I finally finished Succession and OMG IT'S SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!! The twist at the end of s3 had me shooketh haha, I literally gasped and had my mouth hanging open in shock. Shouldn't have been surprised, but I was. Shiv, Roman, and Kendell were done so dirty and by both of their parents, yikes. I loved it, I love the show, it made me laugh and cry/tear up, etc and I need a s4 asap!! Does anyone know when s4 is coming out?? I tried looking it up before and wasn't really given a specific date so Im not sure. I hope it's soon though!!?!!
I really hope the show makes Tom and Greg's dynamic/relationship romantic. Sure their dynamic hasn't always been the greatest in a way but I love them, TomGreg was the reason I wanted to watch the show in general. I watched for them but then loved the show and watched because of that as well. I love shows like that where you can enjoy the ship and the show. I think it would be a hugely missed opportunity if they don't go a romantic route with them though. Not to mention the chemistry is amazing and it'd be hella great to see everyone react when and if Tom gets with cousin Greg haha. Plus like I've said, Tom is the most queer coded character I have ever seen. Why have him be portrayed that way unless he's gay or bi!!?? Fingers crossed for canon Tomgreg. Also I would love to see more of a Connor, Tom, and Greg Trio friendship. We got a little bit of it during Tom's bachelor party under the tunnel near the rat (I believe) and think it would just be comedic gold to have those three interact more. I doubt we'll get it after Tom's betrayal but one can hope! Also since I'm speaking of Connor, I feel bad for him cause of the whole Willa situation. Like at times I feel like maybe she does like or love him but then other times it feels like she's using him or whatnot and so I feel bad for him.
When I first started watching the show my favorite characters were Kendall, Tom, Greg, and Frank, even though we didn't get much of him. He just seemed so likable or had a likable face. I feel like in some ways he kind of reminded me of Bill from Killing Eve. Frank I feel like is the "Bill" of Succession. I also liked Connor, I thought he seemed the most mellow and mature but boy was I wrong haha. He's great though. I wasn't too fond of Roman and Shiv at first, especially with how Roman treated and taunted that kid during the first episode at the baseball game. And Shiv because of the whole situation with Greg and his $20, and how she treats Tom. As time went on though I ended up slightly disliking Kendall and liking the others more, but ya now I pretty much like all of them. Logan's a prick but I even like him cause he adds extra tension and drama to the series.
Am I the only one hoping in the next coming season or couple seasons that we get flashbacks of Shiv, Roman, Conner and Kendall when they were kids?! And a prequel series of Logan and his family and upbringing!!!???? I'm so intrigued and would like to see both of these things happen in some aspect.

The ladies enjoyed themselves. Needless to say. They danced, ate great food and opened gifts for the babies.

Logan: So Royce and I got together and wanted to throw you two a shower. I know Queen you said you didn’t want one, but this is our first baby. I want you to feel celebrated.
Tori: Omg where is Royce. That is so nice.
Queen: Logan you are always doing the most! But I appreciate you so much. I feel so special. How did you get this place like this?
Logan: Oh, I got a baby shower planner.
Royce walks over.
Tori: Thank you Babe! Do you see all these people?
Royce: So there are actually more gifts in the other room. They wouldn’t fit in here and we didn’t want to ruin the display.

ugh. ik EVERYONE says this, but s1 dean was just like soo perfect. too good to be true. he was cute, charming, and kind. i think he was a good 1st bf for rory. besides the fact that he freaking dumped her just because she wasnt ready to say "i love you back" and didnt respect her opinion on donna reed. and theres more. s4, took advantage of her and took away her virginity (im not fully blaming him, rory made me really mad too). like dude, he was MARRIED. poor lindsay didn't deserve being treated the way she was also. she just wanted to be with her husband. and then he based their (rory and dean) little relationship on sex. LIKE HUH?? when he was drunk the night before his wedding, he was saying how rory could fix the world, he loved her, and how she was so smart. what happened to that like what.. overall, i think he was great for a while until he wasn't. he also didn't have any character development at all.

