Summary: After a terrible concert for the band, Bill blames you entirely, taking his anger out on you in the best way he could.

My heart skipped a beat as I heard Bill's voice echo through the empty arena. I knew he was pissed, and I knew I was in trouble. I swallowed hard, my throat feeling like sandpaper as I tried to make sense of what was happening. It had been a rough concert, with our band arguing onstage and off. But I never thought Bill would take it out on me like this.

He stormed into the dressing room, slamming the door behind him and immediately locking it. My stomach flipped as I watched him pace the floor, his shoulders tense and his fists clenched. "You," he growled, pointing a shaky finger in my direction. "You're the reason everything went to shit tonight."

I gulped, feeling a chill run down my spine. Bill and I had never been close, even though we were in the same band. He was the lead singer, and I played the keyboard. But lately, our relationship had been strained, to say the least. We hadn't been getting along, and tonight's show had only made things worse.

"You think you can just walk all over me?" he demanded, stalking closer. His brown eyes blazed with anger, and I could feel the heat radiating off his body.

I swallowed hard, forcing myself to meet his gaze. "Bill, I-"

But before I could finish my sentence, he grabbed me roughly by the shoulders and threw me onto the couch. "You're going to pay for what you've done," he snarled, straddling my body. "And I'm going to make sure you never forget it."

His weight pressed down on me, his breath hot and ragged against my ear. "You're going to beg for my cum, you hear me?" He squeezed my breasts roughly through my top, and I winced in pain. "And you're going to beg for it hard, you little bitch."

His hands slid down to my hips, tugging my skirt up around my waist. I could feel the cool air on my bare skin as he yanked my underwear down as well, leaving me completely exposed to him. "And then," he growled, "I'm going to fuck you until you can't walk straight."

With that, he lowered his head, capturing one of my nipples between his teeth. I cried out, arching my back involuntarily, as he suckled hard. His other hand found its way between my legs, roughly parting my folds and finding my aching clit. He circled it with his fingers, teasing me mercilessly. "You're so wet for me," he purred, his voice low and dangerous. "Just like I knew you would be."

I couldn't believe what was happening. Bill had always been possessive, but this was on a whole new level. And as much as I hated to admit it, I was starting to feel the familiar tug of arousal between my legs. His rough touch, his demanding words, they were turning me on in a way I could never have imagined.

"That's it," he groaned, picking up the pace on my clit. "You like this, don't you? You like knowing that you belong to me." His free hand slid up my thigh, parting my folds further and positioning his thick, hard length at my entrance. "And now," he growled, "you're going to feel how much you belong to me."

With a force that took my breath away, he thrust into me. I cried out, arching my back off the couch as he buried himself to the hilt, claiming me completely. His thrusts were powerful and unyielding, driving into me over and over, making it impossible to catch my breath.

His hands held me down, his body pinning me to the couch as he took what he wanted, claiming his dominance. And despite myself, despite everything that had happened, I couldn't help but feel the pleasure building inside me, spiraling out of control. "Yes," I gasped, my voice barely audible above the pounding of my heart. "Yes, Bill, I'm yours."

His thrusts grew more frenzied, his breath hot against my ear. "That's it," he growled. "That's my good girl." His hand slipped between us, finding my clit once more, and began to circle it expertly. I arched my back off the couch, crying out as the sensation overtook me, sending waves of pleasure coursing through my veins.

"You like that?" he asked, his voice rough with desire. "You like how I make you feel?" His thrusts became deeper, harder, each one driving him deeper inside me, making me feel completely and utterly claimed. I couldn't think straight, couldn't form coherent thoughts as my body surrendered to the sensation, to the raw power that radiated off him in waves.

With one hand, he gripped my hip, holding me still as he pumped into me, his thrusts steady and sure. With the other, he trailed his fingers down my stomach, teasing the sensitive skin beneath my navel. "You belong to me," he growled, his lips brushing against my ear. "You always have."

The feeling of being so completely owned, so utterly claimed, was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. It was exhilarating and terrifying all at once, and as he continued to take me with brutal precision, I couldn't help but wonder if this was what it meant to truly surrender.

Bill's grip on my hip tightened, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he pounded into me, his body moving in perfect rhythm with mine. I could feel the tension building inside him, feel the way his muscles bunched and flexed as he fought to maintain control. His other hand found its way up my body, cupping my breast, pinching my nipple roughly between his fingers.

"That's it," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "That's how much you belong to me."

The words sent a shiver down my spine, a mixture of fear and arousal that I couldn't begin to understand. But as he continued to claim me, his rough hands and demanding words fueling my desire, I felt myself losing control.

He pulled me onto his lap, my legs straddling his hips as he gripped my waist, holding me close. His other hand found its way between us, teasing my swollen folds as he pushed two fingers inside me. I arched my back, moaning at the sensation of being so filled, so possessed.

His free hand held my head back, his grip firm but not painful as he looked down at me. "You know what you've done, don't you?" he growled. "You've made me want you. You've made me want this. And now there's no going back." His thumb brushed across my lower lip, tracing the outline of my mouth. "You're mine, and I'm never letting you go."

