Oh very late thought but if you still want prompts: Madara Izuna Hikaku are 1 2 3 in the Uchiha clan. Madara and Izuna are expected as Tajima's (surviving) sons, but how did Hikaku end up as third?

Okay I'm not going to write this in prose since I think writing out my Hikaku Backstory Headcanon would not at ALL be a drabble. But I'll summarize because I've been frothing and foaming at the mouth to talk about it.

One of his parents is an outsider who married into the clan, and Hikaku inherited their chakra nature (I've think of him as earth natured atm)

The full blooded Uchiha parent dies when he's very young, but because Hikaku might manifest the sharingan, his non-Uchiha parent has to stay to reduce the risk of bloodline theft.

As Hikaku gets older and starts training, it becomes clear that he's very talented. When Tajima notices, he decides to solve a bunch of little problems at once. He has Hikaku train with his similarly aged sons, and allows them to become friends, making sure that Hikaku stays loyal, giving Madara and Izuna a person who seems somewhat sensible to get attached to, and letting everyone involved in the arrangement get stronger as shinobi

(This also has the side benefit of Hikaku's surviving parent actually gaining some standing in the clan, since her son is friends with the clan head's sons)

As Madara and Izuna grow into leading the clan, Hikaku naturally falls in as their right hand, even though it's not really official. The only person they trust more than him are each other.

Because of this, and because he's easy to get along with/well liked by the most of the clan, Hikaku usually ends up in charge of whatever Madara and Izuna don't deem worth their full attention (which is probably quite a lot.) (Separate but connected headcanon about Madara never having been properly trained as clan head and leader goes here.)

It helps that a lot of the Uchiha hierarchy at the time is determined by things like strength in battle and mastery over sharingan, of which Hikaku as quite a lot of both. And (pointing to the databook) Leadership Abillities :)

So it's not that Hikaku is Literally third to inherit, it's that when everything starts going to shit, he's the one who's able to step in and keep things from crumbling apart because everyone was already looking to him anyways.

as far as canons go, they are my lil glorbo's. i have a thing for main characters, especially underrated main characters. naruto and atsushi are just my lil guys that i heavily relate to in one aspect or another. i'm writing an alt verse of atsushi but i love atsushi's character in general ( i've considered adding his canon self ) john has been a recent add to this blog and just...i really love FAITH, the game hits all the good religious trauma / horror notes for me. i love a priest who is dabbling with his faith and loyaltys. as for my oc's well, some of them i've had for years ( dom and mia ) but a lot of them are new since i made this blog and i love each of them differently but deeply.

funny, we had nh fair idea + plans wayyy back feb 2022.

it was supposedly for nh week (april) but considering we just finished nhmonth2021 and sunshine siblings week (jan) we thought creators needed a creativity break.

we were also considering the possibility that someone might host nhmonth2022 around may. bc last year, we had a backlash setting nhmonth2021 in december. some ppl told us it's overshadowing hinata's birth month and told us to move it around november instead or may since they told us it's naruhina's wedding month. but our main concern was for the participants bc they were the ones needed more time to prepare their entries for we announced it last september.

this year, that one anon ask ignited this to happen.

tbh i was hesitant at first to host again bc of last year's experience. it was fun but it was quite nerve-wracking bc i thought no one will participate considering there were ppl boycotting nhmonth2021. i was afraid it may happen again. very grateful for ate @quirrrky uplifting my spirit to continue hosting this event.

this year's celebration was a BLAST

i literally had the time of my life.

i did mention earlier that i experienced emotional stressed. it's bc of some internal fandom conflict but it wasn't related to the event. but some misinformation happened and the event was thrown in between, so i had to put myself in the situation and mediate. i didn't expect to be this emotionally attached to this fandom. i don't like seeing my mutuals fighting and it was quite hard for me to deal w the situation. it somehow got into me and derailed my momentum, so i took a break.

very grateful for all the entries bc it has kept me going every day. my heart swells w pride and joy seeing everyone's work. i enjoyed seeing and reading each one knowing the creator put their heart and soul into making it for naruhina. i wish i could express myself better w words and tell everyone i truly feel. i just hoped u feel our gratitude and our love and respect through our thank u cards.

i also loved seeing ppl commenting to the creator's post. sending their love. some got inspired to write or draw based on ones entry. i also love seeing ppl giving ideas according to a specific prompt and maybe someone will took inspiration from it.

