fun fact: in new zealand, they don't sell hard alcohol in normal grocery stores. and I Did Not Know This At All. like two weeks after I arrived I was staying with my first host family, going to the store with them, and I was just wandering around the absolutely massive store DESPERATELY seeking the liquor section, until I finally gave up and asked the dad where on earth they were hiding the whiskey. and this man had to be like "oh they don't sell that in grocery stores" so the WHOLE FAMILY had to come with me to the fucking liquor store across the street so I could get my whiskey 😭😭😭

He’d be so mortified omg 😭 like he’s so curious s to why Mikasa is always smiling or giggling whilst on her phone and sometimes even her laptop and he has no idea why. But he doesn’t want to invade on her privacy - he knows how much that means to teenagers. Levi actually finds out by accident - he saw a glimpse of her phone when she was finished with chores and homework so she was just on the sofa reading her fanfic and he looked over her shoulder briefly and saw she was on AO3 or something. Searches it after lights out on his own phone, and gets more and more terrified the more he scrolls through the pages 😭 but the actual concept of fanfiction still doesn’t make sense to him so he types in ‘stories about stories’ on Google 💀💀 slowly discovers the common tropes, aus, etc. then Levi remembers what fandoms gothkasa is into and searched that fandom up and just immediately pales at what he sees. starts searching up on a separate tab ‘my kid reads mafia and vampire au fanfiction is she okay?’ 😭😭 oh good lord what if he finds out what omegaverse is. Levi is never sleeping again after being cursed with that knowledge 😭 next thing he knows it’s morning and he can hardly meet Mikasa’s eyes over the breakfast table knowing she’s probably read 200k slow burn explicit RPF of her favourite bands.