I think (usually) I'm pretty good at staying true to the characters and not making them too ooc (and I know when it's ooc, okay, I have one wip rn where I just don't give a fuck, I'm writing it anyway lol), and I can get into their heads pretty well. Also I think I'm good at the cute fluffy stuff lol idk

there's probably a lot lol - rn the one that comes to mind is descriptions probably, which is why writing fanfic where we have established characters and settings is so much easier than og stuff haha

I'm sorry, but what kind of accent does Ivan have? He's the only sim who speaks that way and now that he's more in focus, I can't help but wonder where he comes from! Also, while I'm at it, I've also noticed that you stay loyal to the Sim world ("speaking in Tartosan" "a Tartosan goddess", etc), and while it's obvious that Tartosa was based on Italy and Spain, do you imagine your characters being from real countries and with distinct cultural backgrounds?

hmmm idk that he really has an accent as such, it's more that he speaks more loosely/common than every one else. i don't really have voice claims or any real countries to pin these pixels to cos they're sims u kno, it'd probs get messy if i started tying things to irl and not others.. so nah, other than rough stuff like vaguely japanese for mt. komo or italy for tartosa i don't pin em to real places ig you could use my northern english accent as an example tho, like my mom is pretty well spoken but still northern right? so she pronounces her t's n shit but my accent is way more common and i drop all mine to a ridiculous extent (if i was to write butter or water the way i'd say it it's practically unreadable lol.. like bu'uer? bUHer?? idk lmao) so Ivan probs speaks like me tbh.. Tommy, Rhys and a couple others speak that way too and Oscar does when he's drunk

Do you mind if I ask your top 10 favorite characters (can be male or female) from all of the media that you loved (can be anime/manga, books, movies or tv series)? And why do you love them? Sorry if you've answered this question before.....Thanks...

Yeah! It’s really difficult to just pick 10 but, in no particular order,

1. Leonardo from 2012 TMNT — one of my first kins, he’s just amazing in every way idk what to tell you. He’s so nerdy and lovable I adore him.

2. Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds — my comfort show, if seen it more than anyone, he’s very Gender and so obviously Autistic that I identified with him before I even knew I was Autistic.

3. Tendou/Oikawa/Tsukishima from Haikyuu — I’m counting this as 1 character because I love everyone in Haikyuu, it’s my fav anime. But these three are just.. so good. They fall under the “pretty assholes” type and I love that for them.

4. Gon/Killua from HxH — again, 1 chara, HXH is tied for fav with Haikyuu, I just love Gon and Killua’s dynamic. Such a happy protagonist can sometimes be overbearing but I think Gon is written really well!

5. Percy Jackson from PJO — Grew up reading these books, of course I’m gonna adore the OP ocean kid from NYC.

6. Nagisa from Assassination classroom & Isagi from BlueLock — Including both of them because I like them for the same reason. Two of my fav Animes. The character archetype of kind of weak/pathetic/underestimated but is actually badass is a personal fav of mine.

7. Spiderman & Tony Stark — More specifically the dynamic between Tom’s and RDJ’s versions of the characters. I love the father/son found family relationship. I love all Spiderman vers tho!

8. Geto Suguru from JJK — I could also include Gojo in this, because a huge part of why I love this character is because of his dynamic with Gojo, but I genuinely just like him by himself too. I LOVE characters giving in to the “dark side” so of COURSE I love this man.

9. Shen Yuan/Luo Binghe from SVSSS — They might not actually be top 10 tbh, but I’m brainrotting ab them rn so. I just, really like the “Good Person/Kinda Fucked Up” dynamic A Lot

10. Reki/Langa from Sk8 the Infinity — This anime destroyed me emotionally and mentally. But I adore these two so much. What they went through together?? Unparalleled.

This definitely isn’t all the characters I like, and it’s probably not too accurate, but these are pretty good for rn!

Y/N! These are my designs for Y/N to create a sense of continuity lol so I can still use some descriptive words lol

Hey! I have more information out now about them and their partners!

I’ve nicknamed Y/N after what pet names they’re called. So it wouldn’t get repetitive with Y/N and I’m taking these to be as Gender neutral as possible. But there are only so many names T~T

left to right- top to bottom:

Starshine and Sunshine for Classic

Buns and Hunny for Underswap

Doll and Prince/ss for underfell

Darling and Angel for Swapfell

Lamb and Sugar for Horrortale

Boba and Cocoa for FellSwapGold

In a perfect world- I would have a more feminine and a masculine one. But unfortunately I am but one person and 24 designs is a lot T~T so I went for smth androgynous. Though- I wish I could do all of them with hairstyles in both feminine, Masculine, and in both white and poc hair. I have such cute ideas T~T but again- time lol (feel free to ask what they are tho lol)

I tried my hardest to make these match the skelly of choice best I could lol, they're at least color picked lol. And these are supposed to be them like, within the first while of reseting underground. So what they look like for majority of the story. Though I think some of them need a bit of explanation lol (Like the horrors)

And actually, I had done what was at the time, my sona, long time ago in outfits pretty close though mine were a bit feminine to be nuetral. So I actually had some designs in mind when I started! And the nicknames are based on ones I already had in mind lol. So technically Skelly matches Y/N not the other way around lol.

I'm also making these with the assumption they live in Snowdin and it is cold. So that's why it's all pretty covering.

