gentle hand holding
no shouting please
always carry band-aids and kiss boo boos
lots of hugs if they want them
keep them surrounded by soft things. blankies, stuffies, sweaters, all the like
try to clean comfort items when they're not being used like when your little is asleep
keep lists of their favorite foods to keep them fed and happy
give all the kisses their heart could desire
be very patient, being little can be hard
try to keep comfort items on hand just in case
make sure they get nice cozy naps whenever they need
keep them well hydrated

sometimes after a long day - one of my most favourite things to do is to have a blanket night!!
here's what you do:
- grab your sweetest snacks!
- grab your coziest pj's! (extra points for fluffy socks)
- find your softest blankets & hook them up to form a little den.
- put in some fairylights, your favourite plushies and a laptop for a movie/tv show!
and enjoy your little blanket night!

lots of people regress because of trauma or to relieve stress and for some, bad thoughts come up at the worst times ! it’s not your fault, you’ve been through a lot and your brain is mean sometimes.
cgs, you are not a bad caregiver for having intrusive thoughts. you’re not gross or creepy ! your disgust from those thoughts show you’re a good person and care about your little one.

vegan agere meals/snacks
i know a lot of little space content centered around childish meals centers around things like cheese and crackers, and chicken nuggets, so i thought for the vegan regressors in the little community i would make a list of snacks us regressors can have!!!
!! if youre too small to cut/cook things by yourself, get your cg to help !!
small snacks!
chopped fruit! chop up fruit into little cubes and put it in a little bowl, eat that with a baby fork!
carrot fries! cut carrots into small strips and roll them in seasoning (my fav is fry seasoning salt), and then air fry them with a little bit of cooking spray!
potato chips! most potato chips r vegan, and my fav r the hardbite brand but a little bowl of chips is always a good snack!
meals!
peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! you can chop them into any kinds of shapes that you like!
ramen noodles! have the kind with artificial beef or chicken flavours instead of actual meat products! this can be a cool replacement for mac and cheese type meals!
tomato soup! a warm bowl of soup is always good for sleepy littles!
desserts!
gummies! have a little bowl of things like sour patch kids!!!
dairy-free ice cream! put a few scoops in a little bowl, make sure you have napkins on hand in case it gets messy!
sugary cereal! cereals like cinnamon toast crunch make a really nice sweet treat!

when most people think of agere, they think of the main sterotypes.
" a petite individual covered in pastel colours with a room full of adorable outfits and cute toys. "
now if that's the case for you, i just want to start of by clarifying that it's completely valid to regress in this way. like i always mention, regression looks different for everybody.
however, i do think we should normalise and validate the other ways people can regress too. for some, cartoons and pastels don't work for them- and that's completely fine!
you don't have to fit into one category to be a valid regressor.
there are loads of other ways people have regressed, such as:

°❀ playing video games.
°❀ watching youtubers
°❀ watching twitch streams.
°❀ watching crime documentaries.
°❀ reading fan-fics.