ALSO did anyone else notice how jess was the only bf she didnt have sex with?? not really too important, but just wanted to say that. in AYITL, he gave rory the idea to write a book. i feel like he was always there for her. always. as a friend, bf, ex, and then friend again. through her ups and downs, he was there. fight me all you want, they shouldve been endgame. i was a upset when he got all angry when rory didn't want to have sex with him in another person's house. ik that he was moody or wtv but still. 2nd fave bf. he was meh. sometimes he was an absolute jerkk but i do like how he pushed her out of her comfort zone a bit. omg this is such a great ask thank you so much!! I’m ngl I also tend to loop movies, so idk if any of these will be shocking or new, but here are some of my favs :D
Rocketman (2019)- this is my favorite movie of all time and I could not tell you why really. I just think it’s such a fun way to do a biopic and has a really wonderful framing device that lets you know that the story isn’t quite accurate to life, but the emotions are.
The Big Sick (2017) - man I don’t even know. This movie has so much heart and makes me feel the entire range of human emotions. It was such a comfort movie in college that now it’s ingrained in me. It definitely has some bad tropes admittedly but it’s so genuinely good that I don’t mind. Also it is a movie about an event that happened to the lead actor and his wife. She was involved in the film as well.
A knights tale (2001) - SO much fun. I quote this movie daily i stg.
28 days later (2001) - needed some horror on this list bc tbh that’s all I watch nowadays. Ik this is on like every horror rec list, but I didn’t stop thinking about it for weeks after I watched it.
Barbarian (2022) - another horror rec. I just really liked this movie. It was well made, and it was truly horrifying. Not in a ‘im scared’ sorta way, but in a ‘that’s fucked’ sorta way.

The Score was absolutely adorable! The giggles start immediately in chapter one and roll through the entirety of the book. I like that Dean is the rich one between the two, but Allie's lack of funds doesn't deter her from earning what she wants in life. She doesn't mope about being less than in the relationship.
Watching Dean, who sworn off relationships, come to the realization that Allie is "home" made my heart warm.
The hurdle for the two of them hurt like hell, especially watching Dean spiral with his grief. That was hard to read, but I relieved to see Allie and his friends kick his ass back into gear.

• ohhh so Hannah’s dad is the plastic surgeon guy that said he saw Logan on the bridge and made the 911 call

• Terrance Cook is so annoying. He wants Keith to take his case but he’s not being honest with him
• damn Keith got really emotional over Terrance telling him he threw a game
• I gotta say I don’t like Weevil with hair lmao I like him bald
• also what was the point of getting thumper arrested if he was just gonna be let go? I guess to get back at him for what he did to Weevil.
• still a great episode. Only downside is no Veronica and Keith scenes, but I can live.

OMG JIM!!! I have a lot of things to say: 1) Jim, you have a god tier sense of humor, 2) when he said that it's sad that telling your family you're gay is often seen as bad news🥺🥺 3) I'm so glad his family was so great and lmao at them talking about him behind his back 4) when the interviewer seemed surprised Freddie sometimes prayed at night and he went, "come on, why not" 5) when he said that moving in garden lodge was a big change but also not that big because he was just sharing a home with Freddie 😭😭😭 6) "I suppose he wanted to feel he was wanted, I mean seriously wanted not just wanted for the sake of him being Freddie Mercury, it was insecurity I suppose." 😭😭😭😭 7) He talked about Freddie in such a humanizing way 🥺

2) Awww yess. We don’t really know much about the homophobia he faced while he was coming to terms with his sexuality, but it wouldn’t have been easy.
3) I agree. I am so thankful that he didn’t feel unaccepted by his family at least after Freddie’s death. I think he had also mentioned, maybe in his book, that a lot of his family used to come and visit him when he moved into a new flat after leaving Logan Place.
4) The interviewer seemed like a dick, ngl. I mean, I have only read the transcript but from their words, it looked as if they were trying to coax some juicy and slanderous details about Freddie’s life. But of course, Jim was having none of it. Maybe it’s because reporters are generally only interested in the juicy bits, and they don’t really look at the person they are writing about and think of them as just a news story. But I am very glad that Jim put them in their place and yet again, reaffirmed the fact that Freddie was, at the end of the day, a normal human being.
5) Home is where the heart is, that’s what I thought when I read that😭😭😭😭😭
6) Really though, Jim understood Freddie so well. As I have said earlier, I think it’s because he was able to see how vulnerable Freddie was when he met him, that Jim decided to stay despite all the mind games that Freddie played.
7) I love that Jim always talked about Freddie, his husband and not Freddie, the rock god. For him, that’s probably who Freddie was - a man he loved and the man who loved him🤍