Ok now onto the individual commentary lol

UT:

But ok having matching space names with Meteorite is so cute is it not??? And obviously you're his little starshine <3. I love that I got to incorporate the fluff from his hoodie strings with the earmuffs. I think thats cute <3 and I almost made them pink lol, but to match I went with that grey lol

Sunshine's also a good one, because I think to match up, or even keep up with Rocket you got to be pretty upbeat lol, so Sunshine fits perfectly, and still vaguely matches lol. The outfit is also pretty solid! Still color block

US:

Buns <3 I think Buns and Lucky match pretty well, since Buns is close to and/or short for Bunny, and Rabits foot being Lucky- pretty close match! (Also if you use Bunny, Lucky, Bee, and Hunny, they all almost rhyme lol) But another sporty type! Or again at least upbeat! So a kind of joggers outfit so they don't freeze lol, tho Buns seems like an airy kind of person tbh, so light clothes above ground lol

Hunny and Bee just made so much sense lol, almost a no brainer. Even better, Bee is a super domestic type, so he would so call his S/O Hunny, idk why I chose to spell it Hunny, but I did and it stuck lol. I also love the parka for Hunny, I know the more obvious choice would be for doll, but I think it works well for Hunny and Bee's cozy vibe <3

UF:

Doll- this is one of the names I know is a bit feminine, but idk what else to really use? Shadow is the type to call you 'Doll, Sweetheart, ect' but Sweetheart didn't seem like a good nickname, so I went Doll. And with Doll's design I'm still a little ehhhh on, but it needs to be gender neutral so it's what I got lol. Originally Doll had an off the shoulder sweater, with the same knitting's pattern down the front, so I had to bring up the neckline lol. But in turn I did give Doll thumb holes in the sweater so like only their fingers show through the top of the sleeve cuff <3 Oh and the collar is to match a head cannon that I like about collars in fell culture showing that someone is taking care of the person wearing it. S/O would be given one quickly to help keep them safe.

Prince/ss was another one that was little difficult, but I think the slash fixes it- at least imo if y'all think otherwise lemme know lol. But Knight is very chivalrous and formal lol, so only the fanciest nicknames for his beloved <3. The outfit was easy though lol, with the general characterization I have for Prince/ss, being that overtime underground they become confident and capable to handle themselves with training under Knight, something bold and kind of aggressive was right for them. Prince/ss has a collar for the same reason Doll does.

SF:

Darling~ easy name choice, something sweet and classy lol matches Chardonnay just right lol, maybe not in theme, but in style. Their outfit was a little more difficult to do so it was different enough from Chardonnay but still matches, and is gender neutral lol. But I settled for tying the jacket in a knot at the waist. If I wasn't jsut doing half bodies rn- I might of made them a small top big pants lol, but also cold lol Darling has a fancy collar lol, Chardonnay is big into jewelry, so obviously he only gives the best lol, it's also got silver and some metal in it to match him lol.

Angel was also a pretty easy name, Silver thinks very highly of his S/O and that they're much better than he deserves, so Angel was a fitting name. Now their outfit was also pretty easy- but I do have some story with it lol. So I've mentioned Silver's underground issues, in the skelly intro post. So underground he's pretty distant underground, doesn't even really believe you're there. So it causes a little heartache, and you're mostly assisted by Chardonnay (who is happy to help the person who got his brother clean at one point-) Angel does have a collar but you can't quite see it, but it's a small thin black one from Chardonnay.

HT:

Now with Lamb things get funky lol, the name was pretty easy, it's not my favorite one, but I think it works lol. But they're already so torn up??? The way I'm setting HT is that they get in some trouble on the way back to the HT bros house, and with Lamb finding Pumpkin quickly they get out better than Sugar. Still scarred but not as bad.

Sugar however was not as lucky- it took Sugar longer to find Muffin, though they did find Muffin first as both brothers were out that day. And Sugar got into more trouble for longer and lost an eye. (Just an aside- but any hairstyle with Sugar has the hair pulled back on the side with the good eye so they can see as much as they can) Sugar's name is cute tho <3 Muffin- even tho being affected by the 'food' is still very sweet, and will still call you sweet things <3 and obviously food is very important to the HT bros so its a high compliment too lol

FSG:

Boba- this one took forever name wise, I thought about smth like Champagne for awhile, but thought it was too many wine names lol. I also tried bubbles or bubbly to reference Champagne but it never worked. I thought about coffee or things like juice, but settle on Boba, like Boba tea, so all the FSG people have drink themed names lol. Outfit was easier though lol, Long overcoat to keep warm, and basic black shirt and dress pants to be formal but still neutral.

Cocoa was an easy name, I thought of it one day and it stuck so hard lol, and it's so cute along side Coffee Bean <3 Outfit I saw while looking for an outfit for Boba and went Oh!!! Cocoa outfit!!! lol It matches Coffee super well too I think <3

i'm working on a openly bi steve / queer eddie fic and it needs a lot of editing and keeps growing and it could honestly never get done but i really hope i work it out one day (i wanna incorporate music into the like theme of the scenes somehow but i dunno if i'm capable enough for it to be good - plus rewriting is hard bc what's there is good its just not right for this)

i like to think i can write my rancid sewer goblin dream boy eddie munson pov well

and maybe dialogue, or like metaphors?? i also have a thing about rhythm when i write so hopefully that come through, like pace and flow of sentences or whatever.

i have like pictures in my head and i never know how much to describe, like do i go full setting and facial expressions but then that feels like too much so idk. but ye that - the stuff around the dialogue

