Kona’s faceclaims in the moodboard are not only picked for their appearances, but also for how they portrayed the characters I’ve seen them as. From the left we have Hayley Mills for the 60s (The Parent Trap and Pollyanna), Ami Foster for the 80s (Troop Beverly Hills), Jodie Sweetin for the 90s (Full House), and McKenna Grace for the present (Just Beyond and The Handmaid’s Tale). Also, just putting it out there, but I love McKenna Grace’s song You Ruined Nirvana. It’s worth a listen, in my opinion.

Nicknames: Koko (she hates it because it sounds like a dog’s name), Kone (usually only by her friends), and Kokomo (after the restaurant her parents met in and a Beach Boys song)

Distinguishing features: Has an old scar on her right knee from taking a nasty fall off her bike as a kid, a freckle on the left corner of her lips, and her left eye is slightly more blue than green, but you can only see it when you’re really close or looking for it.

Mannerisms: Tying knots or braids when she’s bored, bouncing her legs when she sits criss-cross, biting her fingernails (started as a way to piss off her mom and now just does it when she’s nervous)

Health: Prone to nosebleeds, born with one kidney, and is allergic to strawberries

Hobbies: Making friendship bracelets and other jewelry, bowling, embroidering her jeans and sneakers

Greatest flaw (in their opinion): She can be very sassy/sarcastic and it comes across as mean even though she doesn’t mean it that way. She hates when people take her humor/the way she says things the wrong way, but she’s trying to work on it.

Best quality (in their opinion): Definitely her confidence. Kona is very outspoken about who she is and how, if someone doesn't like how she is, they can get out of her life. She was a shy little thing when her family moved away from Hawaii, but now she's back to her confident, sure-of-herself ways. Her parents encourage her to be herself and to be confident in who she is and Kona makes sure everyone is well aware that they can't change her no matter how hard they try.

Biggest fear: Change. She doesn’t like things to change at all, not even her daily routine. It’s something she had major issues with after they moved when she was younger and never quite got over. She likes things just the way they are and always have been, so when something comes along and disrupts the normality she’s used to, she has a really rough time working through it.

New Family - Chapter 4

Pairing: Hybrid BTS x Female! Reader; Human!Reader, Wolf!Namjoon, Alpaca!Seokjin, Black Panther!Yoongi, Red Fox!Jhope, Corgi Dog!Jimin, Tiger!Taehyung, Bunny!Jungkook.

Summary: After receiving a promotion at work Y/N realizes that she has more free time so she decides to use this time usefully and ends up volunteering in an organization that rescues abused hybrids. What she doesn't know is that this will completely change her life!

The next morning I wake up in the warm arms of Yoongi, I look at him sleeping, he seems so peaceful after yesterday. I continue to look at his beautiful and wake up from my daydream when I notice his ears twitching. For him not to wake up and see me looking at him like a creep I try to get up but his tail holds me back.

"Yoongi, I need to get up!" I tell him. "No." he said putting his head on my neck. I start blushing. "Yoongs, I have to make breakfast for your friend." After a few minutes he lets me out reluctantly and goes back to sleep in his corner.

I go carefully to the kitchen trying not to make too much noise so I don't bother the other hybrid. Preparing breakfast I begin to think the motives to why the other hybrid was injured and also how Yoongi knows him. During this thought I recognize a certain tail around my waist and feel Yoongi hugging me from behind sleeping on my back, starting a beautiful morning routine that I hope it never ends.

"Coff Coff!" We hear someone fake coughing behind us. And I see the other hybrid shy looking at us without knowing what to do but trying not to smile too much for Yoongi actions.

"Hobi!" Yoongi says going to him checking the wounds. "Suga!" he says a bit loudly, this Hobi, very happy begins to hug Yoongi that to my surprise gently embraces back.

