A commission and comic for @silverstreams latest chapter of The Long Game. Truly a moment worth waiting for, and certainly worth drawing! (Thanks for commissioning this and giving me the chance to draw pretty women)

(Also added a couple WIP's and details under the cut! Like the updated outfits, since we were figuring out the details of Chells dress and "GLaDOS's" new looks :) )
This is also the WIP version of the comic, with the messier sketches and cleaned up parts! This is actually version 2 of the sketches made, since the first one didn't focus on that last moment as much as it needed.

“There was just something about seeing Chell there, against the diffused light of the test chamber, that ensnared her attention. The way that she was so casually leaning against the wall, arms folded loosely as she watched the bots below—it brought up a strong emotion inside of GLaDOS, as if this soft light had somehow smoothed out her own hard edges, if only for this moment.

Question: how would you attempt to write the fic if you didnthave the andriod form involved, im wondering abt it because its kinda a big factor in limiting GLaDOS's abilities.
Yeah I couldn't figure it out. It ended up being essential because
[the long game spoilers, ch 27]
GLaDOS doesn't hold the admin account in the system, Caroline does. GLaDOS was able to replace Wheatley, sure, with the help of Chell, but she definitely doesn't have priority over the admin account. Caroline just hasn't been in a position where she has been able to utilize that login information.
So yeah, the android body was kind of necessary to get GLaDOS locked out of the full abilities of her own system, and a good way to provide an opportunity for someone to take advantage of that (ch 22, 23) to get temporary control on the limited systems of the android and to try to set things up so that she could take control again in the future (ch 27) and to then use that as a chance to get herself as the one in charge in the system, overall (upcoming ch).
I couldn't think of an alternate way to accomplish all of that, as much as I wanted to try to stick with regular GLaDOS, because I had always felt that tossing her into an android for shipping purposes was the coward's approach, lol.