HI ELLIE OKAY I JUST FINISHED TTPD AND I AHVE OPINIONS 😭 first half of the album was ehh idk how to feel abt fortnight considering it’s the single for this album I think it was good not that good though it wasn’t amazing like lavender haze I really loved ttpd (the song) I think my boy only breaks his favorite toys were good but so long London was a HUGE disappointed I think we all hyped it up so much and we all ended up getting disappointed because it wasn’t what we wanted or expected but daddy I love him WAS SO GOOD especially the lyric Where it goes “I’m having his baby no I’m not,but you should see your faces” GAGEDDD I WAS GAGED I also really liked fresh out of the slammer especially the kind banging sounds ik it wasn’t banging but bear w me 😭😭 guys English isn’t my language you can’t blame me fr 😂😂 who’s afraid of little old me WAS SO GOOOD and I can do it with a broken heart especially when she goes “I’m so depressed I act like it’s my birthday everyday Im so obsessed with him but he avoids me like plague” and the upbeat music makes it so much better the anothology was so much better then the normal version definitely really loved the black dog that song really stood out to me imgonnagetyouback WAS SO GOOD I saved that one I hate it here was also really good 😭 thanK you aIMee THE SHADE THROWN AT KIM ?? currently only 911, but I did write mcu and spn and if inspiration strikes might go back (kinda missing sambucky tbh, might need to write something for them soon haha)

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

generally angst is not particularly my thing, and there are always happy endings in mine lol - but around the lightning arc I wrote a few angsty-ish fics, and I guess these two might count? Fine and don't know what I'd do if your tomorrow never came

like all of them have happy endings haha - but i'd say the holiday fic -For a holiday (and forevermore) - might be the happiest?? (or just satisfying after the slow burn and them being fake dating oblivious idiots haha)

not really, I did get like two not so nice comments ever (one even very recently, and I'm in a place where it hit harder than the previous one lol but it's fine) but generally I don't, my comments are filled with love and I appreciate that so much <3

I do now lmao - it's the very sappy kind with lots of feelings - other than that, I'm still trying out new stuff haha

I don't - there's one that I'm not sure if it counts but I did write a mcu with netflix marvel shows crossover bc I'm dying to see Jessica Jones interact with Bucky lol - nothing crazy tho, just them lowkey trauma bonding - but other than that, no, not really writing crossovers, idk, haven't tried any yet haha

the 5+1 nicknames fic - something there is just not working and I want to rewrite the whole thing but can't get around to it - this and one other fic have been postponed since like january, don't know if I'll get back to them tho i want to :(

I think I'm pretty good with dialogue and feelings and in smut I'm good at making it soft and sweet but also hot and horny at the same time haha and usually can write characters so that they don't feel too ooc (I think? that's the feedback i often get, idk lol)

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

overusing the same words over and over again (but like, synonyms don't hit the same lol), probably way too many adverbs, and I'm not great with descriptions of characters or places etc and trying to work on that haha

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

feels awkward - a word here and there is fine, but whole conversations both in reading and writing feels awkward and out of place idk (I think I wrote a whole line in one fic and it's so bad haha)

19. First fandom you wrote for?

when it comes to shows, spn - destiel before that, unfortunately, was rpf and 1d but we don't talk about that

20. Favorite fic you’ve written?

it's between the possessive smut and the car smut tbh lol I love both so much (possessive maybe a bit more tho? just a tiny bit haha - but gonna link both here lol)

31: What's your ideal fic length to write? | What's your ideal fic length to read?

Bestie, I literally cannot answer this. The length of my chapters is all over the goddam place, & I've only ever committed in a serious way to fic one (1) time & that's with my current project(s?). I think that, like, if I am pushed to think about it, just in terms of Longfic-Chapter-Length, I really hit a sweet spot with my early chapters in SOTF where I hovered around 8-12k, & everything after that has been...IDK me literally being insane & not knowing how to shut up because I committed to my formatting. I haven't finished any fic since...I wanna say high school (& even then it was all written out in longhand in spiral notebooks) & I only finished one or two of my innumerable projects. So I guess longfics get there when they get there, final word count be damned. Who TF knows with my shorter stuff, those all exist on vibes & vibes alone, & they're done when The Spirit Of Writing tells me they are. Shorter stuff does tend to top out at 2k (or thereabout), though.

In terms of reading, tbh I've never read a lot of fanfic. IDK, I just never really thought about it because I tend to be very isolated & "I can entertain myself" when it comes to fandom experience. I also sort of read fic like I read books (see: it takes me forever), so you could set me down with something of pretty much any length & I'll eventually get it done. There is no length determination, only if I fuck with the writing style & plot.

46: Do you prefer writing on your phone or on a computer (or something else)? Do you think where you write affects the way you write?

I definitely prefer writing on a computer, my mom was kinda militant about me learning how to type when I was young so I have a really high wpm now & it's just faster. That said, I'm not opposed to writing on my phone. I wrote the vast majority of the currently published chapters of my HOTD fic on my phone because I didn't have a laptop for 3 years, & I'm not going to write "cunt" on a work computer, even if it's during my lunch break. So I'm writing hybrid phone/computer even though I do have one now. I got good enough at writing several thousand word chapters in the app version of google docs with naught but my thumbs that I'll go with "whatever is convenient for the location I'm currently in." Computer is definitely where I'm thriving, though.

50: Answer any question of your choice, or talk about anything you want to talk about!

There's only 2 that are currently in the fic, & then there's one planned one, but no one talked about the 2 that were there at all & so I have to just get them out there. Also my Patented Misa Foreshadowing That Makes Me Giggle And Kick My Feet But No One Picks Up On Because My Thought Pattern Cannot Be Reproduced.