how i wish i could have more entries. i only have 12 prepared before the event started. i wanted to draw the remaining days on the same day to challenge myself like i did last year, but i failed this year lmao. i was also anticipating some random things to happen that may inspire me to make art.

well, it turns out it did. one for the dilf thread and one from my crazy interactions w ate @bornonthebreakofdawn and @keycipo. i was just innocently scrolling through twitter, i did not expect to see that underwear huhuhuhu. i always send ate born anything naruto related and when i saw that post, i immediately sent it to her. didn't expect senny's posts abt giving naruto little hats. then suddenly both random ideas merged KLASHFKASHFSALKFA IT WAS CRAZY. i was smiling the entire day. i wasn't expecting @wickermayne to join in and write something too hahaha thank u sm for that wonderful, smutty fic. it was such a treat!

my total entry count is 16 but i have +2 more pending bc it's a collab w @keycipo. +2 more i didn't release; one is i decided to delayed posting for personal purposes. the second felt like it didn't fit the prompt. but i'll post these soon at the right time.

just wanted to start this off by apologising for the late reply! uni has been really clogging up sm stuff for me lately lmao (oof same goes to the other blog, for anyone looking at that one).

i completely relate to what you mean, though! i myself have scripted to be OP as well lmao. and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that—so long as you know what you're doing, and you can deal with the consequences that come with it. as I've already put in past posts, my own abilities in my Naruto DR are supposed to be way beyond anyone else's, though of course i still get into trouble every once in a while. that's my only condition for myself: to be able to struggle so i can actually learn through the process(es).

the list of abilities you gave is really interesting imo. it's good to be well-rounded, especially in a world such as Naruto's. if anything, i really would recommend it, even if you have some reservations about it. that's not to say you have to, necessarily, but it's what I'd go for—especially after what i experienced in my own DR.

yours could be different, mind, but the thought remains up in the air. i scripted that my DR stick as close to the canon worldbuilding as possible—meaning, for instance, that all the violence would still be there. trauma is there. I've made my peace with it both, and I'm coping well enough as i do so.

what makes it all easier for me to deal with is my 'OP-ness' in this DR lmao. power really does make a difference. bit of a machiavellian take there, but that's the truth of it—at least, in that reality. and with it; not only did my own motivations to keep shifting keep steady, but the experiences I've had with other people there also served to give me some life lessons along the way.

being everything that you want to be in your Naruto DR isn't inherently bad. there's absolutely nothing wrong with achieving all those things—considering a lot of us want to be just like the characters we've seen and loved in our CRs, and continue to be like that for the sake of shifting itself. i suppose what really makes the difference is how you use those abilities, and how you get around to justifying doing what you do.

so i suppose i’m indulging this hyperfixation for him for like, what, two years now? it started with kakashi but then the time for shippuden came and i was like oh yeah, he’s the one as soon as kiba appeared ajddjfhh

though i did manage to accumulate a pretty decent little shrine in my living room for all things kiba/naruto related during those two years lmao!! my friends always poke fun of it, it’s funny.

(also, i am happy to let you know that the current fic i’m writing about him has just hit 13k words and i’m still not particularly close to finishing it so……. it’s gonna be a good one >:3 hehe)

I followed you for your pjo writing, so I was very surprised to find out that your url is from matthew stover's ROTS novelisation. two-ish years ago I watched star wars for the first time and fell in love with the prequels, it is probably still the fandom I most interact with on here.

I notice most (all?) of your star wars fics on ao3 are sequel things. I haven't seen the sequels yet because of general negative internet sentiment towards them. although this is bad logic because the internet feels negatively about a lot of great things, including ("great" is subjective I suppose) the prequels.

as someone who still mainly associates you with pjo, I guess I'm just curious about you and star wars in general. did you watch the movies when they first came out? or did you, like me, discover them later? and would you care to make a case for watching the sequels?

and as an aside - how do you feel about anon asks. do you prefer when people are non-anon?

truly genuinely i dont think i've ever met a person on this website, Popular Online or not, who has been upset about receiving genuine asks. LIKE as someone who prefers to be approached rather than to approach people i very understand the reticence to make contact, but if you ever have hesitance because your brain is like 'ooooh they aren't gonna want to talk to meeeeeee' i really truly think you can let that one go. esp because anon is an option - the worst thing that happens is that someone doesn't respond, which is also not personal and is usually related to brain death on the part of the person receiving the ask

BASICALLY i really think that most people making themselves available on the social media want to use the media to be social - if they didn't, they'd close their ask box.