The team was… tipsy at the very least. They were celebrating the start of the season at James and Lily’s because Harry was staying with James’ parents for the weekend. They planned for a few drinks and to watch some highlights of last season when Leo got the bright idea to have some drinking games because
“Drinking like old people is boring, I’m not getting drunk over some tape from last year.”
“We aren’t old, Peanut!” Logan frowns at him and Leo rolls his eyes.
“Whatever you say old man, anyway I vote we do something stupid so I can say my team is cool.” They all agree, except for Lily who would like to watch the drunken fun unfold. They play a could of truth or drink games that lets the team of the team know a little bit to much about everyones sex lives but, they count it as team bonding.
“Okay, I did not need to know that James calls Lily ‘Mommy’.” Sirius shivers and takes a sip of his drink and about spills it when James gives his arms a punch. Given his best friend a look of ‘shut the fuck up’. Rubbing his arm he can’t help but chuckle a little.
“How about some would you rather, playing these little kid games makes me want to go back to my middle school days.” Thomas sighs and leaned back on the couch in between Sirius and remus’ legs, letting them pull on his coils and let them go because it's great entertainment.
“I want to go first!” Kuny raises his hand and smiles his toothy smile and just about falls over backwards because he and Nado were pregaming before coming here, so they are a bit more gone than the rest. “You would rather-”
“It’s Would you rather.” Kuny narrows his eyes at Sunny and then continues.
“WOULD YOU RATHER!” Looking at his friend pointedly, “Drink water from a tap or water from a bottle the rest of your life?”
“Bottled, some tap water is terrible! Unless it's well water, I won’t drink tap water.” Remus pipes up. “Plus you can just chuck a water bottle in the fridge and then its cold, you can’t put a sink in the fridge.”
“But you can put the tap water into a pitcher, like a filtered pitcher, and put it in the fridge. I would rather drink tap, it would make it easier at restaurants.” Sirius adds on.
“I think bottles would be nicer because then you can take them on hikes and runs, and to the gym.” Finn earns himself a high five from Remus and they reach over Logan who is sitting on Finn.
“You can always put tap water in bottles though, so I would go tap.” Nado gives Sirius a thumbs up and crosses his legs as he leans back in his Harry sized chair. “Plus all the plastic from the water bottle companies like dasani and aquafina is so bad for the environment.” That earns a good amount of agreeing noises.
“Tap water for the win!” Kuny smiles and drinks the last of his drink, setting the glass down on the table where there are coasters but not enough so there are still water rings on the table that Dumo keeps wiping off.
“I have one,” Leo smiles after he pops his neck and rolls his shoulders from sitting hunched over most the right. He really needs to work on his posture. “This one is easy in my opinion. Watch hockey for the rest of your life, but never be able to play again… Or play hockey until you keel over but never be able to watch it again.”
“Play”
“Watch”
Dumo and Sergei give each other a bewildered look.
“WHAT!” They both screech at the same time.
“You would rather watch!” Sergei looks at Dumo like he is crazy.
“I want to watch my kids!”
“I want to play! I’d never get to coach my kids!”
I never said you couldn’t coach…” Leo pipes in and sips his drink while trying to hide his amusement of what's going on.
“Oh… I would rather watch then, I don’t think my joints would last that long.” Sergei relaxes back in his chair and the rest of the team just smile. Everyone else says their thoughts and they all go quiet with thinking.
“Would you rather have a praise kink or a degrading kink?” Lily asks as James is basically a cat in her lap.
“What's the difference?” Thomas asks as he yawns a tiny bit after finishing his drink.
“One is praise and one is degrading… How are they even similar?” Remus looks at him like he is stupid and thomas furrows his eyebrows.
“Okay yeah but they are both said in the same tone… so like what's the difference?”
“I- I don’t know how you think this is the same thing”
“What would you rather have?” Thomas turns around to look at Remus, then he looks at Sirius, who is smiling a bit like he is trying not to laugh. “Omg he has one… doesn’t he!” The entire team leans in a little as they wait for Sirius to spill. Sirius looks at Remus for permission and Re rolls his eyes.
“Get on with-”
“He has both!” Sirius blurts out and Thomas’ whole face lights up as he and a couple other people laugh. “It's great honestly, but it's best if you mix them together.”
“Oh my god! So you wouldn’t have been able to choose anyway!” Thomas snorts” SO if you mix them together does that mean you like being called like… Good Whore, and ummm what else is there, whatever just stuff like that!” Thomas holds his stomach as he laughs and Remus whacks him on the back of the head. “Ow! What was that for… omg wait I can call you names too!” He notices Sirius’ eyes narrow and he puts his hands up. “In a platonic way! I promise! I already have a sexy Canadian who can beat me up, I don’t want Re.” He sits for a moment and thinks up a stupid nickname. “Bestie Bitch… it's perfect!”
“No! I refuse!”
“Don’t worry Bestie Bitch! You’ll learn to like it.” He smiles and gets away before both Sirius and Remus whack him again. “LOVEEEEE YOUUUUU.”