Chapter 6 has a minor "right in front of my salad" reference

I named the brothers of Borros Baratheon's wife after Peter and Edmund Pevensie from the Narnia series & gave them the same age gap. I foreshadowed Yorick's dragon by having his personal arms be a black dragon & have him get assigned to play at having one that color when he played with his cousins. I foreshadowed Ella's betrothal/husband by having her wear a dress with roses on it at a tourney, & the favor she gave her dad was yellow roses (the real-world equivalent to the heraldry exclusive gold of House Tyrell). But no one mentions these things. They make me happy, but I want someone to point at it & be like "oh hey!"

I have an upcoming easter egg with Ella's son/first child. I'm naming him Griffith because, sure, actual Griffith from Berserk sucks, but his name fucks & I like Berserk so why shouldn't I co-opt his name? It's mine now. Yoink. Enjoy being a footnote in the list of "media Misa likes that can be referenced in something else"

most of my fics dont have endings tbh. i have either never finished them or they are just nice little one shots. however Siblings (fe3h) with twin byleths where one kills the other was pretty angsty ngl

uhhhhhh this is a problem yet again where most of mine are just happy little one shots or are unfinished. but i think To Walk the World with You Again (morrowind) is very happy. it hurts a lot in the beginning but ends with a happy loving reunion :>

the closest i got was someone saying on Consequences (fe3h) that it shouldnt be tagged as M/M and instead M/F bc byleth was trans but other ppl ripped into them. i havent gotten rly terrible hate since fanfiction.net

YES the cannibal au for 5ds with my lil bro. i still think abt that au all the time tbh. it was angsty. it was dramatic. it was complicated. it was filled with hard moral dilemmas and gods with non-human morality and a lot of mythology shit. sad we never finished it tbh but life was getting hectic.

14. What's your all-time favorite ship?

i dont know. rn i think its nerevoryn but trickstarshipping (where i got my url namesake from) still holds a special place in my heart <3)

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Ghosts of the Past (svsss). i really do like the story and had a bunch of it planned out mentally. qinghua's father was going to disown him when qinghua was going to tell him he was dating mobei and refused to hear qinghua out, there was gonna be drama with qinghua's family too where his dad says he firmly believes qinghua is actually the son of his identical twin brother who had an affair with qinghua's mother (his father was already cheating on his mom and she was wrong to do that, but no he is in fact the child of his bio-dad even being disowned). they then spend a summer vacation living together getting an apartment, go visit his uncle, and qinghua learns to enjoy his creative passions while finishing his degree with mobei and shen yuan's help, etc etc

the ending was going to be at a christmas party where qinghua's father catches a glimpse of qinghua at a company party. his wife (qinghua's former step-mother and the revealed mother of qinghua's half siblings rather than step siblings like qinghua grew up believing) thinks hes here to crash the party only for them to see he's there as mobei's boyfriend. his dad then tries to get in good with mobei who just brushes him off with "ah right, i know you. you're qinghua's uncle (since he refused to believe he is actually qinghua's father and it must be his twin brother he resented for being artistic and sensitive). i didnt think you were that close, why are you bothering me?"

qinghua goes on to be an accountant at the company, pretty high up too, and his father ends up quitting out of embarrassment and mobei being especially hard on him once he takes over for the company. he also continues to write his trashy novel while he and mobei plan to get married.

but tbh. i have morrowind brainworms. idk if i will ever finish it. sucks that one of the few stories i had all planned out with cdrama levels of bullshit i was really looking forward to going ham on i lost my motivation for when my hyperfixation changed.

i also wanna finish alduin's bane. i have a lot planned for that i could also spend an insane amount of time explaining. im hoping that the motivation for that one comes back though rather than me simply saying i probably wont finish it

16. What are your writing strengths?

i dont know 🧍‍♂️ if anyone wants to tell me i would appreciate it. i think it is like. i am primarily a romance author so i like working on dialogue, character interaction, stuff like that. ive also gotten compliments on my world building but idk if thats just my ideas or how i write them into the world.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

i feel like i struggle with pacing and motivation. as well as stuff like war tactics and full on battles. again i write mostly romance i dont know why i torture myself with stories about war

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

its very hard. ive seen ppl do it well but i find it difficult to read bc i am stupid. even with notes and flicking back and forth i feel like its a struggle to understand even if the goal was to obfuscate the meaning from the audience as well. usually i just do another language in bold font and make it clear the characters are speaking another language. but honestly do whatever you want forever

19. First fandom you wrote for?

i think it was in fact yugioh. i had ocs and daydreamed up storylines but i dont think i really sat down to write a fic until i was 12-13 and was writing a tendershipping fic in one of my notebooks at school lol

20. Favorite fic you've written?

tie between Alduin's Bane and Moon and Star. i love my long ass TES fics where i just go ham and play around with the world building and mythology. its a lot of fun and i feel like ive gotten to be very creative in the setting and make something unique and fun with the storylines given in both skyrim and morrowind

IDK why I gravitate to writing about videogames. I guess that video game writing is more "open-ended" and thus creates more nooks and crannies for me to get my fanfiction claws in?

Unsurprisingly, they're Overwatch ones, given that it's the largest fandom I've written for. 1. Thaw (Mercy/Pharah, 159 words, Explicit) 2. Theobroma (Mercy/Pharah, 390 words, General Audiences) 3. Liebesträume (Mercy/Pharah, 1824 words, General Audiences) 4. Our Lady of Mercy (Mercy/Moira, 972 words, Explicit) 5. to pretend (Nocturne/DJ!Shadowheart, 225 words, Explicit) Kind of feels like exposing an old shame, to link this here, lol. But hey, stats are very silly -- they say more about the popularity of the pairing than about the quality of the work, in this case.