MAN okok i love to talk about a personal fandom history LOL star wars is a weird one for me! i came into the fandom extremely sideways - while it turns out i had watched at least one of the prequels in theatres as a child, i had somehow wiped all memory of them from my mind, leaving only a residual obsession with padme amidala's lipstick lingering in my hindbrain

so my first Real Encounter with star wars as a fan concept was via Livejournal Role Play lolol, the premise of which is that you would roleplay as characters either in an AU setting, or an isekai-your-character-was-captured-from-their-home-world-somehow setting. so i was playing sakura from naruto in a harry potter/final fantasy fusion AU (there's a fun sentence) when someone joined the game with Jaina Solo from the star wars extended universe, and i just thought the character and player were the fucking coolest?

so that's how i ended up learning about like, the post-original Star Wars trilogy EU books first LMAO and then eventually i watched the original trilogy and re-watched the prequel trilogy (this was back in 2009/10 so sequel series were not on the horizon at all). i rp'd a bunch of star wars characters in a bunch of games (most notably middle aged Leia from the later EU books and a man called Kyp Durron who i refuse to believe was not the template and inspiration for kylo ren), and also played the Knights of the Old Republic games, and eventually helped create and moderate an rp based on those games. so my first star wars creative endeavors were very rp based, and kotor based, and any fic i was writing at the time was like, kyp durron and alyss from a ya novel adaptation of alice in wonderland are falling in love in the harry potter/final fantasy fusion setting where we also included pokemon so kyp has a shuckle for a pet because jaina gifted it to him as a gag. all that fic is littered around the internet - lj accounts and dreamwidth accounts and defunct aim group chats, where you'd write stuff for like the three people who were into your extremely, impossible to replicate cross canon ship instead of doing your stats homework, it was heady shit.

the username came about after i decided to abandon my old internet handle/identity of 'feilyn' lolol. basically i made up 'feilyn' as a name for myself when i was like 15 and used it everywhere, which resulted in most online friends i made at the time calling me 'fei', which in turn got cuteified into 'feibean', which is what i originally called this blog right up until someone sent me an ask going 'hey feibean' and i went oh NO i HATE that, and decided that i needed a username that was like, Poetic and Pretty

the funniest part to me is that i hadn't actually read the stover novelisation at that time? i just knew about the passage it came from because a friend had quoted it at me before and i was like oh that's Beautiful. so i did probably the most pretentious thing in the process of making a pretentious internet handle, which was to refer to a thing i hadn't actually read (i have since read the novelisation LOL and highly recommend it to anyone into star wars i general, but especially if you feel the prequels had Great Themes and Poor Execution - the book does a much better job at the execution part)

SO by the time the sequel movies were announced i had been into star wars for like, 5, 6 years? and it had been a staple part of not only my creative life but also my social and romantic life, so i was primed to be fucking obsessed. at that point i wasn't journal rping anymore, and most of my creative energy was split between fic (pjo and grisha at the time) and trying to make my original book idea work (it did not), and i had gotten into the groove of Writing Fic For An Audience.

and then the first sequel movie came out and i fucking loved it! like sure it was a little derivative, but it had so much of what i loved about star wars in it, and it especially helped that kylo ren really did seem like a kyp durron expy, and i was right in the middle of my weird heterosexual lesbianism phase where all i wanted to write was Overpowered Man Gets Stepped On By Brunette Teenager He Underestimated so reylo hit me like a fucking freight train.

i think in the first month after that movie came out i wrote like, 21 fics in he space of a month. i went to my first ever music festival and was just lying in the tent writing fic on the budget smart phone i had bought so my actual phone didn't get stolen. it was SUCH a flurry of creative energy for me, because star wars before that point had been not a dead fandom, but certainly not a fandom that had a lot of Fic-Centric Life in the spaces i was in, and the movie brought so much new blood and voices and interest and readers to the canon. so if i told people i felt like writing x thing and asked for prompts, i'd get like 10 or 12 requests at a time - more than i could fulfill, certainly, but also so many that it really fed the fire of my interest and determination to Provide Content

and then, you know, the Drama and the Discourse and the weird creation of shipping as identity where people became A Reylo instead of shipping reylo, and this formation of Antis as a thing, and on and on until fandom in general becomes this place of adversarial combat that is supposed to reflect on your ethics and moral as a person and Oh Man i do remember being exhausted by all of these arguments at the time (and now tbh, but these days i am not actively participating in them). eventually i dropped out of star wars as a fandom from like, creative and discourse burnout i think, and also my relationships with the friends i shared the fandom with were changing, and i was also changing as a person and then TROS came out and was really a death knell to any joy i'd gotten out of the fandom or canon from that point.

