Default Skin + Dark Tone Addon 2.0

Hello Everyone! I’m sorry this update took so long to get out to everybody.

This is my updated version of the skin I made here. It is far from perfect, however it has major improvements in the eye and nose areas. It also adds age detail to adult and elder sim faces. Children and toddlers also look better now (and the child life stage should be included in the file this time, so sorry for not including it before!!).

I also reduced the texture size. For most users this change shouldn’t be noticeable, aside from the game running a bit smoother. Current textures should be 1K faces and 2K bodies. If I have time, I might make a version with smaller textures for players who need it.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Put these in the Overrides subsection of your Mods folder. Make sure you don’t have a default replacement skin in your game already. You will need BOTH the Default Skin and the Tone Ramp Replacement files for your skin to display correctly. The other two files are non-default, but still highly recommended as they provide a wider range of skin tones.

If you have the old version installed, make sure to remove that before using this one.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Scalp on the dark tone for default replacement/light tone for the addon has seams near the forehead. I tried my best to make it less noticeable, but with the skill and technology I currently have, this was the best I could do. I may go back and fix it later, and of course if someone more skilled wants to do it in the meantime, feel free to do so and tag me so I can use it too lol.

Just follow the other creators’ TOUs. Feel free to tag me if you use these or make something with them! I’d love to see it.

Non-Default Addon Skin (this is a separate skin that allows for darker tones without sacrificing detail)

SweetnerNsims CWB BBQ Backyard Party set 4t3

Summer is approaching soon and your sims are gonna want to grill and party so this set is just for them. In this set you get two sets of food, one is for the grill and one is decor food that you use with OMSP to place on the grill table. The food for the grill is already at the height of the grill so just turn on moveobjects and use alt key to position them on the grill how ever you please. Same with the plates. The table is under tables, chairs is under chairs everything else is statues or miscellaneous decor. You have the position the chairs though, wasn't sure how to get them to snap like a regular table. But they do work as regular chairs. Find it easier by typing "BackyardBBQ" with the search mod. See you with next upload!