"Hi! How are you feeling? Are you hungry?" I ask him while smiling at them. The hybrid jumps behind Yoongi scared forgetting that I was there. "It's okay Hobi she's a good one don't need to worry!" I hear Yoongi whispering to him. The other hybrid nods trusting his hyung word. "Hi!" he says it with a big beautiful smile waving at me and I smile back.

"Here,both of you eat!" I said to them putting the food on the table. Yoongi sits down like usual while the other stays up looking at me. "CAN I?!" he asked screaming and his ears went up and his little tale starter moving from excitement. "Of course!" "Sit idiot!" Me and Yoongi said at the same time making him sit while I look at Yoongi for calling this cutie idiot then I saw the hybrid start eating like he hasn't eat in days.

"Do you want more sweetheart?" I asked him worried and amused. He nods happily with his mouth stuffed with food making his beautiful cheeks even bigger making me laugh then I get up to get him more. "Why you don't ask me if I want more and call me that?" Yoongi asks pretending being angry. "Because he looks that he hasn't eat in days Yoongs!" I say his nickname on purpose. " And I dont know his name and also because his very cute and sweet and your not!" I said joking a little.

The other hybrid tries not to choke on the food from laughing at us. Yoongi playfully glares at me and I laugh liking this playful side of him. Then the other hybrid realizes that he didn't introduce himself. "I'm sorry! I'm your angel,I'm your hope I'm Jhope! Thank you for taking care of me!" he says with a huge beautiful smile. "Well my angel,my hope, Jhope! I'm Y/N! Nice to meet you! Don't worry! Your very welcome! You can stay here wherever you want!" I told him laughing from his introduction. "Really?" he says. "Of course! Friends of Yoongi are my friends too!" I told him. And with that he hug me tightly thanking me a lot and I laugh hugging back.

"Hoseok." Yoongi said with authority, causing Jhope to let go. So his name is Hoseok I think, so that means that maybe the the nickname of Yoongi is Suga. "So you called Yoongi Suga yesterday, why?" I asked Jhope. Yoongi or Suga try to stop Jhope from telling but he ignored him. "Well, you know hyung sometimes are cold but when he wants he can be really sweet and attentive so that's why the name! And because of his gummy smile of course!" he says smiling at me and I nod in agreement. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN GUMMY SMILE! HE NEVER SMILE LIKE THAT TO ME!" I suddenly scream looking at Yoongi that was trying to hide from embarrassment. Hoseok starts laughing so much that he falls to the ground then we look at each other,nod and look back at Yoongi who looked scared.

After many hours of chasing Yoongi and trying many things to make his gummy smile to come out. Me and Hoseok gave up and dramatically we sit on the couch complaining about him making us miss his gummy smile looking at our action. Then we stay in the couch silently with Yoongi sleeping in the other. "Do you know Yoongi for a long time? Does he always sleep this much?" I asked Hoseok with curiosity trying to break the silence. "I know him for a long time and yes he sleeps a lot!" Hoseok says being a little dramatic making me laugh and we talked for awhile, without noticing Yoongi ears twitching secretly hearing our conversation. Hoseok tells me that he is a red fox making me realize that they both are very exotic and expensive hybrids and that made me think.

"What is it? I can smell the curiosity from you?" Hoseok asks me. "Well, how did you know my phone number and why were you hurt?" I ask him. Hoseok looks at me not knowing what to say, he opens and closes his mouth multiple times until Yoongi talks. "His a professional hacker, he found me for help." "An hacker…help? What are you talking about?" I asked very confused. Yoongi sighs passing his hand in his hair angry from the memories of the past and Hoseok stays silent playing with his hands.

"Me and Hoseok, the moment we were born we were sold to a gang that trained us, me to fight and him to hack. After long years with them we were sold again but this time to something worse way worse." Yoongi started to tell me and I look at him not knowing what to think or say. I look at Hoseok that started crying silently and I hold his hand trying to console him making him launch himself at me crying on my lap and I tried again calm him down by petting his ears. And Yoongi looks at him with sad eyes and putting his tail on Hoseok back making know his there. Then Yoongi continues.