The rink was quiet the next morning, nothing compared to yesterday’s game. Remus was already in the PT room, organising tapes and tools, the patient’s couch already prepared. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door.
“Come on in Leo.”
The door opened, allowing the blond to enter the room.
“Good morning Loops.”
His voice was more like a whisper, sounding a bit drowsy.
Remus turned around, seeing Leo with his head down. He decided against a welcome-hug.
"Can you sit down on the couch for me? I would like to have a proper look at your shoulder, to see what treatment you need."
Leo didn’t answer but made his way towards the couch, carefully using one hand to pull his shirt over his head.
"Is it okay if I touch you?"
Leo nodded.
Remus knew better than to ask him what was on his mind, he would talk eventually.
With careful fingers, he started to palpate Leo’s back, rubbing his hands to warm them up, before moving upwards in the direction of his neck.
"Tell me when it hurts, please."
He worked through the sore muscles and pressed his fingers down, right in the middle of the shoulder. Leo sucked in a breath.
"There.", he said through gritted teeth.
"Okay, thank you Leo. You are doing great. This doesn't look too bad, alright? I'm getting you back on the ice in no time. I will go and create your plan for home exercises. We are going to meet, every two days for the next two weeks, 10am sharp. You will need help from Finn and Logan at home."
Leo just nodded, his eyes going a bit unfocused as he starred at the wall.
Remus made his way to the laptop and started working. The room was filled with a comfortable silence for the next few minutes.
"You know... I feel bad about this whole thing. I shouldn't feel so down. I mean, this is nothing compared to what they did to your shoulder but it's scary. It's my first bigger injury and it's- it's freaking me the fuck out Loops."
Two blue eyes looked at him from the other side of the room, wide and full of worry.
Remus moved away from the laptop, sitting down next to Leo.
"I know. I know it's scary. But you are in my hands and I'll do anything in my power to help you and to make you feel better. I swore it to myself."
"You swore it to yourself?", Leo asked confused.
"Yesterday... when I held Logan back, he said something to me, which I know he said out of pure worry but I thought about it. Still think about it. He- he said that I should go and make myself useful instead of holding them back."
"Remus I-" Leo turned his upper body towards him, wincing a bit at the movement.
"No let me finish, please. All I could fell was guilt and I know that I did what I could but still. I hate not being able to help, so I vowed that I would give you the best PT-care ever."
Remus grinned a bit despite the serious topic, turning his head to look a Leo.
"Thank you, for being so open with me. I love you too Loops."
Remus reached out and patted Leo’s arm.
"Alright, let's not get too sentimental. You get no free pass for the exercises."
Leo let out a dramatic groan, making Remus laugh.
"Worth the shot."
Remus was still laughing as he printed the plan, handing it out to the blond.
He led Leo to the door, his hand laying on his back, providing some comfort.
“See you in two days Loops."
Leo stepped out of the room but turned around to give Remus a little wave.
"See you, oh- and no... other activities for the next two weeks."
"WHAT?"
Remus shut the door quickly, laughing.

