodził Starszym Zhuzem. 10 wiorst od Taszkentu wzdłuż drogi Chimkent, w rejonie Karakamys, w 1725 roku włóczęga imieniem Sabalak, późniejszy słynny Ablai Khan, pasł wielbłądy Tole Bi. W notatkach majora Peremyshelsky'ego z 1853 roku opisano miejsce przyszłej osady (Alma-Ata), położone na ziemiach plemienia Dulat:

"W latach pięćdziesiątych XVII wieku Dulatowie wyemigrowali na zachód, a w latach 1690–1790 mieszkali w dystrykcie Taszkent. Dulatowie rządzili i byli właścicielami Taszkentu. W źródłach rosyjskich informacje o plemieniu Dulat pojawiają się już w XVIII wieku. Tak więc w opisie składu plemiennego Kazachów, opracowanym przez M. Tevkeleva w 1778 r., mówi się, że Senior Zhuz składa się z 10 plemion, a wśród nich jest wszystkie pięć głównych klanów Dulatów: Botpay, Shymyr, Sikym, Zhanys, Bogezhil".

Sirgeli jest zaprzysiężonym bratem Dulata, przodka plemienia Dulat.

Cook Healthy & Delicious Punjabi Recipe "Pindi Chole" at Home with Saloni Mustard Oil.

Saloni Mustard Oil #SehatBhiSwadBhi Jo Banta Hai Apni Hi Factory Mein.

Method:-

1. For Cooking Delicious "Pindi Chole" Recipe at Home, First make a small potli by tying the Badi Elaichi, Dal Chini, Tea Powder in 2"x 2" pieces of muslin cloth.

2. Combine the Kabuli Chana, chana dal, potli, baking soda, salt and 21/2 cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cooked for 3 whistles.

3. Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the jeera, green chillies, ginger, and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

4. Add the onion & garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 5 minutes.

5. Add the Tomato pulp, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes. while stirring occasionally.

6. Add the Coriander Powder, garam masala, chilli powder, chole Masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 min, while stirring occasionally.

7. Add the kabuli chana with the water & salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.

8. Add the coriander and mix well.

9. Serve the "Pindi Chole" Hot.

ok so here's what happened. well i've been taking a lot of baths and listening to a lot of leonard cohen. also i've been listening to my éponine and my grantaire playlists A Lot and it shows.

song number 5 is the first song on my playlist that my mom likes to listen to, and my account is logged in on her tv so im assuming this is what happened here. either that or i've been back home more than i recall.

as for the artists – im a bit confused since i dont even know tapir! but i guess spotify did the thing where it gets obsessed with one artist and plays all their songs for you when you let it decide. also i had a momentary freakout and listened to one of the boys twice in a row, so i guess that's how katy perry ended up in there.

anyway. i wouldn't say this is representative of my usual spotify habits but it's been a weird month

Dara doesn't know her bio family. The Jedi Order is all she's ever known. Discounting any romantic entanglements, Dara is closest to her Master Padpa Gaea and her padawans Aruarush (Aru and Rush) Chana and Lami Aulo. (Aru, Rush and Padpa belong to @penguinkiwi). She's also close to Cin Drallig. (He also belongs to Kiwi).

If Dara leaves the Order - what family?

Kit Fisto is her childhood best friend. While she might hesitate to call him family, he's certainly her home, in the Temple or out of it.

💐- Where is this oc's favorite place to relax?

If she's on her own, on the sofa under her favourite blanket. If she's with someone she loves, superglued to their side with her tresses being stroked.

🌲- What is this oc's greatest strength and weakness?

Hmmmm difficult question but... her low self worth is possibly her greatest weakness. She questions herself on a deep level; her value to others, whether she is a good person, what affects her actions have. She will give and give and give until there is nothing of herself left, always putting the wellbeing of others before her own. She has a lot of hyperempathic traits.

In a way, her hyperempathy is also her greatest strength. She is full of heart; there is so much love in her, she just wants people to give it to. She's very sympathetic and finds it easy to put herself in other people's shoes.

Her other greatest weakness is that her tresses are too long and she dislikes tying them back, and they get in the way a lot. She is more of a danger to herself than others with a lightsaber.

🌵- How does this oc feel about physical affection?

