Luz was never the chosen one. She didn't come to the Isles due to destiny, or fate, and there was never any special plan made for her.

But she gets to become like a chosen one. She gets the cool magic power-up, and the most powerful being on the Isles, the Isles itself, chooses her. But the Titan chooses Luz for her kindness, and because she took care of his son. She earnt it.

And in the end, like the Titan told her, for her to get that power, she had to choose herself.

I do/will not blame you for watching "for the future " since it's been leaked. I shouldn't be making this and we should all be getting ready to watch it in two weeks, but Disney decided, "na, let's ruin the fun for this fandom and it's creator."

Now if you are lucky enough not to have seen too many or even little to no spoilers. Then the respectful thing to do is to wait two more weeks until it officially airs.

But the world isn't that black and white, some people have already been spoiled by things they couldn't avoid.

The owl house is my biggest hyper-fixation at the moment so as soon as I opened both tic-tok and Tumblr, spoilers attacked me. Most weren't even tagged with a spoiler warning, at first I hadn't even realized they were real. but by the time I do the damage had been done.

Dana was rightfully tired and disappointed that this happened since she is the creator of this show, but that also means she wants her fans to enjoy what's she's made.

Maybe it's different for you, but spoilers take the magic away from watching something for the first time, since well it wouldn't be the first time. and in the case of spoilers you would feel more dread everytime you see them, instead of joy with actually watching the episode. Wich is why I beg you, please do not leak anymore clips, if you see it enjoy it for yourself all you want, but there are others who want to wait, so be respectful of that for them and for Dana.

But for the people who have been spoiled and may not be able to avoid not getting any more big ones for two weeks. Why make the first watch less enjoyable? Don't freak out about it online until the 21st so you don't give the people deciding to wait more trouble. But if you feel you would more enjoy it now, especially if you've already been spoiled to an extended degree, go for it, I dont/won't blame ya.

Willow and buffy and lil dawn so lore. (Wrote some of this this in another post as I was figuring it out) The council basically replaces belos and the emperors coven, and the golden guards/slayer are basically just their science experiments to get good soldiers. Buffy was one but Giles, who worked for the council but has since this quit, couldn’t stand by as another child went through that so he took baby buffy and brought her to the human realm (which he had the portal to, probably from his father) and left her there to get adopted by Joyce. Her ears are less pointy than normal witches but they just blame it on stahls ear. Also her hair is naturally brown cause even if all grimwalkers aren't often based on the same person they do tend to get similar traits. at some point buffy find the portal pretty alike luz did. Tho unlike her buffy isn’t exactly an outcast, she’s just really lonely. She meets willow and Xander there. And Giles who knows that she is the baby he took but doesn’t say anything cause of Giles reasons. since then there’s come a new golden guard(or whatever they are gonna get called in the au). This is a really young one so far. And it’s dawn. And to try and make her more powerful or something the council have used titan blood(cause she’s the key) i don’t have that much lore for willow except just at the start she’s studying oracle (to then join the emperors coven) as a way to try and gain her parents love and approval. But she more so likes illusion, healing and abomination(tho honestly she probably choses to study them all when she can)

Dumb little theory rattling around in my brain but. What if Phillip killed Caleb at Eclipse Lake. And that's why the fucker was like "My team did not make it back" in the diary entry. and then the whole "This Is Ma Grave" thing Hunter does in ep 9 is even worse because it was where he technically died. Why the costumes?

This was a question I had since For the Future premiered. I was a little disappointed that the Hexsquad didn't get a cool outfit change, and instead stayed in their Halloween costumes the whole episode.

So now I'm asking, why? The outfits are fine in general, but I'm just curious. Why not give them cool, post-apocalyptic outfits to fight in?

Then I realized, what is the point of wearing costumes? To dress up as a certain character. What is that essentially? Pretending. What does the Collector like doing? Playing pretend.

It's all one big game of pretend.
