Hey hey did you know I love Monty almost as much as I love Sun and Moon?

So @paper-lilypie and @honiegoo and I came up with this and have been brainstorming ideas for it for DAYS

Here's my version of what I think they'd look like

So to summarize what this is about

Y/N is a field scientist sent by NASA to observe and study flora and fauna of a planet while preparing it for a small human settlement in the future. But something goes wrong and their ship crash lands on the wrong planet!

Imagine their surprise to be captured by an alligator alien named Monty. Monty is also stranded on this planet but takes Y/N as a prisoner, initially believing they had something to do with the attack on his ship and crew. But a little time together might soften that tough exterior

A Fallout character who genuinely believes they're in a blighted medieval fantasy world and not a post-apocalyptic wasteland, mistaking super mutants for orcs, the Brotherhood for legit knights, ghouls for undead, mutated animals for demons. Maybe a ghoul who thinks they cast a spell that turned them into a lich, or a post-war human who lost their parents young and never could differentiate between the facts and fictions they were told. I'm not sure I'd trust Bethesda to handle this, but a character like this could be used to explore how traumatized people sometimes experience delusions as a coping mechanism.

Well, not sure what the "sus and kind of terf-flavoured" line was but it's honestly hilarious how RTD made the 60th DW anniversary episodes as trans-positive as he could, yet these people are still going "yeah but he wants to hire HBC so he's obviously a secret bigot".