as for a case for watching the sequels - i think if you can watch them without needing them to Be Anything In Particular, you can have a good time with them. like, for example, i think TROS was an objectively bad fucking movie, but i had a lot of fun when i watched it because i went it with a baseline of curiosity about how or if abrams could pull this off, and the answer was 'by trying to split every fandom argument of the last 4 years down the exact middle' and 'no, he can't pull it off'. that shit isn't a movie, it's a video response to every star wars trending topic between 2015-2019. and at the time of viewing, this was very fucking funny to me. i had a ball.

SO if you can watch them with the contextual understanding of like, these are massive corporate enterprises created by committee, with different people at the helm of different movies who had very different understandings on what the point of this trilogy was, i genuinely think they can be a good time. there's pew pew lasers, there are some real affecting moments, and there is a lot of bewildered amusement to be had at nature of attempting to create Billion Dollar Art.

if you are looking for a story that is going to leave you feeling fulfilled and as though the creators had consideration and respect for either their viewers, their actors, or the story they were telling, then give them a pass. like i really really think there is a lot of fun and interest to be had in watching the sequels for both 'here is a space fantasy laser fun time' reasons and 'what does art look like when it's primary purpose is to create obscene amounts of wealth based off the nostalgia of nerds but also the concept of modernising a franchise for the 21st century' reasons, and these are both big reasons why i engage in any kind of media LOL

but i also understand the special place star wars holds in a lot of people's hearts, and not wanting to engage in material thatg feels like it has sucked a lot of the joy out of that special place is always legit. so like, if you are intrigued, give them a shot, and if you find yourself hating the experience then stop watching. trust ur heart babe

FINALLY i have no strong opinion on whether people are anon or signed in! it's all about your comfort level truly, i do not put emphasis on one mode or another. sometimes people will send me something signed in and ask me to respond privately, which i am always happy to do, and sometimes people will send messages anon, but identify themselves as like 'oh im the anon who asked about sunflowers, i'm sunflower anon'. SO YEAH whatever combination of identifiers is personally comfortable for the person sending the ask is how i prefer people to communicate.

I'm going to go ahead and be honest and say I would definitely just be an average student or nearly fail. That ninja life at the academy looks insanely difficult, and I am not sure I would be able to pull through. I will try my very best to complete every task that is given to me, but I am not gonna say that I won't pass without much struggle.

36: What would your infinite tsukuyomi dream be?

Omg! Such a clever question. Hmm, I suppose my ultimate tsukuyomi dream would be to live with my loved ones on an island of my own design, stress-free, mentally happy, romantically happy, and wealthy, lol! ( I know that's pretty generic and basic, but that's all I can think of right now tbh)

Edit: ☝🏽Actually I want to change, or uh, add to my answer, lmao. My ultimate tsukuyomi dream has gotta be a world where literally every writing idea, prompt, oneshot and story has been completed already and I have reached writing paradise, haha!

Kureani would make the ideal sensei in my eyes (for me). Even though I like the other senses just as much, given who I am as a person and how I learn, I'm going to have to choose Kureani.

If I were a ninja, I would need a role model like her in my life since she is so maternal and sincere. I have the impression that she will be understanding and forgiving of my shortcomings. She'll take her time with me, and in the end, She will make me feel even more connected to her, and just having that connection will motivate me to work hard and be the greatest ninja I can be.

Also, (people have a tendency to underestimate Kurenai), but do you know how skilled in the use of genjutsu she is? She is undoubtedly a formidable opponent! A force to be reckoned with!

AIGHT im back and i did the reading and i need to know e v e r y t h i n g about the naruto au im not even fucking around. the amount of times ive fixated on that shit despite never finishing it is unreal. also which one was the one that got beheaded? because thats superb shit and i require more information to rotate them in my mind

i'll start with eden !!! he's my token white haired guy (altho i have also a white haired girl in the same group of oc lol) to whom i do many terrible things. ever since i created him he's had a scenario where his neck got hurt (electric shock to his neck, knife injury, beheading to simply head explosiong lmao). he's an angel in the angel/demon scenario and the village's doctor in the farm au :3 he's always some sort of healer ! (he's that one "im a healer but... *cocks gun*" meme)

in the angel au he has extraordinary healing powers that antagonists want for themselves until they realise eden is not gonna give under the pressure and side with them so they behead him/make his head explode. not quite sure whcih one yet <3. except he doesn't die bc his power is more. body manipulation than healing and it acts by itself and stitch him back together . its a very traumatizing process but in return he destroys the other guys : D he's often nell's best friend in aus... moody guys who become menaces together. he was supposed to end up w jasper when i very first made him but eh !!!