“Unnnnnnnnn’caaaaaaaaa, ‘Anu!”
Janus groaned, cracking his eyes open and rubbing at his eyes sleepily. He glanced at his alarm clock and after blinking a few times, he groaned again when he saw just how early it was. “Fucking- ugh,” he muttered, rubbing his hand down his face. He sighed and got up, slowly walking out of the room.
“Unnnnnnnnn’caaaaaaaaa, ‘Anu!”
“I’m coming, I’m coming,” Janus muttered, yawning so hard that his jaw clicked. He walked into the room that had been nothing but a guest room a few days ago - when things had still been normal and Janus didn’t have to worry about raising a baby - and to the old crib that he had gotten three splinters setting up.
His nephew was standing up in the crib and looking up at Janus with wide eyes and a bright grin. He bounced up and down and made grabby hands at Janus. “Un’ca ‘Anu’, up! Up!”
Janus yawned and picked Patton up, bracing him against his hip. “Yes, Uncle Janus is up now. Though, the fact that either of us is up at four fifteen is a crime,” he told the one-year-old seriously.
And in return for the great wisdom that he had given his nephew, Patton reached up and grabbed Janus’ nose. Well... Janus supposed that he had gotten worse feedback from people who he had given advice to.
“Alright now, no playing games now,” Janus hummed sleepily, gently moving Patton’s hand away and walking out of the used-to-be-a-guest-room. He glanced out the window and sighed. The stupid sun could already be seen peeking up over the horizon. “Are you hungry? Is that why you woke me up?”
“’anna ‘ee Daddy,”
Janus froze right at the top of the stairs, feeling like he had just been slapped. He had been so good pushing back and ignoring the heart-crushing grief, confusion, and helplessness that the last few days had brought. And with three words, his one-year-old nephew had almost completely toppled all the walls that Janus had put up to try and cope. Janus took a shaky breath, eyes burning with unshed tears. “I’m afraid that you can’t see your Daddy right now,” he said softly, walking down the stairs. “You’re living with me for now, Patton. I... will explain in the morning, okay?”
Patton gave him a look with so much of Virgil’s stubbornness that Janus almost let out a sob. Virgil had barely had Patton for a year and his son was already so much like him.
“For now, let’s think of better things,” Janus said with forced chipper in his voice. He walked into the kitchen grabbed a small box of cheerios from his cupboard. “Even though it’s far too early to be up and awake, five o’clock is also the time when the old cartoons come on. I used to watch these shows with your daddy when I was just a toddler and he was your age.” He managed a weak smile as he walked into the living room. “Doesn’t that sound fun?”
“Yes,” Patton chirped, grinning at Janus widely that wrinkled the stark white bandaid that he had gotten at the hospital. “Yes!”
Janus chuckled, sitting down in his favourite old armchair, shifting Patton so he was in one arm so he could open up the box of cheerios. “Did you watch these shows with your daddy? Besides, Patton’s excited cry of, “T’eety!” made Janus think that maybe this wasn’t the first time he had watched these shows.