Loves it. Giving it, receiving it, she adores it. If she is sitting next to a loved one she will have some point of her body in contact with theirs at all times, even if it's just her big toe. She is the mom that gives the embarrassing spine cracking cuddles, the cheek pinches and the forehead kisses.

Stroking her tresses is actually the highest form of affection and intimacy and she would like more please.

This universe followed its course and eventually led up to its own apocalypse, lead by the four core archangels fighting for their beliefs: God, Free will, Self preservation. And yet each and all of the archangels fell in their fight, leaving nothing but a wrecked earth with a humanity plagued with the horrors of the supernatural, but more specifically: demons.

Since most of heaven’s angels died during the archangels’ wars, once the fighting was over and there was only a handful of them, Naomi, the one with the higher rank in the garrison, decided to take charge of the situation and lock heaven up so they can keep the lights on, and that was the demons’ chance to take over the remaining humanity and their forsaken earth.

At some point, their prayers were heard, and as Chuck visited this universe He showed mercy, for there was always a spark of a new beginning amongst the ashes: He ascended Naomi’s rank to archangel, tying her to His own core and thus, giving her the ability to not only keep heaven’s light on, but also gave her a new garrison: a few new seraphim that would help her regain control on earth, and some of them with abilities to restore the earth: Davian, a healer for her injured garrison, one that would restore nature on earth on due time; Chana, a Scribe to narrate everything that happens in this universe, to learn and redact all the information for His eyes on His return; A couple twins: Khiraa & Hezekiah, Fire to cleanse the rot on earth & a new beginning, Ice to purify & solidify the world... And once this heaven was good again, He parted.

Situations happened, and now, after many months, His firstborn was sent to this universe to rule it in His behalf. An archangel that when the moment he stepped on the place, its surroundings accomodated to its ruler’s desired aesthetic. Heaven always modify itself for its ruler, and, after Naomi’s authority was done, the pristine office-looking area shifted and turned into something entirely different... A home.

Now it was up to Mastema to view over this universe and make sure it goes back to its old glory, all in the name of his their Father, of course...

60) Uysun, Уйсун, үйсін - największe ugrupowanie plemienne Kazachów, które stanowi większość Senior Yuz, a także duże plemię Nogaitów, Uzbeków i innych ludów tureckich. Obszar osadniczy kazachskiego Uysuns zajmuje terytorium regionów Ałmaty, Zhambyl i Południowego Kazachstanu, częściowo w regionach Bokeyord, Zhanibek w regionie zachodniego Kazachstanu, a także terytoria kazachskie w regionie Taszkient w Uzbekistanie i południowo-zachodnim część Ili-Kazachskiego Okręgu Autonomicznego w chińskim Xinjiangu, gdzie żyją przedstawiciele plemion albańskich i suańskich z Uysin. Według obliczeń N. MI. Masanova, w drugiej połowie XIX wieku liczba Ujsunowa wynosiła 515–545 tys. osób (16,9% ogółu Kazachów. Według M. T. Tynyshpaeva, na początku XX wieku ich liczba osiągnęła 850 tys. Według A. Temirgaliewej, w latach 1911-1913 ich liczba wynosiła 699 850 osób (15,5% ogółu Kazachów). Według B. R. Rakiszewy, obecna liczba Uysunów wynosi 2 753 700 osób.

