#every time i'm on tumblr i imagine myself in a shared cubicle office space with my fellow bloggers #just typing away and creating our gay little posts #sometimes i'm sitting on an exercise ball instead of a regular chair #bc that's the kind of ~hip~ workplace we're in #occasionally i'll encounter something that forces me to take a break from my station #and my coworkers are all very understanding and supportive #this is one of those times #i excuse myself from my desk and my neighbour nods in sympathy #i'm mad. this is a new precedent. i was never into steppable men. what happened #he stifles his moans and i'm like *CLAW GRIP*#i mean i kept the sound on for events and regular storylines so the game wasn't completely on mute #but i always muted for H scenes bc i had no earphones. and this is a shared house. with very thin walls #plus it's not like i'm one of those mega voice-lovers who can pick out a specific VA from 8km away based on a single grunt #but then i got earphones!! so i was like aight let's see what i'm missing here #omniscient external narrator's voice: uh oh #yakumo

im showing my friend clanker the awesome six eggs and single ice key i found today

#happy easter clanker #for the past three days ive just been playing banjo kazooie for fun #ended originally with a time of 8:22:12 #but that changed when i wanted to try getting the stop n swop stuff for the first time on my copy of banjo #so the final time is 9:32:33 #i forgot how much i disliked rusty bucket bay. good lord that engine room and stinky bad water #every other level was fine. though i got so confused at first as to what jiggy i was missing in click clock woods #it was just the one on the branch at the very top of the tree. i wouldve never found it had i not looked it up #notes and honeycombs though? did those purely from memory #jiggies too i guess minus the single 1 out of 100 #which i think is better than what i was hoping to achieve playing without a guide #i didnt get all mumbo tokens though. i DID get the ones you could easily lose if done wrong though.#i need 7 more mumbo tokens basically to reach 100%#i was also very tempted to 100% gruntys furnace fun (i.e. all squares) but. at a point i was like ''hm. no lets not''#maybe someday. just not then.#i managed to blind guess a lot of grunty questions though #only talked to her sister like. once. and i didnt get any of those questions on the quiz #oh yknow whats fucked up? that one shortcut between rusty bucket bay and mad monster mansions puzzle #you cant break the gate for it if you raise the water level too high #also it took me until today to learn that CheatO's cheats are upgrades and not... cheats #fucked up. but i didnt have too much problems without it. <- he died to grunty once only cause he got knocked off the tower #anyway sorry for the strange photo quality. played on my n64 on an old crt ive had. and i only have a lamp on in my room.#its not as dark as it looks in the image atleast #i also learned that banjo kazooie has way more cheats than i ever knew about #before collecting all the stop n swop stuff. i gave myself the infinite air underwater cheat cause. god.#its so nice to swim around with any anxiety. mostly just used it to swim with clanker for a bit. :).#didnt need it for any other reasons. i done collected everything else girlies #though kid me used a lot of cheat codes in tooie. only because i had a magazine that had all the codes #i 100%'d that one a few years ago i think. jiggies atleast. i think.#anyway. :) clanker

The fact that I’ve been searching for true and actual positive reactions to the mlvn romance from the duffers and have yet to find a single comment about it 12 pages and 20 min deep into a search is absolutely wild to me fr.

Like…I literally typed in the duffers, Mike and Eleven, “romance” + other keywords…and not only was there never more than anything vague, by the second page of google (even when i filtered byler) it was always talking about how there was either a platonic inspiration or an issue between them…or how they switched to some other duo or grouping (especially in S2/S4) because it more compelling when they got to the writing.

Those brothers can’t stand that ship for real 😭😂

#tbd.#mobile.#If you've been wondering why I've been static silence on here for the past few days... he's the reason 💀#I NEED TO KICK HIS ASS I only had enough for one pity #which I lost to my archnemesis (Jean) who I'd have even traded for a C4 Qiqi; in the 70s-80s pity #then I had to spend THREE CONTINUOUS DAYS exploring every region I didn't already have at 100% to finally get there #then I did every world quest every story quest every hangout and every single achievement I could #(aka all besides some secret ones; the fishing 2k one and the sigil thingies for Chenyu)#I am literally BEAT after all that and guess at what pity Lyney's C1 forcefully came home. 79. I'll end him #Why did his rerun have to be positioned so terribly 💀 I've had hundreds of wishes pilled up before Xiao's latest rerun For Lyney's Cons #but then I figured if I don't grab Xiao rn I never will & Lyney also showed no signs of rerunning :) <- booboo the fool #first phase too man the only things I was lucky about in Genshin were the unexplored areas/quests and the fact that I'm on break rn 😭#If I pull for anyone (bar Sethos) until Lyney next reruns I'll need you guys to manifest into my room and beat me up. Have you ever wanted to draw something but you fought due to your skill level at the time you decide not to do it

oh definitely. the hardest part of art is starting- and being comfortable making something that’s not perfect. i find drawing something *intentionally* bad to start or like, with stick figures and very basic shapes, is a good way to get over that first hurdle. and there’s also tutorials online for pretty much anything if you don’t even know where to begin!

you never know what you can do if you never try though, and you also can’t improve if you never do- i avoided backgrounds for years & i’ve been slowly getting myself used to them and have been really liking what i’ve done! (not showing the piece i have in mind yet cause it’s for a zine that’s not come out yet hehe)

#that mental hurdle is the hardest one #+ as a person with ADHD i’ve often had an idea i really wanted to do then put it off for this reason and just. kept forgetting to do it.#without having a deadline or anything my brain is just like ‘oh so this gets done never 👍 got it’#highly recommend just going ‘okay. i will do One Single Thing.’#like okay. well i don’t want to draw this yet; but i can make a new file and name it #cause that often leads to my brain going ‘well that was so easy i guess i could do another thing’#then ‘well i won’t draw the full thing but here’s like. a single circle where i want something to be’#then maybe i’ll go ‘well i can add a few more guidelines just so i remember what i’m envisioning’#and then eventually i’ve gotten so far that i just. ended up doing it. or making a lot of progress #not always! sometimes it really is just the first few things! but it makes it easier the next time i make myself do ‘just one thing’#breaking tasks down like that always makes it much less daunting #crazwaz posted #audience participation