Janus’ shoes clicked against the hospital tiles, the only sound in the eerily quiet hallway. He could hear distant coughs and the quiet sound of people talking but here, in the long term care section of the hospital at eight o’clock in the morning, there wasn’t much noise. And it made Janus so sad. His poor baby brother didn’t belong in a place like this.
He stopped outside the last door in the hallway, knocking gently at the half-open door. “Good morning,” he said softly, walking in and draping his coat over one of the chairs. He sat down with a sigh. “I’m sorry that I’m here so early but your son woke me up at four AM. I left him with my friends so I can come to see you. Please don’t worry about your son, Virgil. Logan and Remus are good people and they already love Patton." He took off his bowler hat and put it in his lap, tapping his finger against it gently. “Do you have anything to say about that?”
Of course Virgil didn’t. Though, Janus supposed that he couldn’t be too upset with his brother. It was rather hard to speak with tubes down your throat. And the fact that Virgil was in a coma made it even harder, Janus was sure.
Virgil was lying completely still on his hospital bed, looking strangely peaceful. He didn’t seem bothered at the dark purple bruises on his cheeks or the stitched-up cut on his forehead. And then Janus remembered how he had looked a few days ago when he had first been brought to the hospital and had to look away.
“Your friend Roman came to my house the other day,” Janus said, forcing himself to continue. He had to speak talking. He feared what would come out of his mouth if he didn’t. “I must say, Roman may not be as interesting as his brother but he is a good lawyer. He’s pushing me to press charges and he is assuring me that I would have a very good case.” He snorted and shook his head. “Though, I suppose that you don’t have to be a good lawyer to know that driving while is against the law.”
When there was no response to his words, Janus sighed and reached forward, gently putting a hand over Virgil’s bruised one. “Do you remember how happy I was when you made me Patton’s Godfather,” he whispered softly and with a slight tremble to his words. “Well, I change my mind. Virgil... I have no idea how to care for a baby. You have to wake up so you can raise your son. Please.” He laughed and blinked, vision turning a little blurry. “I am begging, Virgil. You have to wake up. I can’t do this. I don’t know how to do this.”
The only response Janus received was the steady beeping of Virgil’s heart monitor. It looked like Janus was on his own for now.

he hit me like a tidal wave pt7.
hi guys! i’m back from my short skiing tip so here is a chapter. i have one for tomorrow since it will be valentine’s day. also Finn and Logan have been dating for a week at this point. i had so much fun writing Finn, Logan, and Leo’s texting styes. Finn texts like me dad, I text like Leo, and my friend texts like Logan. ok i hope y’all love this and strap in now for tomorrow’s chapter

Finn and Logan walked into the bakery for their Saturday morning shift. Noelle and Thomas were already there. Noelle knew and he assumed Talker did too.
“Congrats guys,” Talker smiled.
Logan blushed, “thanks,”
Work continued as normal. Logan helped good and bad customers. He wished Leo would come in, but he would never admit it. He let the hours drone on. At 11 the big wave had ended, people had gone to lunch and had little interest in donuts or cupcakes.
Finn came up behind Logan, wrapping his arms around Logan’s stomach. He leaned his head on Logan’s shoulder and swayed softly side to side. Logan’s heart fluttered.
“Oh god, get a room,” came his sister’s voice.
“As if we haven’t walked in on you guys making out in the back,” Finn smirked.
Logan hummed in agreement, to sleepy in his arms to talk.
Just then the bell rang and they all looked up to see who walked in. Leo stood about a foot away from the counter. Logan stepped out of Finn’s arms and walked to the counter.
“Hi Leo, what can I do for you today?” Logan smiled.
“Um,” Leo looked between Logan and Finn, “I wanted to get donuts for the team again.”
“Of course! I’m sure they will be so excited. Is their anything special you want for just a mix of what kids would want?”
“Yeah that will work, thanks.” Leo smiled.
Logan filled the boxes and rang him up.
“So,” Finn said, “how is the team?”
Leo’s eyes lit up, “oh they are doing so good. I’m really proud of them. Hey, y’all should come to the game some time. I’m pretty sure they would pass away if you came.”
“We would love too!” Logan beamed.
“Let me get your phone number, so you can text us dates.” Finn handed him his phone
Logan felt a pang of jealousy as Leo put his phone number in. He put an arm around Finn possessively.
“You know I play with them too,” Thomas said.
“Shut it babe!” Noelle jabbed him in the ribs, “they are having a moment.”
Logan raised his eyebrows at his sister.
“Thanks! I’ll text you later,” Finn accepted his phone back.
Leo waved and left with the donuts
After Logan’s shower, he heard his phone ping.
Finn: Hey! This is Finn and the other number is Logan. When are the dates for the games?
Leo: Hi guys yeah we have games every Saturday for the next month and a half
Logan: sounds great we will have to pick some games to go to
Logan: we’ll bring donuts lol
Finn: What’s the team called?
Leo: Oh yeah our team is called the Cubs
Logan: omg that’s cute