Istnieją dwie główne wersje ich pochodzenia. Pierwsza wersja z XIX wieku wysunięta przez rosyjskiego historyka orientalisty V. V. Grigoriewa, w którym utożsamił Uysunów z ludem Usun, który przybył na terytorium współczesnego Kazachstanu ze stepów Azji Wschodniej w II wieku pne. Drugą wersję zaproponował wybitny kazachski naukowiec XIX wieku. Ch. Ch. Valikhanov. Przybycie Uysunów na teren Kazachstanu powiązał z ekspansją mongolską w XIII wieku i ich pochodzeniem z mongolskim plemieniem Ushin (Khushin). B. B. Irmukhanov widział w Uysunach potomków darlekinsko-mongolskiego plemienia Ushin. Zh. M. Sabitov popiera nirunsko-mongolskie pochodzenie Uysunów. Oznacza to, że Czyngis-chan eksterminował plemię Jhurkin, ale przywieźli mu stamtąd dwoje dzieci, Borogul i Baiku (Maiki-Biy). Zabroniono im nazywania się Jurkins, ale zgodnie z miejscem zamieszkania (Ushin-ji) otrzymali nowe plemię zwane Ushin. Potomkowie Borohula Ushina stali się mongolskimi Ushinami, Baiku Noyon został przydzielony do kampanii zachodniej, a jego potomkowie stali się klanem Uishins Złotej Ordy, skąd pochodzą kazachscy Uysunowie. Potwierdzają to także informacje Rashida ad-Dina, Mayky-biy był sojusznikiem Czyngis-chana, dlatego został przydzielony synowi Jochi jako jeden z beków karachi, aby pomóc w zarządzaniu ulusem (terytorium i ludźmi). Według shezhiry ojcem Maiki-biy był Uysun. Jak wierzył M.-Kh. Sulejmanow, Uysuna należy utożsamiać ze starszym Usunem z plemienia Baarin, krewnym Czyngis-chana i jednym z jego głównych doradców. Podobną opinię podzielają także Zh. M. Sabitov i N. B. Baimukhanov. Etnonim Uysun jest zapisany w strukturach plemiennych Nogajów, Uzbeków, Tatarów krymskich, Tatarów litewskich, Mongołów Khalkha (w postaci uszu) i Hazarów. Baszkirscy Tabynowie uważają się za potomków Uisina Maiki.

Charakterystyczną haplogrupą dla Uysunów jest C2-M217. Ponadto klany Suan, Alban, Saryuysun, Shapyrashty charakteryzują się nagromadzeniem jedynie wariantu C2*-M217 (xM48, xM407). Natomiast dla klanów Oshakta, Sirgeli i Ysty znaleziono także marker C2b1a2-M48. Genetycznie najbliżsi kazachskim Uysunom są kazachscy Kereys, Konyrat i Alshins (Baiuls, Alimuls). Z pozostałych ludów Azji Środkowej najbliższe jest kirgiskie stowarzyszenie plemienne Monoldor i Bayat, zamieszkujące obszar Aimag Uvs w północno-zachodniej Mongolii. Kazachscy Uysunowie Starszego Zhuza składają się z następujących klanów: Saryuysyn, Shaprashty, Oshakty, Ysty, Dulat, Alban, Suan. W niektórych źródłach Shakshas i Sirgels są klasyfikowane jako Uysuns. Ponadto na zachodzie Kazachstanu żyją Uysin-Nogai z Ordy Bukeev, którzy są częścią związku plemiennego Nogai-Kozaków Młodszego Żuza. Zdaniem Szezhiry, Abak-Kereyowie wracają linią męską do Uysunów.

Istnieje kilka wersji Uysun shezhire:

Ch. Ch. Valikhanov: Tobey miał syna Uysuna, który miał 4 synów: Koelder, Mekren, Maiki, Kogam. Od Koelder pochodzi Katagan, od Mekren – Jalair, od Kogam – Kanly, od Maiki – Abacus. Z Abaka pochodzą: Ysty, Baidibek, Shaprashty, Oshakty. Synami Baidibka byli Sary Uysun i Jarshak, od których wywodzili się Dulat, Alban i Suan

G. N. Potanin: Uysun miał dwóch synów – Abaka i Taraka. Z Taraka przybyli Zhalairowie, z Abaka - Dulat, Alban, Suan (według innych źródeł dodano Sary Uysun), z Tokal (druga żona) - Shapyrashty, Oshakty, Ysty, Syrgely, a Kanly i Shanyshkyly są obcymi (kirme).

Według shezhiry z ośrodka badawczego Alash: synami Tobeya byli: Maiki, Kogam, Koyildar, Mekrail. Synami Maiki byli: Baktiyar, Kanly, Kyrykzhuz, Mynzhuz. Synami Baktiyara byli Uysun i Srgely, synami Uysuna byli Aksakal (Abak), Zhansakal (Tarak). Synem Taraka był Zhalaiyr, synem Aksakala był Karashabi. Synami Karaszbija byli Baidibek i Baidolla. Synem Baidullaha był Shaksham. Synami Baidibka byli Sary Uysun, Zhalmambet, Zharykshak. Synami Zhalmambeta byli: Szapyraszty, Ysty, Oszakty, synami Żarykszaka: Alban, Suan, Dulat.