THE NARUTO AU

okay so . disclaimer most of what i know of naruto is memories from what i watched when i was a young teen and a lot of sakura centered fanfics ive read the past few months lol

the story focus on on genin team but for the sake of the story ill jst go and talk abt the others too :

a) main genin team is nell, vik, lena and their teacher abel

b) second genin team is belly, jasper and eden with their teacher noah

c) cody is basically tsunade, titania is a civilian from a noble family who has a whole side story with lena lol

nell and belly (twins) are illegitimate kids from a clan's girl, who possess the clan's kekkei genkai. no i dont know what it is yet it's not even relevant to the story SEFJSEFOSFJOE

once their mother die they're put under the care of their mother's clan, where they're not rly treated well,,,, belly is a natural as using the clan's technic while nell isn't,,, they stick together but they're treated different and it sucks. tbh nell and belly's ways of dealing with family trauma is a recurring theme in all of the universes they're part of...

nell's fighting style focus on ice jutsu mostly, he's not a powerhouse but he's deadly. belly is more of a brawler type but i havent figured it out much yet :]

vik is an orphan who was groomed into roots (in universe it's a secret unit of ninjas like anbu but it's controlled by danzou who's a fucker and stole kekkei genkai including sharingans by STEALING DEAD PEOPLE'S EYES), who want's belly & nell's clan's kekkei genkai, and who's sent to pass as a new genin in nell's team to gain his trust and kill him and take his eyes,,, theres prob something going on to take belly's also but i havent gotten that far lol

lena (my BABYGIRL) is a civilian, born from a big player merchant family, who's supposed to inherit her parent's role but does Not want to :] she's lovely she's great she has a lot of chakra that she uses for summons (tigers!!!) and also she IS a powerhouse (uses . axes). not the most usefull of spy missions lol i love her <3

abel, in most of my stories, is a big brother figure to most of the kids especially nell,,,, i have not figured out yet what exaclty he does in this au BUT he and cody are old buddies and are destined to be together in all of my aus. anyway

quick other stuff, belly is very angry in hte beginning like her brother and does not know how to work with a team, jasper is kind and gentle and has to learn how to deal with her, also later masters mokuton (tree/plants jutsu) (which makes him very precious and rare), eden is once again a healer in this except he also works with poisons. bitch

and their teacher, noah, also works in torture and interrogation which will come up later.

basically the story follows nell's team as they meet and start working with each other, vik realising that maybe he's doing something that he shouldn't, almost kills nell once when infiltrating his living place but manages to get out when he hears belly coming in, discovers the power of friendship, then they're sent in the death forest for their chunin exam, antagonist guy sends more roots agents bc vik can't do the job, vik protects nell and lena, spills as much of the beans as he can before the seal in his throat starts to paralyze him, nell holds on to him for dear life and fights the other roots, lena gets one of her summoned tiger to go find eden and his team who save the day & also vik...

once vik is saved he cooperated with t&i and noah, who works on the case, adopts him,,, all is well. its not much . i feel like i had more thoughts lmao but its all messy in my head <3 thank u for reading

I suppose I should start with some basic rules for requests, even if nobody really cares all that much. Greetings, call me SC.

-I’m really only gonna write for the characters that I, personally, think need more content. So, really, only the characters that I really like.

-if you need help coming up with a request, I now have a prompts List!

-Ok this is gonna sound so mean but please don’t take it the wrong way: I’m not gonna write any LGBTQ stuff because that makes me uncomfortable. My sincerest and most humble apologies, i promise i don’t hate y’all.

