HCs: Perrito doing dog things around Kitty and Puss

they’re just chilling at an inn or smthn and perrito sees someone walking outside and he just loses it, “guys. guys. there’s a person outside. there’s-there’s a person. they’re walking. they’re still walking— hey! HEY PERSON! HI! HI WANNA BE MY FRIEND?!”

he watches them eat all. the. time. he’s finished his food already and has had enough to feed an army but he still has his eyes glued to kitty’s plate while occasionally licking his lips.

“perrito you just said you were full.”

“oh i don’t want any! i’m just…curious…” he says while drooling profusely.

don’t leave him alone with ANYTHING that could potentially be ripped apart. he will shred it.

one time he got caught up chewing on puss’ boot and didn’t realize how bad it was until he heard the cat approaching. puss walked in only to be horrified at one of his boots completely wrecked on the floor while perrito sat in the corner facing away from him, his tail wagging nervously.

perrito would have gotten a very thorough scolding if not for the raw power of his “guilty dog” face: head down, ears flat against his head, avoiding eye contact, just looking like the saddest thing in the world. puss had realized then that his “cute face” had a worthy contender.

zoomies. oh my god the zoomies.

he likes to play-fight — both with puss and kitty — and it’s adorable. he does that thing where he bends down with his front legs stretched out and his butt in the air. puss or kitty will paw at his face (puss making sure to never use his claws) and perrito would nip and growl and bite them (gently) with his tail wagging a mile a minute.

he also does that sneeze dogs do to indicate that it’s all just play and not a real fight (not that puss or kitty would really need that reassurance).

sometimes one of the cats will get really into it and actually get down on all-fours themselves, tail flicking back and forth playfully.

kitty had the privilege of walking in on the boys wrestling one time, perrito zooming back and forth while puss leapt onto him and rolled the two over. it was only until he had perrito pinned on his back, his little legs wiggling wildly as he squirmed and tried to get up, that he noticed kitty giggling in the corner, and the playtime was promptly ended.

Feel free to add more!! i own dogs but not cats so if y’all have any ideas for puss and kitty doing silly cat-things pls go nuts lol

For the 1st anniversary of Puss in Boots 2, I made a poster. My original plan was to make something epic with everyone in it, but with class in the way, finishing it up, and winding down, I wanted to make something calm and simple.

My Essay on Puss, Kitty and Perrito in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

Puss’ anxiety, fear, PTSD/trauma and even panic attack were played realistically(His mental health issues were not made fun of and they were not played for comedy. They were not glorifyied either.) and Perrito being there for Puss and comforting him quietly but gently is sad and heartwarming at the same time. Puss feeling genuine guilt for leaving Kitty and Kitty's heartbreak are both heartbreaking a lot as well - Kitty was lonely and heartbroken and she had trust issues. Perrito was abused and left to die but he survived and was living optimistically, dreaming of being a therapy dog to help others but he also really wanted to have family and friends.

Eventually and thankfully, a hopeful future comes for them.

Puss accepted that it’s okay to be scared and vulnerable, learned to ask for and accept help, talked about his feelings, learned from his mistakes, made better choices, opened up to others and learned to being there for them, learned and appreciated the value of life from his time with Kitty and Perrito, accepted that death is inevitable but decided that he’s going to live his last life to the fullest and reconciled with and rekindled his romance with Kitty, thus assuring Kitty that he's with her and he regained her trust and love as Kitty found him again and was able to be with him again, regaining her love and trust for him and Kitty is not lonely anymore. Perrito met and befriended Puss and Kitty and they helped each other out of genuine love, understanding and support for each other, ultimately becoming "Team Friendship", allowing Puss to have true family and friends he desired.

Although Puss is still scared, Puss is not afraid of opening up about feelings anymore and he's not alone anymore because he has loved ones. Even though he's still struggling with his anxiety, trauma/PTSD and panic attacks, he is working through them very slowly but steadily with the help, understanding, love and support of his loved ones.

Puss, Kitty and Perrito used be to alone but now they're not alone anymore because they have each other.

You've been through a lot, Puss, Kitty and Perrito, I'm here, you all are not alone. (Comforts Puss, Kitty and Perrito)

After scrolling the tag I think people definately need to chill when it comes to Forever’s current arc. Like it says a lot that BBH had to step away from the lore convo with Forever and Max to look his chat in the eye and tell them to CHILL.

From Forever’s pov it makes complete sense but neither side, Forever or BBH or Bagerah, are really able to communicate their povs when it comes to Jaiden’s situation in a way the others understand - which is fine! They will work it out. This will not become a massive schism within Team Friendship.

This server is all about communication and I have complete faith everyone will find a way to communicate with each other and work it out. Just give them time :)