5. Do you respond to comments?

I try to! I am in the very awkward situation of someone posting comments on my destiny fics a long time after I published and I haven't responded but I think about responding a lot but the more time it passes the more awkward it is...

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Deliverance, arguably? Petra Venj gets Taken. So yeah. (The Savathûn tag is there because the fic was written back when we thought Savathûn had acquired the power to Take)

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Liebesträume is, as per the notes, 100% high fructose fluff syrup.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

At time of recording, I haven't.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I do! The kind that doubles as character exploration. (although I have written pure self indulgent shit that I had to get out of my head somehow, like i rejoice in my sufferings for your sake)

I don't, at time of recording. There's a BG3/Destiny crossover that lives in my mind but haven't written anything for it (yet?) It's very self-indulgent.

No, unless you count brainstorming with friends and me translating that to fic (pretty much how burn our effigies was born, actually!)

I... don't think I have an all time OTP or anything? I have, like, a fave for each fandom, that's it. And I'm also a multishipper, so... For BG3, my current obsession is Shadowheart/Nocturne.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I've been kicking around a thing about Petra Venj's exile in the City, but I struggle to make it a coherent, cohesive thing, instead of a bunch of Situations. Same for loss.pdf, tbh

16. What are your writing strengths?

I want to believe it's characterization. But I'm obviously biased.

Plotting. Plotting. Plotting.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

It's actually a huge pet peeve of mine lol at least when it comes to real-world languages. It's something that is often used to add some flavor to foreign characters ("No, mon cher, I expect you to die", said the Spy) in a way that doesn't match how multilingual people I know speak other languages! For example, when I'm talking in English I'm talking in English, when I'm talking in Spanish I'm talking in Spanish. I often forget how a word is said in one language but remember it in the other, or some grammar quirks from Spanish make their way into my English. I may be on a call with a friend and speaking in English while we play videogames, and I cuss in English in those cases -- unless we have been silent for a while, I have returned to thinking in Spanish, I'm startled when getting killed suddenly and I cuss in Spanish. Not to say it's 100% unheard of to hear examples like the Spy one above, it kind of makes me think of my Galician friends very intentionally dropping a carallo in a convo in Spanish to play the stereotype, lol

19. First fandom you wrote for?

I'm pretty sure I have some Final Fantasy X-2 and Doctor Who fics in some long-abandoned hard drive at my parents' house...

kyle's in the nurse bc he was in a fight and he's like covered in bruises and cuts and looking generally intimidating trying to patch himself up and wendy comes to help he's just like "yeah it rlly hurts can u kiss it better *bats eyelashes" pretty please 🥺🥺🥺" i also feel like wendy would really be obsessed with kyle suddenly having his body possessed by cat but tries to keep cool abt it bc she thinks her thoughts abt him like that are a little too deranged. they kinda are tbh

also the drama with stan probably has good angst potential. i feel like kyle kind of feels bad bc that's his sbf's ex but also he really does love wendy and he doesn't really know what to do and this just goes on and on and creates a lot of emotional turmoil and stress in his head until one day shit breaks loose wendy and stan fight and kyle just kind of explodes right there he's crying and screaming etc. etc. and this kind of prompts all three of them to talk abt the whole situation reconciliation yada yada kiss kiss hug hug this answer is getting out of hand

I was tagged by @sheepwithspecs for this! Looks fun, let's go! 🙌 I'm only tagging @starswornoaths and @fiercynnhere because I really lost track of who still writes and who doesn't 😅 So blanket "do this if you see this" statement here - also this goes for any AO3 alternatives people have bailed for given the state of that place right now.

2. What’s your total AO3 word count?

259,190, though that's bound to jump up because a chapter I've been working on is ~22k rn, and that's just one draft

3. What are your top 5 fics by kudos

I gave you dirt, I gave you water, you gave me uncontrollable horniness (108) - this is the second exquisite corpse that I did, and it's a rosemary fic that was more coordinated so I'm not surprised tbh? I wrote two sections for it, but it's so old. title is a reference to Little Shop of Horrors

The Shape of Water (2017) (53) - the first exquisite corpse, both were the same group and this was nonsensical. I wrote after the coordinator, and it devolved fast it was fun to work on. More Homestuck - but this was dirkjake - but it's also old and doesn't reflect my current writing. Take a guess why it's named that.

spare a moment, would you? (47) - oh hey this one's all mine. Yeah is it any surprise that the top 3 are all smut? wolysayle stuff, still like this one, though being a long fic writer and seeing the 4k word one do well is. Something alright.

how long you would wait for me? how long I've been away? (28) - wolestinien for wolestinien week, and this was a higher rated fic because yeah vague smut. I still like it, don't misunderstand, but I've got a different favorite lmao

don't test the tank (25) - the noncanon one because g'raha is no longer in the polycule lmfao. I'm pretty sure that's entirely why it got attention, since all of my non-exquisite corpse fics that have high kudos feature male characters in them and that's just not my focus rn. So it's really unsurprising that my favs have like. 12 and 2 kudos compared to all of the ones above, given they center Ysayle.

4. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I respond to all comments! At least most if I can lmao I like getting them? I also like giving them when I read fics, because idk. Acknowledgement that you saw something, discussing something dear to someone. That kind of thing.

5. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

I think probably somehow, silence hurts the most? There's not really any good resolution besides Surkukteni recovering. Ysayle's dead (as far as she knows, shh), she tried to kill someone who used to be close to her and couldn't go through with it, and she's being shuffled off to another conflict while she's still not healed from the last one - even if it's where she had wanted to be, she's still stuck with the wounds from the war she didn't want to get involved in.

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?

Oh, easy: i had a dream about you. It's a fucking rollercoaster of a fic, it's one of my favorites, and I managed to make someone cry :D It's definitely the one that has the happiest ending, because I wouldn't call one-shots really...that? They're set in their tone unless it's a longer fic. Multi-chapter is really the only way I actually like getting a happy ending from something because you had to work to get there.

7. Do you write crossovers?

Well, I used to. FanFiction Dot Net was just...better for crossovers than AO3 tbh? Even though AO3 is better set up for it, most people on there hate crossovers unless it's an AU of something (y'know, like the old -stuck fics). I've still got some of those mentalities from that site in that I've used adjacent crossovers to fill out the cast of things, but most notably would be Inkspill. It's a Bleachstuck fic, but there aren't any Bleach characters whatsoever. It's just the setting and Rose is the main lead. It also epitomizes the fact that I don't like crossovers/AUs where people stick to the OG plot beat-for-beat? Like if you're coming to it as a fan, why do you want to see it exactly but with new faces. Bending the plot to the characters is a lot more fun and you get more stuff out of it (see: a ffx/homestuck AU i was plotting at one point that saw Jake replacing Yuna and Dirk replacing Tidus). But Homestuck was one of those weird fandoms where this kind of thing was encouraged and thrived. Being in XIV, I'm kind of loath to step outside of it because the setting itself has so much going for it that I don't really need to supplement it with anything else - which is hilarious, since this is the game full of crossover events! With those, it's like...I'll supplement other FF titles in the same vein as the game does already (eg: you can tell what era of Allag's rule tech is from based on if it's Pulse or Cocoon tech from FFXIII; Garlemald uses FFVI and FFVII stuff, while older stuff they've appropriated is things like Tactics and FFXII; the FFIV stuff, etc), but all the non-XIV stuff (sans tactics ogre, because POTD is Staying), that just gets a passing reference and not a main focus. The most notable instance of this is how Nier is handled, because while the storyline is canon, it's more of a joke. Everyone talks about it, everyone is confused by it, but I'm never going to actually write them dealing with the crossover because they don't really add much? It's just more funny having a bunch of medieval fantasy heroes trying to grapple with Yoko Taro-ness and breaking their brains over it.

8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?

...hm. I mean, the worst I've gotten on a fic was on Inkspill, where someone decided to get snippy with me because the second chapter is ~10k words. I'd love to find them to show them the word counts of my current drafts lmfao. But actual worse stuff was role play, which involved people tearing apart my writing in private and using it as an excuse to try and get me kicked. But considering I lost the receipts from the person who leaked it, I can't say shit despite one of them being a large ffxiv account who runs an anti-bullying schtick here and on twt so. Yeah.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I definitely write smut, but good god is it difficult to work on. Like, I don't have issues visualizing it, it's just the language. And actually writing the scene out. Makes me so gd awkward, even if it's arguably vanilla shit. Which is admittedly really frustrating, because part of why I do write smut is to try and reclaim that facet of writing from some pretty nasty stuff from a past relationship (no details; very few people actually know the details). So much of it comes from trying to be able to write stuff for myself, but that hesitation is still there. As for what, it's predominantly female focused. As in, you're not really going to see a lot of shameless smut focusing on men (be it m/m or m/f). If men are involved, it's predominantly service stuff for a female partner. Cunnilingus tends to be my go-to, obviously fingering and w/e, but I'm trying to also expand what that means because Surkukteni frankly has had a fair number of flings with trans women and fems. So muffing is on the list of stuff to write (the surkie/cylva fic, stuff with heustienne and venat...), but in general just trying to get away from this pervasive idea that trans fems always have to be tops and have to penetrate their partner. If you're looking for this kind of stuff, I recommend Fucking Trans Women. But either way, most of what I write tends to be a response to stuff I've had to go through + wanting to see other depictions in fanfiction since it's. So often so samey.

10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not really, but I did have this weird encounter on an AU server where they said that people could just set up channels to discuss their AUs and whatever, but I wanted to distance myself from that group and they really did not want me to delete my stuff. Like, they got aggressive and snapped at me for not wanting people to to use an AU that was fairly personal to me. ...Like, they said it was just a place to talk about AUs, I was never told that their intention was that if you post it, it stays, and free reign for everyone else to do stuff in it. This and the role play server have just really made me never want to engage with Kingdom Hearts ever again.

11. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Nope, but I'm open to the idea.

12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Well yeah, I'm part of two exquisite corpses that I linked above lmao Those are seriously fun, y'all should try it sometime. But aside from that, I tried to with my ex gf but that was. Less actually co-written, and more me doing all the work.