-surprise, surprise, look who went through some sight character development. Just a bit. I still will only be writing for afab reader, however! I won't be ignoring characters' sexualities. So I will be headcanoning certain characters as Bi, specifically. (Lmao the opposite of bi erasure) sorry if this is weird, but I've gotten slightly more comfortable with the idea of certain characters being bisexual disasters. Still don't hate the LGBT+ people, I'm just not quite comfortable writing anything but straight relationships as of right now. (Please don't come after me, I spent a half hour re-writing this trying to be as inoffensive as possible TwT)

actually i have something to inquire about and its why everyone hates sakura and constantly calls her useless ☹️ idk it makes me feel bad did she actually do smth or do they just when girls do anything

okay this is. a pretty complicated subject and i am glad i have fewer naruto mutuals on this blog but uhh under the cut we go!

naruto is a shounen series. directed towards an audience of young teenage.. boys. oftentimes writers in this genre are misogynistic, and the writer of naruto, kishimoto, is no exception!

sakura is the main female lead of naruto, so she WILL have more attention put on her as well as higher expectations. unfortunately again, sexist writers. which is too bad bc she's actually done a lot better than many female characters in other series. when the bar is that low i suppose

people who dislike her.. are somewhat justified. once again unfortunately. due to the fact that she is a female character written by a misogynist, her character is not the most fleshed out- a lot of things don't make sense with her, she obsesses over sasuke to a WILD degree (differently than naruto though, bc she 'doesn't try to understand him' or whatever the heck), she has a lot of contradictory elements- not her fault, but nobody's really obligated to have to like her just bc she's a victim of bad writing?

but yeah it is misogyny in the fandom too sometimes. it's very mixed and depends on who hates her, i'd say? there's the typical stuff with "oh she gets in the way of my ship" but there's also the fact that sakura is a female character who gets angry, and shows emotions, and is not submissive either- not very liked traits to Certain fans. at the same time though, her character can get kinda repetitive and she IS arguably pretty selfish, plus the higher standards since she's the female lead.

this.. probably didn't help at all i kinda just rambled lmao 😭😭 but you're free to make your own opinions i think? tldr misogynistic writing made her character weaker, some people dislike her bc of that, other people are just misogynistic themselves, and ofc there's a mix.

Obviously Jin and Kazuya has done a lot of scummy things, but if Jin or Kazuya (in case he's redeemed) shouldn't walk free, then what should they get other than being killed for what they did?

The problem is they shouldn't have written characters do irredeemable acts and still think they can redeem them. As I've vocalized many times on this blog, I think Jin's actions in TK6 should've been retconned to begin with because they were ooc and virtually everyone agreed with that except for Harada, who just wanted another Evil Mishima despite the fact it goes against what his character was supposed to be.

Anyway on to the main point of this ask. If they weren't gonna get killed, then... I guess they should just do what everyone thought was gonna happen to Jin in Tek8. In which that would be essentially exiled from the society they ruined and traumatized, and live somewhere off in bumfuck nowhere, maybe in the deep woods or something.

If I'm being honest, I don't really care if Kazuya gets redeemed or not. As I've mentioned it a lil bit ago on a post regarding Reina, Tekken's main baddies are starting to all become "bad BUT NOT REALLY BAD-". I mean, Heihachi went from clearly being jealous of Kazuya (and Jin) for having the devil gene and wanted to get it himself so that he can be the Strongest Man Alive instead, but then they retconned that to say actually no he's the Demon Slayer and he blames the Devils for killing his wife so now he devotes his life to getting rid of them? Then you've got Devil [Jin] who, btw, was clearly meant to be evil from the getgo - same with the original Devil from Tek2 - but then they also changed them to not really being bad but Devil [Jin] was only really that way because Jin rejected him...? But he was actually trying to protect Jin all along lol. And of course, Jin was definitely meant to be a villain in Tekken 6. Harada called him a straight up villain during that era a few times, but after immense backlash, they tried to change it by saying "actually no he was just an ALMOST villain, he wasn't REALLY a villain." Despite behaving perhaps the most villainous out of everyone despite his ""well meaning goals."" So because of that, I just... don't care if Kazuya gets redeemed or not. Other than that bit in Tek2, and Jun trying to "save him," Kazuya has really done anything to deserve redemption. Even with Jin you can argue that at least he was TRYING to do something good in Tek6 (lmao) and well, the fact that Jin USED to be a Good Guy and got fucked over by Harada. But Kazuya's just done nothing to get a redemption arc other than having a sad backstory. And imo, not every villain with a sad backstory needs to be redeemed. Regardless, I also don't care if he does get redeemed. I just... don't care either way.

I know people will try to say "but Vegeta - But those Naruto characters -" and yeah, I know it's a running trope in anime that villains who have killed and maim many just... become good guys. Even the War Criminals. But like, that doesn't mean it's not a trope I won't criticize or think is kinda silly in a story.
