NEW ASK GAME: QUESTIONS FOR YOUR OC

Authority: How does the character feel about authority and hierarchies? Is status important to them and why?
Oh, wow. This is a good one, since it changes a bit over time.
Corellan was raised to believe that governance of any group of people - no matter how small - was inevitable. A hierarchy may be "good" or "bad", and from that, the people would benefit or suffer.
And he developed ideas regarding this belief. That the authority of the Jedi (the Council) and the Republic (the Senate) were "good", and that the Sith Empire, the Hutt Cartel and many other authorities were "bad".
But he grew up a lot during the class stories and during the second Galactic War. He saw people who should have known better abuse their authority, and others turn a blind eye because something else was a greater priority.
It made him think. Yes, systems certainly do matter, but circumstances matter more, and people matter more still.
His own status was unimportant to him until he realized that he had some, and that people would take advantage of him if he didn't use it.
So the Eternal Alliance will not be a government. Instead, it will be a protectorate that doesn't interfere in most respects with the internal affairs its member planets.
I have more to say on this another time.
Marriage/ Does the character believe in marriage? What does it mean for them and would they want it for themselves? How do they imagine their wedding?
Corellan grew up believing that marriage was for other people and not for him. After all, he was a Jedi.
And then… things happened with Kira. And it was like "I want this. I'll do whatever I have to do to make this work."
The elderly: How does the character feel about the older generations? Ok boomer, or a source of wisdom, or something in between? Why is that?
Corellan absolutely REVERED Orgus, Satele, and their generation of Jedi. As time went on, he started to understand that they were people who had been formed by their times, and had made decisions based on those factors.
He still values wisdom. He'd still listen to their counsel. But he's determined not to make the same mistakes others have.
Time: how does the character understand time in general? Is it a linear experience for them?
Corellan has started to realize that there is only THIS moment. There is only the now. We can prepare for the future, but we should never pretend that we can predict it.
