Both versions are confused. How is it going? Not sure anyone wants to be honest about that…

We got so many insightful comments when we polled our fans for advice on mammograms and thermography the other day on our FB page. In addition to tips on wearing a cardigan to keep warm in the waiting room and doing some lymphatic massage after any "pressing," these tips from our fans were especially good: 

"My advice would be to face any fears about it and know that the reason for lowering the age is based on a notable rise of aggressive breast cancers in the 40-50 age group in recent years. Try to be as relaxed as possible during the test. Tense muscles experience pressure as pain. Deep breaths, look away so you don't see the smush...try to think about what your toes or fingertips can feel in that moment."

"3d mammogram (tomosynthesis machine) and also an ultrasound is best practise so they can collect images of different types and depth and combine to get a good look inside the breast.Only way to get good information in pre menopausal breasts as they are often dense and just a mammogram doesn't give enough information,by having both tests there is less chance of something being missed.This is also still recommended over MRI. I was only 40 when I got breast cancer.Glad I found it then or I wouldn't be alive today if I had if waited until 50."

"If you wear glasses, take your glasses off, sometimes the machine bumps them and you're already uncomfortable anyway. I had a really bad one once - bad technician. It's okay to try a different clinic if you feel its really painful, or the person puts you in a really extra awkward position, or is generally not very nice."

"They have gowns you can wear if you have a dress on that needs be taken off, or you can keep your bottoms on and just wear the robe for the top half. You do have to remove deodorant first. They have warmed wipes and spray deodorant for you. I usually choose not to wear any that day to be sure because it can mess with the image."-Rachel

As sappy as this sounds, waking up today I had a feeling of subtle contentness, more of a weirdly peaceful aura. I've lost that for a while now, but it's as if seeing the boys breaking down right then and there yesterday, made all of us come a little closer and let ourselves loose. I may not have been able to actually cry, but i did have an amazing long chat with one of my friends over the phone, and whether it saddens me or not, seeing that our boys are still there, stronger than ever, still as one, makes me even happier after all. Today, that's just a reason for me to be thankful they never gave up, and not letting myself give up yet.2018 has been hard, and we all just need a to have a break, even if it's just for a while.

I feel like mono is such a smack in the face for us to see how much Namjoon has grown. He has bloomed into a person with different thoughts and feelings. Calmer and more chill. When you compare that to RM it's really beautiful to see how much he has grown. We all get to witness that.

I feel like Taehyung really puts thought into what he says. He speaks with such uncertainty, as if he has to really think before he speaks, which can be a good thing. but i think that sometimes he is really afraid that he will say something that is incorrect, or will make people judge him and i really do hope that isn’t the case. i do feel like taehyung is the kind of person that cherishes his words though. he speaks with such a sense of grace laced into his words and such a sense of calmness and peace, maybe even optimism that u can get lost in his words sometimes. it's kind of nice to see that from a person for a change. i also want all of them to know that they can say what they want to say, obviously to a point since they are still idols and are constantly being monitored, but they don't have to always take in our opinion on a matter, yet they always do, that they should do whatever they want and army should be there to support that or atleast be displeased quietly and let them live their lives in their own way.

I am sad (and kind of feeling weird) to announce that I will now no longer be making gifs on here, or anywhere else as a fact. Thankyou all for supporting me as a content creator in the past year. It means alot.

I really hope that all the people going to the love yourself concert realise that this is a once in a life time opportunity. Have the time of your lives, let loose and enjoy the concert. Let your phones down. It's more important for you to enjoy your night and watch them dance infront of you with your own eyes, rather than through the screen. You can do that at home too. Take one video if needed, so you can remember. Really, thankyou to everyone that spends their time taking fancams for the rest of us that can't come. But I don't want you to get back home and say that it was almost like you didn't see it. What's important is that you enjoy it. Have fun for all of us that are sitting at home wishing we could go. You will only go to the ly:tour once. So live it now that you can.