Według shezhira Z. Sadibekowa: Maika miał syna Bakhtiyara, miał dwóch synów - Oysyla i Uysila. Oysyl miał trzech synów: Zhalmambeta (ojca Oszakty), Zharymbeta (ojca Szapyraszty), Zharasa (ojca Ysty'ego). Uysil ma syna Abaka (Aksakal), który ma syna Karashbi. Ma synów Baidibka i Baiduyla. Baiduyl ma syna Shakshama, Baidibek ma syna Sarę Uysun (od Baibishe - najstarsza żona) i Zharykshak (od Domalak ana). Zharykshak ma synów Albana, Suana, Dulata.

as a teenager and maybe a little further

She realised her father didnt love her as much he did her sister the day she turned 13.

It always been about Noelle, she mused, watching him hug her older twin sister. Noelle, the straight A student. Noelle, the absolute sweetheart. Noelle, his perfect daughter.

Wasn't that funny, she thought, that depite marrying a creative woman named Aspen and having a creative daughter, he adored the logical one of his children.

Chana knew Sebastian loved Aspen, it would be impossible to say otherwise, but she didn't think he loved her as much.

In fact, she knew he didn't.

Chana started wearing brown contacts the day after she turned 14.

She was the only one with black hair and blue eyes like her father and she hated it.

Sebastian hated it but who cared what he thought. It wasn't coming out of his money.

Maven had taken one look and accepted it. But that was Maven for you.

Maven and she bought a box of hair dye and sequestered themselves in Maven’s bathroom.

They didn't come out until every lock on her head was a dark blue colour.

Oh, how the air went thick with anger when her parents saw it. Chana was grounded but she didn't care. She just laughed.

That was her first open act of teenage rebellion.

It only got worst from there.

“Why did I let you talk me into this?”

Chana looked at her sister out of the corner of her eye for a moment before tossing her head back with a laugh. “If I recall correctly, my nerdy sister dear, you wanted to prove that you weren't a scaredy cat.”

“Only because you provoked me,” then, after a few moments, “and don’t call me a nerd!” was added.

“Isn't that what you are, though?” Maven chipped in with her two cents.

“Screw you.”

“You couldn't land me even if you tried, darling,” Maven retorted with a toss of her head, pointedly ignoring her best friend’s hysterical laughter.

“She’d have to be Cassandra Goth to do that,” Chana managed to get out through her laughter.

“Chana, I have something to tell you.”

“What is it, mom?” the girl finished tying her newly purple hair into pigtails and faced her mother.

“Well, you know how your father and I were talking about having another child a few months ago?”

“Yeah...” Chana thought she knew where this was going.

“I’m pregnant,” Aspen said, patting her stomach meaningfully with a smile on her face.

“Congratulations, mom!” Chana got up from the bar stool and hugged her.

“Thank you, dear.”

“I dont think dad likes me that much, “ Vera, her sweet little sister revealed to her one night when they were both down in the basement.

“I think he feels the same about me to be honest, kiddo,” Chana rested her head on the palm of her hand.

“I mean, I love him. But...”

“Yeah, I feel you.”

Now, despite her attitude most of the time, Chana didn't hate her sister. Not that much at least.

That changed when she saw Noelle making out with her girlfriend.

What followed were two fights in quick succession, a telling off from her father and a break up with her girlfriend.

“We’re adults now,” Maven said, as if she couldn't quite believe it.

“And you’re dating Jace Bell. That’s something I would never have thought possible.”

“Don’t remind me...”

“Hey, Chana?”

The girl turned around in her swivel chair to face her now teenaged little sister. “Yeah, kiddo?”

“Can I tell you something?” Vera asked, walking in and perching on the edge of the bed.

“Shoot.”

“Okay, so you know how I had a crush on Lucas when I was a kid and he returned it and we were best friends but we also hugged a lot more than normal best friends? Well...he asked me over to his house and I didn't expect anything but then he asked me to be his girlfriend.”

“What did you say?”

“I...I said yes,” Vera admitted.

“Good for you, kiddo! I hope your love life is more stable than mine.”

Chana sighed, looking around at the many cardboard boxes that filled the apartment.

It wasn't that big but it was hers. Hers to decorate, hers to live in.

She sank to the floor and smiled.

Things were looking up.
