Hey hey did you know I love Monty almost as much as I love Sun and Moon?

So @paper-lilypie and @honiegoo and I came up with this and have been brainstorming ideas for it for DAYS

Here's my version of what I think they'd look like

So to summarize what this is about

Y/N is a field scientist sent by NASA to observe and study flora and fauna of a planet while preparing it for a small human settlement in the future. But something goes wrong and their ship crash lands on the wrong planet!

Imagine their surprise to be captured by an alligator alien named Monty. Monty is also stranded on this planet but takes Y/N as a prisoner, initially believing they had something to do with the attack on his ship and crew. But a little time together might soften that tough exterior

Congrats again!!! Ok question 2 — are there any “what if” almost happened moments for the birthday dinner outing in Scathed 👀

Ahhhhhhh!!!!! Kate I’m so happy you asked about this! YES! There are! TWO BIG ONES ACTUALLY!

First off: Emily’s birthday celebration almost didn’t exist! Crazy right!? That chapter has so many emotions and moments in it and I adore it 😭

Second: originally, I was gonna have Javi tell Emily that he was going back to Colombia that night (after the I should be dead conversation), but I couldn’t bring him to be such an asshole (not yet at least) and on her birthday?! No Javi wouldn’t do that to his best friend. Be we do see hints of him thinking about it. There’s one line when he says “he needs to tell her” or something like that. It’s meant to refer to him going back to Colombia or at least thinking about it.

And another small detail: I hadn’t planned for the rest of the family didn’t show up, but it felt right.
