- have a nest nap : create a soft nest out of your coziest blankets and curl up inside for a little snooze. it can feel so comforting, epecially after a busy day. it's like having a big hugg <3
- try out new cartoons : new cartoons are coming out every month or so, so why not see if anything new catches your eye! it could be fun to explore a whole new fandom when you're in a bigger headspace.
- put on some cute outfits & try out different looks : maybe you could try out some new cute pj's or some cute outfits! you could play dress up and have some fun while you're have a quiet day at home! <3.
- have a teddy bear tea party : one of the cute and fun things you can do is have a little teddy bear tea party with all your plushies. bring out your favourite snacks and enjoy a little indoor picnic.
- have playtime with your favourite things : this could be dolls, action figures, stim toys - anything to bring a smile on your face! <3.
remember that although its fun to socalise and be with other people, recharging and looking after your wellbeing is important too! it's not selfish to put yourself & your mental health first <3.
