when i was younger, most of my barbie’s were my moms old ones. so i had totally hair barbie, superstar ken, and one other one.
now something u need to know about my mom is that she LOVED michael jackson. like she was him for halloween one year kinda loved. handmade sequin glove and everything.
so the other ken doll i had was a michael jackson barbie. here’s what he looked like, except the glove, sash, and microphone got lost over the years.
this doll scared the SHIT out of 6 year old me, so he stayed at the bottom of the bin with all the clothes i had piled on top. and if i needed another ken, he was an ex boyfriend exclusively lmao

I see a lot of writing advice that I don’t click with, but the idea that you need to know everything about your character up to and including favorite colors and high school subjects always seems so unnecessary, because like, when is that ever relevant?
In unrelated news, my high school extracurriculars just came up in a job interview.

#star wars#jaster mereel#death watch#star wars miniatures#that i have#you know it is funny how sources like to say jaster was all about honor and/or honorable behaviour#but never really dwelling on what that supposed to mean#i mean the golden age of mandalorian was about picking a fight for honor and mandalorian empire attacked and destroyed many worlds#while mando bounty hunting was seen as them losing a honor and being about money#at least in canderous ordo's eyes#and then jaster demands honor from his men but true mandalorians / jango never had any second thoughts about killing people who tried#to rebel against their opressors yet the opressors are the one with money so mando works for them#so the honor doesn't sound as about for whom you work#but rather how you work#so it still doesn't tell us why jaster and tor fight because honor is#not a rigidly defined concept and varies from person to person#but when we hear someone cares for honor then we all oh he must be a good guy#but what is a honor and honorable behaviour for mando mercenary who take money for killing other (also weaker) people?#and we know from JF: OS that Jaster saw Mando just as higly paid mencenaries#so was their conflict about a mando... job etiquette?
