I wanted to share with you guys this yt channel I found that has excellent Tai Chi classes (complete and for free)

it's great if you're starting from absolute zero (like me) and there are many available playlists with different instructors!

I particularly took a liking to Rita and started this 2023 course of hers (the first video is a recap of the previous course, so skip it and go straight to the second video where she starts at the very basic, it's wonderful) And following this section, there are also Section 2 and Section 3.

I did not expect to like this so much but it's really calming 😌 and it's helping a lot with anxiety and focus
