Claw Clip Hairstyles Masterpost

Remember that claw clip hairstyle that came with the laundry day stuff pack? Yeah, I fell into a little claw clip hair rabbit hole and ended up finding many similar ones because I needed some low effort hairstyles for the next generation of my legacy. hi everyone! If you've been following me for a bit, then you might know the reason why I even made this blog was to share a masterpost I had put together compiling all the genshin cc I could find at the time. Then made an updated version since the older one didn't save my newer updates and became outdated quickly...

so, why a third version? unfortunately, now Tumblr has a limit to the amount of links a post can have. heh. but I wasn't going to give up on making masterlists, maybe if it were just for nostalgia's sake, so I remade it as a google doc instead!

Ultimate Decades Challenge Masterpost

Hello everyone who's interested!

I started the ultimate decades challenge in august 2023 and this is my way to share the stories of my sims and their families. Sadly I lost my savefile in December but I wanted to start over for some time. It took me a while to get all my mods back together, sorry for the long wait!

If you're interested, please read the rules in this document

Just a qick note on the rules of the challenge. After every completed life stage, you have to roll a d20 to see if your sims survives to the next stage. It seems the d20 hates my guts, so my current family is living in misery. Take this as a trigger warning, there are a LOT of deaths in this playthrough! I'm trying to integrate them into my storytelling.

Also please remember that this is a game and so it's not historically accurate. I try my best to integrate real history, but sometimes it just falls short.

Down below you will find a few notes on what rules I changed to fit my playstyle as well as my current households (I will try to update them according to the posts). If you're interested in trying this youself I would love to follow you, because I really enjoy reading about the stories other players create with this challenge. If you want to follow my story, please use the archive to navigate the different decades.

I play most of the rules exactly as they're set with a few exceptions:

The sidehouseholds are also not allowed to "Try for baby". I use the same pregnancy percentage for them, too, but since generation 3 I changed the way the "baby tries" work since I rolled some really low numbers. Each conceived child now counts as a "try".

If a sim remarries after their spouse dies, the baby tries are not reset.

I don't roll for marriage for my side households when they age up to a teen but when they age up to a child. This is also for storytelling as I tend to work towards their adulthood and interests when they're still children.

I do age up / event rolls on the start of each year just to work towards them in the story.

I may only plead for a sim ONCE in their lifetime. For infants / babies I allow myself ONE reroll per generation.

You can refer to my spreadsheet to see relations, but HEAVY spoiler warnings for the story! I use it to keep track of my story and I queue up A LOT of posts so there's stuff that you probably won't know about here.

Hello loves! ♡

Welcome to my simblr, my name is Ink (she/they). I have been a Sims enthusiast since 2015, when I began playing The Sims 3, and I started playing The Sims 4 in August of 2022.

On this simblr, I aim to create unique stories filled with love, romance, and drama. Please be patient with me, as I have never successfully written a story and this is mainly a project to work on my storytelling abilities. Any feedback is very much appreciated. The main story I will be telling is The Flower of Life, a Bring Me to Life Challenge (written by @queeniecook). The premise of the challenge is to bring back a ghost from the dead to give them a second chance at life. Our story follows Felix Psyded, the founder of the University of Britechester, as he navigates his life reborn.

Wilder Legacy Masterpost

I went back to Sims 4 after months of not playing and obviously nothing worked! I still wanted to play while I sorted things out so I did an A-Z legacy challenge speed run. All done in CAS.

No CC versions are on the Gallery

I clicked randomise 5 times, didn’t play with genetics, avoided skin details, and went with whatever was rolled. I don’t have all the packs so some stuff may look different in my game than on the gallery.

My intention was to use Sims under the ‘Popular Now’ category on the gallery but obviously the gallery wasn’t working. Basically I went with whatever loaded.

Spouses are from the gallery, I’ve created the creator so you can download if you wish.

This will come out in stages and I’ll keep this as a masterpost.

Hello everyone!!! How are you today???

Have you missed me??

I took a small break after the beautiful Valentine's collab i did with my dear friends and mates Herecirm and Simmireen (which btw if you haven't seen yet, tho I doubt it, you can find a masterpost here) but i'm back with more poses for you all.

I can't end the month of love without publishing this little pack of wedding poses that I really wanted to bring for you all.

A couple of weeks ago I saw some references in pinterest (my dear friend to have ideas) and i was like "I need them in my life", so... here you have some funny wedding portrait poses for your sims' family portraits.

Although the process has been a little odyssey, because I tried to convert the bouquets from "my wedding stories" gamepack and I failed multiple times trying to fix them (unfortunatelly there is no way for them to work good ingame xD).... I looked everywhere, and I finally found a bouquet (with the stigmata bone assign that was what i wanted) that can be used for these cute poses i'm bringing and for some other slightly more dynamic poses that i'll bring in the future (I still have a couple of references that I loved and would like to recreate them because they are fun and not the typical poses of looking statically at the camera).

Anyway, I'll leave you with the descriptions of this beautiful wedding pack, celebrating love until the end of the month:

i procrastinated on this one i'll admit, but I finally remade my HSR TS4CC masterlist as a google doc as well!