13. What’s your all-time favorite ship?

If we're talking about normal definition of ships, probably Edelgard/F!Byleth. Like, don't get me wrong there's a lot of stuff in XIV that I care about npc/npc wise, but something like Ryne/Gaia is like how I feel about NamiXi in that...I adore them, but I wish they'd been around when I was that age? They're cute, but I was introduced to them as an adult and there's still that disconnect. Love queer teen stuff for the queer teens, but I'm nearly 30 lmfao Obvs I'm extremely deep into stuff like Ysayle/Venat, Ysayle/Heustienne, etc. but that's like. So minor that there's not a lot of community around them like there is with edeleth. But that's what happens when you're a f/f shipper 💀💀💀 But in all honesty, the actual answer is wolysayle. I'm blanket including other peoples' dynamics because I just really like seeing people actually use Ysayle and give her further purpose, but also I'm super deep into Surkukteni/Ysayle and all the nonsense that surrounds it - especially how partners like Venat are involved. I care them, I'm very emotional over them.

14. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

As much as I would like to return to Inkspill, I'm never going to. It's an old fic and if it wasn't clear already, I'm not super interested in writing exclusively about teenagers. I'm also working on a fic that has been shown in snippets and whatever, but I'm hesitant about it because it's. This frustrating fkn thing of the fact that it's Perfectly Goddamned Normal, but people are so weird about it online - both the people who are way too into it, and the detractors. I just want to write about what Surkie goes through from post-shadowbringers to endwalker (which, iykyk what that entails), especially since this Scenario actually allows her to slow down and focus on other aspects of her relationship with her now-fiances, but people get so genuinely nasty about this topic. So even if I enjoy writing it and how it has her navigate her relationships - romantic, familial, and platonic - I'm not sure I'll ever finish it because of gestures.

15. What are your writing strengths?

I've been told I'm very good at writing dialogue, and I can't really argue that because I really do enjoy writing conversations between people. I know people are sick of the Marvel irony that shows up in dialogue and so it makes everyone leery of sarcastic exchanges, but sarcasm and banter are genuinely my favorite things to write. I like obnoxious assholes who know what the other's boundaries are, so they can just be as blunt or snide as they like without a wrong word causing things to get contentious. It's a stark contrast between Surkie and Estinien dialogue and Melisande and Ysayle, because the former is two people who deeply understand the other and know when to stop, vs the current stuff which is Melisande picking at every way she can upset Ysayle because she just does not like her. I try to keep speech habits in mind when writing, I also keep track of how frequently someone curses and what expletives they use, and it's just...really fun trying to make it so distinct that you don't need tags to tell who's speaking? Means I've done something right. And - at least, according to my mother (because she does know about my writing) - I'm apparently good at descriptive prose, because it's "very evocative" and "paints a good mental image".

16. What are your writing weaknesses?

Writing smut, tbh? Like, I know it's similar to action, but I just can't get it for the most part. I'm also not very good at writing stuff that skims over things to cover a long span of time because I like idling in moments and having things go slow. Jumping from place to place and scene transitions are the bane of my existence.

17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

I think it's important to at least try. I've run into this issue because my WoL is a polyglot but also has the Echo. Like was mentioned in the tag's post, I use Writing with Color a lot to inform me about how to better handle accents from other languages so I don't wind up with how people like Lovecraft write (because that's embarrassing), but I also try to use what I know to inform sentence structure because people kind of just...ignore that? I'll be more specific: I incorporate various English accents and dialects into what I write to get a better idea of what their voice sounds like, but nowhere in there is that used as a signal to view them as unintelligent the way that XIV (and frankly most English-speaking media) does. Kitase has a thick accent, but it's more Lominsan so it's reflected in his speech. However, both he and Surkukteni speak Hingan (japanese), Doman (ig japanese as well because fkn stormblood), and Rural Doman (chinese). I don't know if anyone's picked this up, but Surkie and Kitase both tend to drop the subject of who they're talking about after a while, and very rarely use self pronouns if talking at length. "You" is also fairly absent compared to a native Common (english) speaker, more so in Kitase than Surkukteni due to exposure. These habits come from Japanese sentence structure and how a lot of context is dropped if it can be clearly inferred. Obviously, it's a habit in English, but not to the same degree. Sign language is in here and a version of it used with the dragoons is prominent to Surkie. That led to a long research stint into trying to figure out how to portray that - and there's no good one answer? So I settled on using [Stuff like this] to show that it's talking, it's formatted as talking, and doesn't have the same flourishes as other speech. This is mostly because of how I format dragonspeak, internal brain buddies, and other things. It's treated exactly like normal dialogue, it just has different tags and punctuation. Otherwise, it is exactly the same to not make it seem like it's lesser to spoken languages.

Kingdom Hearts, but we don't talk about that.

19. What’s a fandom/ship you haven’t written for yet but want to?

Fire Emblem Three Houses, but HEAR ME OUT. HEAR ME OUT. Yes, I would love to contribute to the femslash edeleth, but my main motivation for an FE3H fic is a New Game+ meta fic. I got the idea from starting a new route and finding that supports and skills could transfer over, so it got me thinking about a looping story involving Byleth - an ever changing person, in presentation, name, and relationships - having to relieve the story of FE3H and trying to figure out how to break out of it. They're more cognizant with each loop, more manic, until it finally splits into the femleth and guyleth. Femleth remembers the fact that this isn't right, Guyleth stands in opposition to her. Femleth ends up with Edelgard and the Black Eagles, Guyleth ends up with Dimitri and the Azure Lions. And it's going to get messy. But I havent really had the energy to write it because it means finishing all the other routes, and doing Black Eagles first has made it very hard to go through Azure Lions. I'm sparing people my feelings on it, but omfg. I just want to go back to Crimson Flower.

20. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?

i had a dream about you and you want a better story. who wouldn't? Like, they were the most fun to write (the latter is my active draft), and I just care them. Very proud of these two uwu
